Description of Work: We are very pleased with the service and pool. We had a 16 x 32 recessed pool installed and it is above our expectations! It looks beautiful! We understand there have been backlogs and delays, however, Kayak has gone above and beyond to resolve things and leave us with a good taste in our mouth. We received weekly updates even though there may not have been any changes. Everyone was very kind, courteous and helpful during this process. The installation was done so quickly and professionally. We are very please!

Description of Work: I bought a Kayak pool that was a Demo back in 1999. |I have taken care of everything myself but now we do not use it much so I will be selling it in the spring. It is a 16 x 24 rectangle pool that needs a couple thousand bucks put into it and someone would have a $24,00.00 dollar pool. |this Kayak Pool has been fantastic, because of the mostly all aluminum frame and a bottom & top drain. They tried very hard no to tear up the back yard while installing the pool and they did an awesome job at fixing the yard after it was installed. They even went over every detail about how to operate the pool before they left for the day. It only took one day for them to get everything completed.

Description of Work: I have used them about 5 years ago for an insurance project on our pool. The work on the pool was good, but the fencing around the deck was poor. The panels and screws started coming out at the first big storm. I contacted them early this spring through both email and voice message. Over a month later, they finally returned my call and acted like they were being prompt. We elected to purchase the parts elsewhere and do the work ourselves.

Description of Work: Mario worked with us to find a pool and price that we could work with. He was a great salesman to work with and listened to our wants. Things did not work out with the pool in our back yard due to utilities and our creek, but the whole staff at Kayak could not have been more helpful, understanding and trustworthy. If we could have used them, we would have...just based on customer service.

We really wanted an inground pool, but because of the slope of the back yard, we could not do it without major groundwork that would change the whole layout of the backyard. Kayak was the only one that could drop a pool in without major disruption of the back yard. We could not have the same range of options as traditional inground pool. However, it is FAR better than an above ground pool. The only complaint we have is that installer had a lot of issues getting the base put in correctly in the deep end. However, the company has stood by the work and have come out numerous times to correct the issues. While we wish there wasn't problems, I am very pleased that they stood by the work. We had very specific needs for how the pool was placed, Kayak was very helpful and did the work as we asked. We also installed a deck around it and added an auto cover. In the end, we are very happy with it and the kids love it.

Description of Work: Had a sales representative come out and present the Kayak on-ground pools. They are more expensive than other systems, but appeared very reliable. We did our research into the Kayak brand and was satisfied. We purchased the pool and the pool was installed within 3 weeks of the purchase. We have been VERY satisfied with the quality of the pool. One thing we would do different is have a bigger deck completely around the pool, versus just the 8 foot on one edge and 2 foot on the other 3 edges.

+ -1 moreI had someone call me to set up an appointment to meet with a sales rep to discuss their pools. The man showed up and very nicely showed us what was available and the cost. It was way more than we had expected and when we told him we were not interested he became angry and argumentative. My husband had to ask him to leave several time. I would advise others to be cautious about inviting them into your home. I was definitely not prepared for the verbal assult.
