Great! We had noticed an area inside with moisture damage, Don believed to be from improperly sealed nails at peak of roof. He sealed those and "while he was up there" caulked around vent sleeves for me. One visit, one very good price, one happy customer!

He also replaced some boards that were rotting that were discovered after the bid and replaced them for free.

Don Jordan responded promptly to my request for a roof inspection and estimate for replacement. He agreed to meet with my insurance appraiser to review and discuss extent of hail damage. He was very patient with me as I was deciding on shingle colors. He provided me with samples, drove me through the neighborhood to look at color options and suggested that I visit a roofing wholesaler to view additional samples. Once I finally decided on a color (which was the most difficult part of the whole process for me) the job was scheduled and finished promptly. The clean-up was excellent. The project was handled smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend Jordan roofing without hesitation.

Roof was showing stain, had been through a hail storm and had mildew/fungus from over hanging tree. Called Don for an estimate and met with me as promised. Upon inspecting the roof he suggested we install a chimney saddle and informed me that the mixture of standard roof vents with power vents which I had was not recommended by manufacturers ( which was verified ). I called around a week later to accept the proposal and finalize the details. He said it would be about 3 weeks before he could get to the job. About 2 weeks later he called and said he could do the job the next day if it was okay with me. I agreed and work was started about 9:30am the next day and completed the following day at 3:30pm. Don made 5 visits during the course of the work. A week or so after the work was completed I called Don about some minor shingle scuffing. He was out within a couple of days and replaced the shingles. Don used subcontractors and they were a hard working group. Cleanup was excellent and care was taken to impact the landscaping as little as possible. Don is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to the job. He also demonstrated flexibility in my dealings with him.

We have utilized Jordan Roofing for previous work and readily called them back again. This spring we sustained considerable hail damage to our house (roof, siding, gutters...etc). We called Jordan Roofing in as they have done work on our house in the past and we have been pleased. Don was very prompt when called. He came out to assess the damage and helped us deal with the insurance company. We asked him to also replace deteriorated trim boards on top of repairing the hail damage. Don provided us an estimate promptly and was honest and on target about start dates. Once work started, his crew worked until the job was done.Don frequently checked on our progress (coming to the house almost daily)and kept in touch with decisions that needed to be made. We are very pleased with the job they have done for us and have had many compliments from our neighbors on how good the house looks now!

Having used Jordan Roofing in '06 when hail damage required the replacement of my roof and having good results, I of course called them again when I had hail damage this spring. My insurance required 3 estimates for roof, siding and gutter replacement and Jordan was competitive with the other 2 companies. I ended up going with Jordan not only because I did have good results but also because I remembered how respectful they were with my landscaping. I was not disappointed with this experience either. The owner and workers were all courteous, prompt, professional and again my landscaping survived (not an easy task when you're getting new siding!). I have recommended Jordan Roofing to 2 separate co-workers who also needed hail repair. I did not have any concerns recommending them due to my 2 past experiences. Both hired Jordan Roofing.

Mr. Jordan (Don) was very customer focused and resposive to our situation. It was very helpful to have Don on-site at both properties when the insurance adjuster came to review our claim. He made sure that nothing was missed and that the adjuster had properly included all items that needed repair due to the hail damage. Don came through as per his cost estimate on all aspects of the job (roofing, siding, gutters etc.). Jordan roofing was very detail oriented and made sure the final job was A-quality.

After interviewing 3 roofing contractors for an insurance claim, Don was clearly my choice. He had been recommended by a co-worker and I was able to preinspect his work. He worked very well with me and the insurance company to make sure all the appropriate hail and wind damage was covered. Don was on site each day with his crew. I had a number of problems with my old roof that complicated the job and he handled them all beautifully. He reflashed the chimney and did a great job. The garage roof needed significant wood repair and that was handled well. The flat roof over the porch required a rubber membrane that had to be integrated into the rest of the roof and he did a fine job. The siding repairs required significant sheathing repair and that was repaired completely. He also hooked up some bathroom fan vents that I had been neglecting in the attic for a couple years. The crew did a very nice job and was very polite. They did all the cleanup so I didn't have to worry about anything. The yard and driveway were clean when they left.

Don was very responsive to my call and was able to work me in the next day. He did a great job.

Easy to get in contact with. Set up appointment, asked then if we could reschedule due to weather (of course!), came when expected, gave estimate on spot, let us know they were running a little behind schedule on the day of the repair (wish more companies would do this), did the work, cleaned up after themselves. NO complaints!

Tremendous experience. Don Jordan gave a very thorough explanation of what repairs needed to be done and how it would be done correctly. He asked me to take a photo of the damage before the repair for my records--gave assurance that he would correct any replaced shingles that came off in the future. Courteous and professional. He called us to let us know he was going to be a little late for the estimate.

They did a very good job. We were completely satisfied with everything. We have no complaints at all about the work they did or their service. The roofing job seems to be just fine.

We selected 3 contractors from Angie's List after interviewing them, we selected Don Jordan as happened interested in our project, and gave us his recommendation. We also like that his business was close to us in Beach Grove, has been there for many years. He suggested we visit his supplier, they were very helpful providing samples to take home. Once the materials arrived Don and his crew stared immediate. The job took about 6 days, and they worked morning till dark. The crew was friendly, kept the area clean, and best of all the finished product looks great. (Don was only contractor who didn't request a deposit.)

The owner came out and gave me an estimate. He stuck really close to the estimate he gave me. I like that he was able to do the gutter work and the roof repair. He was very nice and very professional. He got the job done in the matter of about three days.

I can t say anything bad about them and there service. They were fabulous.

Recently, we used Jordan Roofing to replace our roof and repair some siding damaged by hail on our Carmel, Indiana home and were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism we encountered. The owner, Don Jordan, came out personally and met with us to review the work to be completed and was extremely helpful with his recommendations on the most cost effective repair options available. Once the quote was finalized and approval given to start the project, the work began as promised and was completed in the time frame agreed upon. Mr. Jordan regularly checked in with us to make sure we were pleased with the quality of the work that had been completed. As a final tribute to the type of service you can expect from Jordan Roofing, we had asked Mr Jordan (after the project was complete and paid for) if he knew anyone that could rebuild a fairly elaborate birdhouse that was integrated into our garden fencing when the house was built. He offered to remove the birdhouse and do the repairs himself and replace it as it was when originally built into the fencing. In the end, Mr. Jordan returned the birdhouse in like-new condition free of charge. If you are looking for a reliable and professional roofing and siding company, I highly recommend Jordan Roofing.

I had a leak in my attic. I had Jordan roofing come and re-flesh my chimney, which didn't solve the problem. Don worked diligently with me to solve my problem and make sure that I was taken care of. He is very concerned about making his customers happy and has a lot of integrity. Thank you Don!

Everything was excellent and worked out just fine.

We are huge fans of Don and his crew! Love him, love him!!!! Our home is new (3 years) and has had this recurring leak around our fireplace from the beginning. We paid to have it fixed once by House Doctors but they apparently did not fix the problem and were not responsive to come back again. From the begining Don was very responsive to our problem, from coming out to provide an estimate to actually completing the work. We had 3 other contractors come out to provide an estimate and only Don, his employee and one other contractor were willing to climb onto our roof and try to really discern what the problem might be. This alone gave us a lot of confidence in him as our roof is incredibly steep (12/12) and around 30 feet high. Don is very professional and organized and completed the work on the date we requested, completely on time. He had 2 employees with him and they worked methodically and did a great job cleaning up the site when finished. Because our roof is so high, we did end-up renting a lift so that his crew could more safely complete the work. This was at our expense but we were happy to do it because of the other tasks we could use it for (re-painting, cleaning gutters, etc). This also eliminated the need for scaffolding that would have encroached on my flower beds! We believe Don fixed our problem because he did locate and repair where water was penetrating under some shingles. We would definitely call him again with any other issues, a pleasure doing business.

Work completed quickly and efficiently. One return visit to correct small error.

Don Jordan inspected our roof and told us that the section needed to be replaced (the section has a flat roof). The next day my husband learned from his doctors he was serious medical problems. My husband then called Don and asked him to come to our house. He did so promptly and my husband if there was a way to repair the leaks to last over the winter until the doctors can start treatments. Don said of course. He and 2 of his men spent 3-4 hours patching the leaking places. He is a very pleasant person to do business with. Next Spring we will have him replace the section he said.

I originally reported that this company (along with several others) had not returned my call/inquiry after 9 days which I thought was adequate time. As of 11 days after those reports Mr Jordan is the only one to call me and apologize. He told me he never rec'd my message and was not aware I called. Although I have since contracted with someone else I would consider Mr Jordan in the future simply because he did call to apologize and asked that he be considered in the future.
