It went great. New roof was 3D suggested by Jordan & turned out beautifully Checked roof on new home to be sure IJ -plus checked Arix for leaks to be certain. Thorough job!

They were real good. I have nothing but good to say about them.

It took them an hour and a half to complete the job. It was not a big job. I didn't have trouble since. Everything was fine. It was a pretty standard patch job.

In late December of 2013, there was a leak that had appeared in a complicated valley. The 12/12 pitch roof drains down to a wall of siding. I came home to see Ice running down the wall of my front porch and found ice in the attic at that valley. I immediately called Don Jordan and told him the bad news. He came out within the hour and looked at the damage. Within a day or two, once the area had thawed, he sent someone out to see if an immediate repair could be made. That repairman did not find a leak and said that some roofs are just meant to leak, to which I immediately disagreed. The repairman relayed his findings to Don. Don called and told me that he did not agree with the repairman, and that roofs are not meant to leak. Don said he would do a free replacement when it got warmer. I noticed that it did not leak when it rained, but only when there was snow in the valley. I mentioned this to Don and he noted that it was probably an issue with the ice and water shield. As it got warmer outside, he followed up with me a couple of times to find out if it was leaking. Since it only leaked after the one heavy snow, I was willing to work around Don's other jobs. He let me know a couple of times that he had not forgotten about me and assured that he would take care of it before it got cold again. In mid September, Don sent out his repair expert to make sure the valley did not leak again. Don's repair expert, José, was able to confidently identify what was causing the leak and repair the valley properly. I had previously worked with Don and José back in 2010 for a repair on this same valley that had held up to rain and heavy snow, prior to hail tearing up the entire roof in 2011. After the first repair had held, I knew that José would do a great job. He meticulously repaired/replaced the valley and within 6 hours. Don and José were professional and cleaned up after the repair. There were 3.5 bundles of unused shingles left over from the project that I offered to buy from Jordan Roofing to have on hand the event that the Flagstone color scheme would be discontinued. Don gave me the extra shingles that as a thank you for being flexible with the timing of the free repair.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious. They cleaned up after themselves and they were friendly to work with. I would use them in the future.

It turned out really well. We were very pleased with them. They did not try to out sell us. They told us what we needed. They were very reasonable in their price. It was a lot of good information that they gave us.

It would have been around $200 and he gave me a discount because I was close. It was a fair deal. He repaired stuff without a lot of extra charges or up-selling. I think the price was comparable to anything else I called around.

I contacted three roofers from Angie's List and decided to go with Jordan Roofing. His price was better than the others, and he showed professionalism by promptly returning phone calls and emails and arriving at the house when scheduled. We initially thought he would have to do extensive replacement of the decking, but, when that turned out not to be necessary, he adjusted the price accordingly. I also made changes to the gutter work, which he made with a minimum of fuss. The crew arrived promptly on the day promised and worked hard to complete the project in three days. Cleanup was thorough, and the attention to details in the work (flasching, ice dam barriers, venting) was excellent. I would recommend and use Jordan Roofing again without hesitation.

We needed a quick review of the condition of our attic ventilation after an inspection report during the sale of our home. Donald was very friendly and happy to accommodate a quick turn-around. We didn't end up using Jordan Roofing due to negotiations we had with the buyers of our home, but his quick response and honest estimate of our roof ventilation was very helpful and very much appreciated.

These guys were great workers! I have lots of flowers and plants, nothing was damaged. Clean up was great.

Done as promised. Arrived at time told and completed job as promised. Cleanup was very good.

Very good job. Given the timing of doing this (weather) Don exceeded my expectations in getting this done. Nothing you can do about the Indiana weather, but the job was finished in a timely, complete manner!! The new roof looks fantastic and I am in line to have Don do additional work this spring.

I contacted this service provider on Wednesday, November 6th and emailed pictures of the work that needed to be done. Ron called me back on Thursday, November 7th and said he could do the work and quoted me a price, which I felt was fair, due to previous estimates I had received. He stated that he would be over to do the work on Monday, November 11th, weather permitting. I emailed Ron the day before the work was to be done and asked what time he thought he would be over to do the work. I never got a response from him that day. The next morning, on Monday, which was the day he was supposed to come by, I emailed him again to inquire about what time he thought he would be over, and again, I received no response. I finally emailed him later that afternoon, after being frustrated with his lack of communication, and I told him that we would no longer require his services. He responsed with a simple, OK? That was it! No apology and no explanation for his lack of response and/or consideration of my time.. This was very unprofessional and I was truly surprised that he was recommended by Angie's list members and has an A rating!

I had used Jordan Roofing a couple of years earlier for roof repairs and knew I could trust them to deliver quality for the roof replacement. Don Jordan reviewed the the insurance adjuster?s report along with my roof and determined the insurance adjuster had missed some damage. The insurance company agreed to come out again and review the roof with Don present. During the second insurance adjuster visit, Don negotiated professionally with the adjuster to ensure all areas of concern were addressed. The insurance company agreed to cover all of the discrepancies. In addition to the insurance roof replacement, my house needed new trim and a color makeover. Since there was bad trim in high areas that I do not want to paint often, I decided to replace all of the fascia with CPVC, high quality plastic trim that looks and feels like wood but would never rot or require much painting. Due to the order of proper assembly, all work on the trim, paint, gutters and roof had to be done at the same time. Since we were hiring Don for the insurance roof replacement, we had him quote replacement of all trim and painting. His quote was very reasonable. The color makeover was a difficult decision. My wife and I definitely did not want to keep the old colors, but wanted to pick the perfect color scheme for the new investment. Don provided samples of Certainteed shingles and made suggestions for color schemes. We had narrowed it down to two options but really wanted something in-between. Don contacted me a few days later with news that his supplier was starting a sale on Owens-Corning, which would result in a less expensive upgrade. Don came out a second time with shingle sample boards for the alternate brand with similar colors and alternatively suggested some new artisan colors that may provide the variety of color that we wanted. He offered to bring full shingles and place them on the roof to provide a clear comparison. As promised, he came back a couple of days later with the requested samples and held them on the roof one at a time. The color we selected coordinates perfectly with our brick and siding. Don and his crew replaced our roof on June 11th and 12th. During the installation, Don notified me that the workers had installed some of the new fascia inside out from what had been agreed upon (faux wood grain out instead of smooth side out). Don assured me he would correct the problem at no extra charge and then kept his word. Once the new shingles were in place, we were able to narrow the trim color down to three options. Don suggested painting short sections of trim with each color using small and inexpensive samples from the local hardware store. After applying this technique to some scraps of new trim, we were able to pick the perfect color. After the trim had been partially painted, Don noticed some nail holes that required additional caulking and then directed the painter to redo the affected spots. Despite a few drops of paint on the new shingles, the painters did a decent job. The last phase of the project was installing gutters. Once they were installed, I noticed that a couple of downspout elbow connections were omitted with respect to the initial gutter system. Don sent the gutter team out to correct the issue and then personally walked around the house with me to make sure I was happy with the work. I have had multiple compliments from neighbors regarding the new roof and improved curb appeal of my home. I enjoyed working with Don on my project and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Jordan Roofing has installed roofs on three homes that I own and the work has always been top notch with no corners cut. I sell real estate and they have also done roofs for my clients and family members always with great results. | |On my recent new roof, the owner, Don Jordan, sent his crew back out after his final inspection to replace a few shingles that he felt were not done to his high standards. If he had not done this, I would have never known. He is very conscientious about all the work done by his crews.

Very pleasant man. Up front and honest. I pulled into the driveway while he was at the front door knocking. Perfect timing. He went on the roof came down and told me I probably should get a new roof. Said for me to go to the insurance company and he would work off of their estimate.

He did a real good job. The front porch is beautiful. It looks like one in a magazine. He is really that good. His price was very reasonable and he understood our situation. He is a wonderful person. He was always on time. He had his jobs to do and he did this on the side. We couldn't ask for any better. He was very punctual. He answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. We would recommend him.

I MET WITH DON JORDAN WHO EXPLAINED TO ME IN LAYMAN'S TERMS EXACTLY WHAT REPAIRS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO RE-SEAL AROOUND THE CHIMNEY. I INSPECTED THE ON GOING WORK MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK BEING DONE AND IN THE QUALITY OF THE REPLACEMENT MATERIALS THEMSELVES.. THE VERY DAY AFTER JOB COMPLETION, IT RAINED ALL DAY AND EXPERIENCED ZERO LEAKS AT THE CHIMNEY. JOB WELL DONE, DON!!

Don was great to work with. He always returned calls promptly and was always professional. They completed the main roof job in one day and did a great job. There were a few minor issues with some raised shingles and the gutters , but when I called Don, he had someone here right away to correct the problems. Don even came back after all the work was completed to replace a couple pieces of siding for us, just for the trouble of us having to call about minor shingle issues. We could not have been happier with the quality of the work, and the great customer service.

I needed a quote for a roof repair during a sticky situation while selling our house. Don was courteous and professional, walking through the issues with me and giving me his full opinion (even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear). We ended up only doing part of the work but I was very satisfied with his services!

I contacted Jordan Roofing after finding them on Angie's List, one of two companies I considered, in early June 2013 by phone after receiving estimate and settlement from my insurance company. Tony Jordan returned my call promptly, and set up appointment a few days later. Tony arrived on time (timeliness is important to me), and agreed on the spot to complete the entire roof and gutter replacement for the same amount as defined by my insurance company. Don Jordan (owner & Tony's brother) called after contract was sent to make sure I was satisfied with the entire agreement. Contract was sent promptly, and we agreed to move forward. I had no serious leaks from the hail damage, so we agreed to wait until mid July for the replacement due to my schedule. Tony kept in touch vial email and text message, and gave me plenty of notice for the start of the roof replacement. Crew (9 guys) showed upon time Thursday July 11th, and was already teraring off the old roof by 8:00AM. Material was delivered the day of the repair. Tony also came early that day and watched over everything, even driving to the supply house with some incorrect trim material they had sent. Complete tear off down to the bare rood decking. Tony told me 1-2 days total time for the roof replacement, and he was right, roof replacement took exactly two days. Complete clean up of the yard before they left for the day. Gutter crew followed a few days later and completed their work in one day. Final walk around to clean up any left over debris was completed by both Tony and Don Jordan Invoice was delivered promptly, no surprises, the invoice amount matched the contract exactly. Overall, a good experience, I would recommend Jordan Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement.

Called Jordan Roofing on June 10th and set up an appt. for June 13th for their free estimate. One hour before the scheduled time, I received a call from Jordan Roofing (I cannot recall who it was that I spoke with) and was told that they had just realized that our address was approximately one hour away from their location and therefore, they would not come out and perform the estimate. However, the "Service Area" on the Angie's List web page shows: "Entire Area Except Madison, Bartholomew, Henry & Montgomery Counties". Also, Jordan Roofing was included in the 25 mile "Provider Distance From Your Address" search results. Very disappointed in that Jordan Roofing feels that we live too far away for them to provide service and also that they waited until essentially the last minute to let us know this.

They inspected the roof and said that it was fine & I didn't need to repair it at all. They didn't charge me for the inspection. They were prompt. I liked that it didn't need a repair. I felt like the guy was giving me an honest review. He told me good & bad and he told me exactly why he felt that I didn't need to take an action on it right now. Although, there was some dense in the simulation, he said it doesn't affect the function.

Jordan Roofing was very quick to respond to my request submitted through Angie's List and fixed the problem quickly as well. They were able to respond to my inquirey with in 24 hours and were on site and had the leak fixed within 3 days of submiting the request. I was happy with the service and communication and will be contacting them in the future if I need further roof repairs.
