Description of Work: I called Don Jordan for an estimate to replace my roof. He sent his sales rep Jim the next day to inspect my roof & price the job ! Jimmie E-mailed a quote the next day. His price was the best of 4 contractors Idealt with! I signed a contract with Jimmie & just 18 1/2 hours later , they were tearing off my old roof -WOW- they dont waste any time !! The workers were very nice and did a quality job on my home. My new roof is "BEAUTIFUL" and does not leak a drop of water ! I am very pleased with Jordan Roofing and would recommend them to family , friends , or anyone , that needs a new roof ! JORDAN ROOFING does what they say there going to do & when they say their going to do it !!

+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT AND I SHOWED HIM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT HE DIDN'T DO ALL THIS, AND I WOULD NOT HAVE HIRED HIM IF I KNEW THAT. THE JOB LOOKS PRETTY SHODDY, AND YOU CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE IN SHINGLE COLOR. ALSO HE USED CHEAPER MATERIALS SUCH AS PARTICLE BOARD INSTEAD OF PLYWOOD FOR THE ROTTED DECKING. THE PARTICLE BOARD IS CHIPPED, EXPOSED, AND LOOKS BAD. ALSO, WE HAVE AN EXPOSED SECTION OF WOOD AND HE SAYS THAT HE DOES NOT DO PAINTING. OF COURSE, I ASSUMED THAT IF HE WERE REPLACING PAINTED WOOD, HE WOULD BE WILLING TO DO PAINTING. IN ADDITION, HE WAS A LITTLE DISORGANIZED AND DID NOT HAVE ALL THE MATERIALS NEEDED AT FIRST. THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO MY REPORT. I'VE FOUND THE PROBLEM IS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE. THE DECKING IS COMPLETELY ROTTED AND HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IT IS VERY CHEAPLY DONE WORK. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE ALL OF THE BAD DECKING. I CALLED AND HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND HE NEVER DID.
