Estimator was not professionally attired. We met with the contractor and he seemed to know what he was doing so he was left to look at the roof. Unfortunately his company didn't tell him he also needed to quote gutters so I had to call them back and have him come out again to include that in the estimate. Pricing was on the high side but not the highest and in line with the insurance estimate.

Don and his group did an excellent job. They replaced our roof and soffits. They worked hard and professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

Don was available to talk on phone and came out in the promised 2 weeks time frame. He emailed and dropped off estimate in a timely manner.

Don responded quickly and advised on how long it would be before he would get to house. On inspection he said that the damage to the roof was not the kind that would require a complete re-roof. He estimate the specific damage and stated how long it would take. He provided a written quote on site. The inspection and detailed info took about 60 minutes.

Don Jordan was very prompt and polite when he came out to give us an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable, and he seemed to really know what he was talking about. The work was done well and special colored flashing was used at no extra cost to match the shingles and stonework on our chimney. The only problem we had was that, due to all the work generated by the storms, Don was working with a new crew, and after a few hours of the first day of work half of the crew was absentee. The workers that remained did an excellent job, but it was slow going, and a job that we thought would take only one day turned into two full days, which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, on the second day the workers were a couple of hours late and again with only a portion of the crew. We called Don and he was responsive in getting the guys out there and pushing them to finish the job. Clean up was descent. Overall, it was a pretty good job, and we ve had no problems with the roof.

Jordan Roofing was wonderful to work with. We were in a situation where we needed an estimate in a short time frame and most companies were several weeks out due to the hail storm. Don Jordan came out in two days, emailed the estimate, and had the best price! It was never a problem to get in touch with him and they did great work!

This company called back a week later and said they would call back in one week to come out for an estimate. I never heard back from them. I got this company's information from Angie's List.

Even though we requested work during a busy construction period due to a hail storm, Jordan roofing was able to come out and repair our roof within three weeks of giving us the estimate. The crew showed up when promised and finished on time also. The company owner made a couple of trips out to our house to check up on the crew during the job. Clean-up was thorough and we are very pleased with the look of our new roof. We see other new roofs in the neighborhood with buckled shingles, but nothing like that has appeared on our roof. We are very happy with their work.

Very good job. After noticing a problem, it was corrected promptly. Truthful, caring, pleasant. Do not hesitate to ask questions, you will get an honest answer. Not able to communicate with on site crew.

Don is a very pleasant and professional person to deal with. When he came to quote the job, I mentioned that I had a small leak. He temporarily fixed the roof with caulking right then until such time that it could be replaced. Don was getting married on the day that my roof was done and yet he stopped by my house twice to check on the job. The job was done very well except for the clean up. The cart that was used for hauling the old shingles away was picked up late at night leaving all the roofing nails under it on the street (approx. 100). When one of Don's employees came to check on everything the next day mid-afternoon, I mentioned this. He said that he would clean it up right away although I had done it several hours before. They also damaged several of my flowers. Overall though, I thought that they did a very good job and I would hire them again.

Very nice, punctual, and professional. Did the work they promised. We're pleased. When we need a new roof, we'll call Jordan Roofing to do the work.

They would call me back and leave a message. They were prompt. He would even call me back after hours to reach me and even gave me his cell number to reach him.

We were selling our house and the closing date was May 31st. The buyers' inspector found the roof damage and of course they wanted the roof replaced. Don Jordan went above and beyond to get our roof finished before the closing date. He kept us informed through the entire process, and his team worked past 9:30 pm to get the work done. We were very appreciative of his prompt service, and the roof looks great for the new homeowners.

Jordan Roofing was an excellent company to have re-roof my house. They came when they said they would, performed their work, and cleaned up after they were done. Excellent clean up job.

JORDON RESPONDED TO OUR CALL FOR HELP AND ADVICE WITH VARIOUS ROOFING PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND HE PROVIDED THE INFORMATION AND ESTIMATE IN A WAY THAT GAVE US CONFIDENCE WE WERE DEALING WITH A CAPABLE AND PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SERVICE. WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE, WE FELT THE CONFIDENCE WAS WELL PLACED. (THIS WAS NOT THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH A COUPLE OTHER COMPANIES WE TRIED BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO ANGIE'S LIST.)

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE HAD DON COME OUT FOR ROOF REPAIR. BOTH TIMES HE HAS BEEN PROMPT, COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THEY WERE DONE, AND **FIXED THE LEAKS**!

SINCE HE WAS NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN HE FIXED THE LEAK, HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIR! I REALLY APPRECIATED DON TAKING THE EXTRA TIME TO INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM AND FOR MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY WHEN HE WASN'T SURE IF HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. THANKS, DON!

WE CALLED DON JORDAN FOR A QUOTE ON A ROOF VENTILATOR TO COOL OUR ATTIC. HOWEVER, AFTER LOOKING AT OUR ROOF, DON RECOMMENDED SOFFIT VENTS INSTEAD. HE EXPLAINED THAT A ROOF VENTILATOR WOULD NOT BE EFFECTIVE WITHOUT A WAY TO DRAW COOL AIR UP INTO THE ATTIC. HE ALSO SAID THAT WITH SOFFIT VENTS, THE AIR WOULD NATURALLY CIRCULATE UP AND OUT THROUGH OUR EXISTING RIDGE VENTS. SO WE AGREED TO TRY THE SOFFIT VENTS AND SKIP THE ROOF VENTILATOR. DON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING ABOUT 30 SOFFIT VENTS. HE INSTALLED THE VENTS SO NEATLY AND EVENLY THAT THEY LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE. WITH THE NEW VENTS, OUR ATTIC IS MUCH COOLER. OUR THANKS TO DON FOR NOT SELLING US SOMETHING WE DIDN'T REALLY NEED.
