David and his crew did a great job. The trim and front door looks great. The painters were able to get the job done by the time promised. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Communication was good. They did the job in the timeline that was promised, and the workers were careful and fast. The house and garage look great after the painting. As a bonus, they were the cheapest estimate that we received--although I do not always hire the company with the lowest estimate as quality is important. I would hire them again!

The work was performed professionally and completed ahead of schedule. Tom and Tony did an excellent job resolving any issues that arose. Overall they did an excellent job.

Excellent service. Paint crew worked tirelessly for two days power washing, scraping, caulking, and then finally painting. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). So far (<1 month), the covers and the repair seem to be working. Pricing and scheduling were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use JD Hostetter & Associates again.

We LOVE the job these guys did! Our house is 40 years old, the lower 8' is brick, and there are 6 tall gables with wood siding (we have a very steeply pitched roof). The experience was great all the way through. Great communication upfront with Brenda in the office, then Tom stopped by to go over everything, even giving us a lot of ideas for colors/coordination. We ended up going with a 3-color scheme, and our house has never looked better! David & Jose did a fantastic job from prepping all the wood, doing wood rot repairs where needed and even rebuilding/replacing a faux flowerbox on the gable over our garage. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so whenever anyone asks about the great new look our house has (and quite a few already have!) Thanks guys for a tremendous experience.

I wanted to share positive feedback about the painting team that did the work on my house last month. They did an awesome job, with precision and expert detail on all aspects of the painting. This is the second project JD Hostetter has done at my home. The results were consistent both times. Excellent results. From the estimate, getting the work scheduled thru the completion of the project, everything went very smoothly. The Hardie siding installation was completed in 1 day, followed by the painting a few days later. I choose JD based on my prior experience with them, and their status as an Elite Preferred status with Hardie. Now that my siding work is completed, I would not hesitate to hire them again for other housing projects in the future. Excellent work. Communication was great and all my questions were answered quickly.

Excellent workmanship. They arrived on time and were able to complete most of the work in one day taking care not to damage any of the existing landscape. I would recommend and hire again if needed.

They have been unresponsive, They came out twice and discussions has been made, signed contract, scheduled start of work was supposed to be on May 13th, but they haven't get back to us since then and a no show even, and I don't know what happened to them, we have a signed contract and an agreement but they haven't contacted me back, haven't returned my calls, their voice mailbox is full and would not take new messages.

Tom was prompt in replying to our request for an estimate and his quote was reasonable compared to three other quotes from reputable painting companies in the area. David and his crew were outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, and talented painters. When the job was finished, David walked around the house with me to allow me to inspect the work. It was perfect. I would certainly recommend JD Hostetter and Associates for painting the exterior of your home.

JD Hostetter did excellent work! They were good to work all the way through the process - from getting an estimate, to scheduling, to doing the actual work. The wood trim that they replaced looks very good now, and was expertly installed with a good fit and good weatherproofing / caulking. They were helpful when we picked colors for the paint, and let us know what color schemes are popular for our style of house. The work was done quickly when it started. Great job! Will definitely hire them again for exterior repairs.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The prep-work and the painting went really well. The stain work on the shutters and the front door made the house look like it did the day we moved in ten years ago. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to others.

Excellent job done. Highly Professional and very responsive. This is second time I've had them paint our house which is three stories and a difficult house to paint.. Last time was over 10 years ago and it lasted well over that time. Three different colors were required and two coats were applied. All done on time with outstanding results.

Fantastic! The men from JD Hostetter came out sooner than expected to take care of our badly peeling deck. They removed the patio furniture, pressure washed - came back a few days later to sand and scrape the deck before painting. The crew was polite, prompt, professional - it was a job well done!

The folks at JD Hostetter were very helpful during this entire process. They helped explain the services they would perform, answered any question and were easy to reach and communicate with. I interviewed 6 major roofing companies and went with JD Hostetter due to price, the interactions with their staff and due to their ratings on Angie's list. I will likely hire them in the future for other (non-roofing) work.

We LOVE how our 27-year-old house looks with the new Hardie siding. Hostetter's Hardie crew were very professional and true tradesmen of their craft! Our two story house looks like a newly built home now. The paint job was excellent too - their painters did a beautiful and detailed job painting our new siding. Hostetter's also repaired a pulled loose gutter board on the upper back side of our house and replaced a bent gutter. It was a great experience hiring Hostetter's.

Great! It was just what I was looking for in quality and craftsmanship. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Though the response time for receiving a quote was very slow. Despite that, I would hire them again.

They did an excellent job. It shouldn't need any maintenance for a long time.
