I really like Chad, he is professional hard working and most importantly does an outstanding job. We were thinking about changing out the carpeting in our house but wanted to save some money this year for another project so we decided to have the carpets cleaned. Chad and his crew not only did an great job bringing my carpet back to "like new" condition, but also got out some stains that were old and I felt like had no chance of completely being cleaned. I will use again for sure!

I have been dreading this for some time but these guys popped in the door, moved the heavy furniture and were done in a little over an hour. Carpet looks new, it was really dirty. Very professional and a very reasonable price.

They did a fairly good job. They communicated and interacted well as far as that goes. If I ask them why they were doing a certain thing, they explained it to me. If I have a chance to use them again, I would use them again and see how they do because we have to give them a chance to grow. They weren't excellent but I give them high regards. The price was kind of high. They were a little early so it saved us time. There would be no reason for me not to use them again.

I decided to get the carpets cleaned in the home I just purchased before I move in so that there would be no furniture to move and they could really get every area of the carpet. It was obvious the previous owners had pets and there were several stains throughout. Chad and Matt did an excellent job! The carpets immediately looked so much better, and I feel much better about moving into this home knowing the carpets are cleaned and sanitized. Chad was great about accommodating my schedule since I had to leave work to meet them at the house. I will absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to my friends and family. I am very picky about quality, and they were fantastic.

They have been fantastic. I have used them for several years for every day carpet services. My brother has had issues with flooding problems. They have been very responsive. The customer service is terrific. The quality of the work is great.

A GREAT experience!!! The representative came to the house, took off their shoes and placed cover booties on his feet before he came in. Upon return of the rug, which took only three days, the job was GREAT and well worth the money. The rug looked brand new. By the way, upon delivery the representative took off his shoes and put cover booties on. A great overall experience.

When they finished cleaning the carpet, it looked brand new, when at first I was worried I was going to lose my security deposit. They got every stain that was in the carpet. It was incredible! The workers even helped me load my car and wouldn't let me carry a thing without even asking. I even used them in my new house in March. They are going to put me on a quarterly cleaning schedule.
