They got spot on somethings. But overall they did good.

I used them once before and they did a wonderful job. They came back in and did another wonderful job. My carpet looks brand new. I'm currently waiting for them to get back at me to see how much it would cost to clean my bathroom and kitchen tile. They were just great and super guys.

They could have told us that they stains we had on our carpet probably wouldn't come out before they cleaned the caret and charged up. They told us they would move the furniture to clean and they didn't do that. They came back out and I made sure they cleaned under the furniture.

We were VERY pleased with Brooke and associate! Brooke's communication via Angie's List was prompt and friendly. They were prompt on their appointment and very upfront about some areas in which they just couldn't get stains out (only 1 room that had some serious foot traffic). The rest of the carpets (mostly white or very light in nature) looked great afterward! Previous owner had a cat with lots of cat urine stains and we were pleased as our dog hasn't seemed to notice any cat smell. Very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend! We have already made another request to have them clean our old home.

Great. I bought an offer for $199 for five rooms and a hallway. They worked with me on substituting different things b/c I didn't have five rooms that needed done. The representatives that came to do the work were very professional and kind.

The big deal worked out fine for us. We were satisfied with the services. It worked out well, because there was a discrepancy over what we had discussed over the phone, and the service person who came and he went back to his car and called, and worked it out to be the arrangement that I had previously told him. I wasn't going to allow him to do it at what he had said. We were able to work it out. It was poor communication between him and the office, so I didn't have to pay additional money. The communication at first could have been a real problem. The problem involved some stairs, and they were supposed to do them at a certain price, but there was no furniture moving involved. You have to get the communication straight before you go to someone's house to do it, and I felt that management and communication on their part could have been better. The price was fine, and that was one of the reasons that we got them.
