On time, efficient, clean. Came in on day off to perform service on day scheduled. Way to go!

Original appointment had to be rescheduled by Integrity, but all went well with second appointment. Carpet was clean and transaction was very professional.

They arrived on time, prepped the carpet & did an excellent job. They got out the soy milk my grandson had spilled.

I was not home at the time the service was performed. However, my daughter told me that the technician came in and started the job. He completed the job in two hours. We stayed off the carpets for one day. The carpets were clean and soft. We had schedule our daughter's open house the following Saturday.

Integrity Carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning my rug. The workers were very professional and finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. This was my second time using them and I will defiantly use them again.

It was really great. I called on Tuesday, he called on Wednesday, and did the job on Thursday. I need things done within a short amount of time and this is the place to go for quick service. It was super affordable and he's a great guy. I'm an employee of Angie's List and I really know service providers. This company is the top of the top. He was even cool with my little dog barking the whole time so i could leave and get back to work. Two thumbs up!

I called to schedule the service and they were available when I needed them. They were punctual in getting to the house and went to work right away. I added a few areas to clean from my angie's list deal and they agreed and gave me a good proce. Everything was done fast and efficiently.

Technical (MATT) arrived on appointment date and time( after calling ahead). He worked hard and efficiently, After stain pretreatment he did his very best to remove heavy soiling . Did entire job in one hour.

They did a terrific job and were very friendly. I thought my area rug was about shot but now it looks like new. I hate to walk on it.

They were ok. I also noticed in my bedroom there were a couple spots that were hard as if they melted the carpet.

Overall I would use them again. To start off they were over an hour late, although they did phone to let me know they were running behind. They Angie's list deal that I paid for was for 3 rooms. I did not have 3 rooms that needed cleaning only an entry way and living room. So I asked if they would clean the stairs an count that as one of the rooms. They said they would not and charged me an extra approx. $45 dollars. They said the extra charge was because the stairs would take longer and had to be done by hand. It seemed to me it took him a sorter time to do the stairs than the other portions of the house, but.......? Overall they did a good job so, as I mentioned I would probably use them again.
