Description of Work: Had a Big Deal coupone for 3 rooms (700Feet) of cleaning. Arrived right on time, went through the rooms to be done, explained how everything would be done including any extra expense for specific spots. Went to work, moved the furniture he could, finished, left no mess. Everything went very well.

Description of Work: Nothing. He called back once, and said he would call back when could find date open. Neither of us called each other. It is my understanding if the service is not performed, the merchant does not get the money. I hope this is so.

Description of Work: I signed up for an Angie's List deal, three rooms for $90. We had them also do stairs which was extra, but necessary and worth the additional cost. The day they were originally scheduled was extraordinarily cold so they called well in advance to reschedule. They were detained from a previous appointment and were going to be late to our house. Again, they called in advance and let me know. The employee who came was pleasant, professional, and courteous.

Description of Work: Matt from Integrity arrive promptly and began to clean the walking areas of carpets throughout the house, including 2 sets of stairs. He did an excellent job and will ask for him when it is time to have carpets cleaned again. We took advantage of the Angie's List Deal + added more tasks to job.

Description of Work: There was a special of 3 rooms. I ended up having them do all but two rooms in the house including our basement and two sets of stairs. They were great. Worked very h****** a Friday afternoon, did a wonderful job on all surfaces in the house. They moved furniture around, got all stains out, and the house smelled wonderful. Would definitely have them again.
