Technician was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed each issue.

They come and treat our home on the outside for pest control quarterly. We had an ant problem for several years. We tried to do it ourselves, but were not having any luck. We hired Insight Pest Control and they have been wonderful. We have not seen an ant in awhile. One time after we hired them we did see some ants inside. We called and they came out right away and treated our kitchen on the inside. Since then we have not seen a single ant. Insight is very nice to work with.

They were terrible. I would never use them again. They charged $110 per visit. They just didn't do a good job. I thought they were expensive. It was one of those deals where they were walking around the neighborhood and they caught me. I fell into it. They said they did the service. I would go out and check, and things wouldn't be done because I work from home. I don't remember the specific details from it and it was just not a good service. I ended up even having to contact the BBB. I just don't have anything good to say about them. They were very hard to contact. They didn't get back with me. Everything about them was poor. The price was high.

They come 4 times a year and they always do a fantastic job. They are honest, dependable, and really stand by there work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician Ryan Little was great! He made the routine applications, then patiently listened to my description of a particular concern, then explained how he would address it. He then did so, then showed me his work and explained in terms I could understand how what he did should resolve the particular problem.

Insight was going door-to-door and I was new to the neighborhood and had ant problems (inside and out). They salesman was nice enough and it was convenient to have them come out so we signed up. They cam as scheduled the first time, the person who came said if we have any trouble to call back and he would come back out if needed. When I called a week later to say that the ants were worse they said it can take awhile and they do not routinely send people back out. We ended up treating ourselves and finally the problem was take care of. We had a "contract" with them at this point so they were scheduled to come back and retreat as ants are a problem in my area. They called with an automated message 3 or 4 times to tell us they were coming back on 3 or 4 occasions and they never showed up; I called, which takes you to a main office in one of the Carolina's (not a local company at all). I was told on several occasions not to worry that they would be out and for whatever reason there was always an excuse that they did not come. I called and spoke to their retention specialist on various occasions and again was told they were going to come out and they never did. It then took me 1 hour on the phone with that same person to cancel my service. I was very unhappy and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

The initial visit seemed fine, however, after the second visit we had more ants in our home than ever. I contacted the company and they offered to have some one come out and address the issue. They never showed up. Additionally, I discovered that they applied product in an organic vegetable garden that we had specifically asked them to avoid. I called customer service. They were very kind and offered a $50 credit and agreed to cancel our service despite having a one year contract. We were happy with their response at that time. Months later (it's now November) they called and stated they are going back on their word and now require that we either pay a cancellation fee or continue our service. He was very arrogant and stated that he doesn't care who we report them to.

The technician was very professional, friendly and thorough. He removed a dead mouse and checked for current activity, cleared a lot of spider webs, and sprayed near entrance points in the home.

Ryan is very personable, professional and prompt.

So far, the service is going good. They just come out four times a year.

Every quarter, someone would turn up and spend 10-15 mins spraying round the outside of the house. For $115 a quarter, this was not worth it. I can't even tell if it made any difference or not. We still had wasps nest and spiders so it didn't seem very effective. When we called to cancel service they continued to send people round to our house to try and sign us up again. Then this month we got what looked like an invoice for $115 for quarterly service, stating on it that we had discontinued service previously, but headed and quot;inspection/service reportand quot;. This does not even seem to be a request for payment, rather an underhand way of trying to get us to recommence service, hoping we would just pay it anyway, or think it was a past due bill. Am waiting for a response to an enquiry as to what this document is.

I believe they're doing to good job. I haven't really noticed anything over the past year or so that we've been using them. They've done the job that they committed to doing. They may or may not be the cheapest, but they certainly had helped my wife who hates insects and spiders. They have met and probably exceeded my expectations. They'll email me and let me know when they're going to be here and what they're going to do and they send me a full report but I'm usually not here. They're probably not the cheapest but the initial special that I got was very reasonable. There was one time I think after the first application where we still noticed some bugs and they came out at no fee to do a second application so that was certainly responsive.

It's good. Everything's working out for me.

So far, I haven't had any issues. I pay $109 every three months. I think it's a fair price.

They do have a sweep for pests once a quarter. They seemed to do a reasonably good job. Price seemed to be about the same as everybody else.

The experience has been fine.We have ongoing service with them. I have been using them for probably about 2 years. We don't have any bugs.

It is a very good company. Their follow through is really good. We are on one of their maintenance programs and if I call them to come out and take care of a problem, they are there pretty quickly and we found them to be an effective group. I think it's like $60-80 and we get 3-4 visits a year, and then any time we need to call them to come out and do any additional service, they do it with no charge. If you have issues with bugs, it's definitely the best way to go with them because they come out regularly and they treat for different things, and if there's a breakthrough or some sort of an issue, they come and take care of it. Literally I call them and they are usually there in a day or 2. I had a situation one time where I had a yellow jacket's nest in one of my rental properties so I called them and they went out and treated it and they have been there twice, but they were not able to get the problem under control. I then called Triple A Exterminators who I had called in the past, and they did a better job and got the nest under control. I think maybe Triple A had some different equipment or something like that, but that was something where Insight was not as effective as they could have been. Other than that, I have been really happy with them. I think their price is fair. We continue to have them on contract for our home.

I have used them for the last year and a half. I don't use them currently, but I may use them in the future.

We have used only one of their pest control so it is difficult to grade them. We used to live in a much smaller town in which relations were much more personal and our pest control person was literally our friend. However, they were polite and courteous.

They've been a great company to work with. The gettlemen that actually came over and provided the service were two guys and recently they had a new guy. They were incredibly warm and friendly. They opened up a conversation, they explained what's going on, and what are the different places of pest problems are.

We have a yearly service contract with them. They show up quarterly. They are typically here and gone on their own schedule. When we do have to call them they are here prompt. They are professional and the bugs are gone.

It's been positive. It's been good. They let me know before they come for a treatment. They're always asked if I need any additional service. It's not to try to sell. If the treatment isn't working well, they'll come back out and they will re-treat. They seemed to be reliable and responsible.

I called them for preventative and they were in the neighborhood. I got a bee problem but they can't do anything with bees because they are honey bees.

Mitch was very thorough and explained what he would do. He did an excellent job.

Got a cold call from a sales man at my door. I switched to his service because he seemed professional and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appt for technician to come. No one came. When I called, they said that I wasn't on the books (after I waited all day for them). I have called and gotten no call back from them. I filled out the customer on-line survey details my complaints and got no response. I talked to an area manager (Aaron) once who said he would make sure everything was fixed but he never did anything and when I called him back and left a message, no return call. Clearly this company is a racket. Cancelled and went back to Terminix.
