Still se some spiders and bees are worse. They won't return phone calls. 104

They come out quarterly. They were here February of 2016. They're responsive. If the quarterly maintenance isn't working and you call them they will come back out at no charge and they're always friendly when they do. I have had it to where they haven't got back with me twice so I don't know if I got lost in their system or what the issue was. It's $109 each time.

DO not use this provider. Now I am trying to cancel service & can get NO response via phone or website. The local number doesn't pick up. The toll-free number leaves you on hold for 20+ minutes & return calls never come. I left a message over a week ago & still no response.

We used Insight Pest Solutions. They were here last month for part of a treatment plan. I haven't been overly pleased. I have noticed a little improvement. I asked them to help with moles, they did it once and they said they didn't even know if it would work .

My tech, ELIJAH CHURCH was on time, very professional and did everything I believe is in the contract.

They were not thorough, I’d give them a B. I won't be using them again.

It went well. We have regular quarterly service. They send an email ahead and also call with schedule service. If you want them to do inside treatment, you can schedule a particular time slot for the day of service. The servicemen seem knowledgeable and work in a timely manner. Are professional and courteous.

I purchased a one year contract for services from Insight where they come out quarterly. This most recent visit was the second of my four applications. I received a voicemail on (I believe) a Friday saying that my treatment would occur the following Monday. I left a message saying that I wanted to be home when the tech came by because I wanted to make sure some of the inside areas were treated again. (They will simply do the outside only if no one is home at the time of application). A rep called me that Monday morning and told me we could still do the same day service and gave me a two hour window when the tech would show up. While my tech didn't call before he came to my house, with that short of a time frame I really didn't mind. He arrived about an hour into the two hour window. My tech Elijah was a nice kid and asked me if I was having any particular trouble areas. I explained them to him and he went about his ordinary course of spraying the standard areas. Two important things worthy of note. He put down a bunch of extra glue traps in my garage as well as basement to see what kinds of insects might be getting in (maybe to make sure they sprays they are using will kill them?) Anyway, I was his last stop for the day so he told me he just emptied the rest of his tanks on my application. He then verified everything was to my satisfaction and he was on his way. Has this service completely eradicated all inspects from my property? No, but there has been a substantial reduction in the insects I've seen. I am satisfied so far.

Wonderful. My technician was Elijah and he is the best technician that I have had so far. While they all do their job he was very attentive, and found some pests I had not know were there. I would recommend this service.

They were making door to door calls- I did not use their services.

After the service was performed we saw an initial INCREASE in ants and spiders and called Insight. They informed us that this is common because they are scattering now that they've been treated. They told us to wait a few weeks and if we still see activity to give them a call back to have the technician hit the house with another round of spray. After 2 weeks and seeing ants and spiders more active than ever before (in our 16 years of living in the house) we called back. Insight told us that a service rep would call us back to schedule a time to spray---they never called back. When I received an email stating that they'd come back for our second treatment, I called to cancel our contract. I was told there would be a $120 cancellation fee and that it was part of our initial agreement and was told to look at page 2 of the initial contract and the small boxes at the bottom. Shame on me for not reading the small boxes at the bottom and trusting the service rep who told us that we could cancel at anytime without incurring any additional fees. Bottom line is--I don't know what Insight was spraying but we're going back to our $30 bottle of insect control from Lowes which has always served us well as long as we apply in quarterly.

Insight came through our neighborhood and offered a discount for pest control. We weren't having any problems, but were new to the home and decided it would be a good idea to apply the products. They came out the next day and administered the product in a professional and efficient manner and were all done within about 30 to 40 minutes. All seems to be good inside the home. There have been quite a few different bugs that have been flushed out and died - apparently that we didn't know had taken up residence inside our home. Braden our sale contact was very friendly and professional. Tim was our technician and also did an excellent job.

Our technican Bryce did a very good job putting pest spray and dust in trouble areas throughout our house. He also removed a couple wasp nests and cob webs in our garage. Overall he did an excellent job.

Elijah did a great job today and past experiences have always been good as well. They are very friendly and willing to spray indoors anywhere you would like as well as the thorough exterior application. It definitely helps to keep bug population in the house to mostly nil.

Great! They were out the next day to do interior. Since it had rained they had to come the next day to spray outside. I forgot to tell them about the carpenter bees when they were here. So I called that evening and they came out the next day and treated for the bees.

This is the perfect example of why you should use Insight Pest Solutions . I contacted them because while in the process of selling my house the inspector reported a carpenter ant infestation (outside). Which sounded odd, since I had never had that kind of problems. But I needed to have the area inspected. Originally (on the phone) Insight Pest Solutions quoted a certain amount of money to perform the service I needed (carpenter ant extermination). And I was fine with that amount. When the Technician arrived on site he inspected the area, treated the lawn (preventative) but could not find the carpenter ant infestation (described in the inspection report). We even called the inspector to make sure we were not missing anything. The Technician spoke with the inspector on the phone. In the end, I was still ready to pay the agreed amount of money, but the Technician surprised me and reduced the price quite a bit, even if he did spend a lot of time on site, investigating and making sure everything was OK. I want to stress the point that I did not ask for a discount: he offered it ... and I appreciate his honesty and his approach. This is a way to go the proverbial "extra mile", and this is the way to attract new customers. I know I can trust this company. Very professional. On time. Honest.

Initially we were pleased with the service. The tech was friendly and couteous. When we were notified that it was time to do another treatment we called to ask that the tech come in the afternoon when someone was home. We specifically wanted to show the tech an area to not spray because we did not want the honey bees killed. We got home to find the tech had been here and sprayed everything. We called to complain and cancel the service. Then today I got another email reminding me of the final treatment. I called again to remind them we had cancelled this service. I was told that I would have to pay back the promotional discount for canceling the contract early--$100! So now I am being charged a fee--manager denied this, saying I was refunding them the discount--to cancel a service that was not provided to my specifications. The explanation I got was that there was 2 different techs that had come to my house and so the 2nd tech had no way of knowing what we told the first tech. That is not a valid excuse for poor service, especially when we called the company the day before our scheduled service to request the tech come when someone was at home. I was willing to just cancel the service and let it go, knowing that I am perhaps different than most customers in not wanting some "pests" (bees) killed. However, to be charged $100 to cacel a service that was done poorly is outrageous.

We have used Insight for several years and have been pleased with their service. Every once in awhile they have to come back to do an additional interior treatment for ants but they have usually been accommodating.

With 3 kids, the ants find their way into our house. An Insight salesman dropped by our door. Normally I send them away, but the environmentally friendly application caught my attention. He explained the process and pricing. After about a 10 minute conversation, we schedule an appointment. The tech did not show (although he said he was there), but they came out when I contacted the salesman. After just 2 days, we saw the dead bugs and retract of movement in our house. The tech was very courteous, professional and thorough. I walked through the house with him while he treated all bathrooms, around the basement, kitchen and a couple other areas, in addition to the perimeter of the house, fence line and pool area. If I see bugs, I can call anytime for treatment at no additional cost. I hope we don't have to call again. We signed a quarterly treatment program. Originally I called another company with an Angies Deal. After 9 days, there wasn't any change to the insect issue. 2 days with Insight made the difference. I would recommend to neighbors and friends.

They were recommended by our neighbor and they were pretty good. He was knowledgeable and did his job efficiently. He keeps coming back for scheduled visits and he is on time for his appointment.
