Description of Work: The service providers and phone personnel were very friendly. I had used another pest control company for 14 years with good results, but was encouraged to change provider because Insight advertised eco-friendly chemicals. I have not had favorable results with their product. They are trying to treat my home and are accomodating, but the product is simply not as effective.

Description of Work: We have used insight pest for seasonal service. The summer and fall service went off without a problem. Appointments kept and on time. However, the past service has had many problems. First, no one showed for our original appointment. I called and rescheduled. We were charged for the visit, but again, no service tech. I call a third time to schedule. The tech showed up, but not on the correct date, so the exterior was treated (hopefully), but we had to reschedule again for interior treatment. We were called back the day prior to the scheduled time to reschedule for another date. The manager showed up to do this tx and explained that they switched to a call center rather and there had been problems. I will give them one more chance, but I'm currently in the market for another pest service.

Description of Work: It went great. They come out quarterly. I have been using them for about 2-3 years now.

Description of Work: Sam comes every 3 months to service our home. He dusts and sprays the outside perimeter and while checking for any areas that might be conducive to pests. He always asks about the inside of the home and if there have been any pest concerns. I don't want to jinx it, but we haven't seen anything crawling since they started. Very, very confident in Insight and Sam ' s honesty. And he's just a very pleasant guy.
