Description of Work: They send a technician to my house quarterly to spray for bugs and spiders. They spray the entire perimeter of the house and always knock to see if there is anywhere inside the house I would like sprayed at no extra charge. They are always prompt and courteous. i have been very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: The actual service was adequate. The total price quoted verbally was simply not true. The door-to-door salesman promised a good service at a price which wouldn't exceed $400.Turned out that was only for the initial visit, and I didn't catch it in the fine print. Their penalty system made it impossible to simply withhold payment for subsequent visits, short of major legal action. I would not recommend them.

We're extremely troubled to hear about your experience feeling deceived initially about the cost of the program and then continually receiving services after requesting cancellation. It sounds like our sales representative neglected to fully explain the program, excluding the overall cost, and for that we sincerely apologize. Allowing a customer to sign up for a year of service without prior knowledge of what exactly to expect is completely unacceptable, and we recognize that this was a large error on our part. Our current sales representatives have been further trained to educate each customer on the details of the service as well as pricing before committing to the program. Regarding our mistake of returning to treat your property after cancellation, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. I too would be frustrated if after requesting cessation of service, a company persisted to show up at my door. The summer in which this occurred, our company almost doubled in size, we were under staffed at the time and inevitably some technical errors occurred. We do claim full responsibility and truly apologize for the inconvenience.

Description of Work: sprayed exterior of home for pest. we did see a decrease in spiders in the house which we are on a very tree covered lot. I would have them come out midway in the quarter and respray if I did see increase but they were always willing to come out no extra charge. I think the service is pricey- so we are ending our contract with them at this time.

Description of Work: They spray safe insecticide around the perimeter of the house. They knock down all spider webs on the windows. They will come inside too. If I have any problems between their quarterly visits, they come back for free.

Description of Work: I am set up as a quarterly service. They have done a great job. They come out 4 times a year but if I have requested additional service it's free. Like one time I got ants in my kitchen. They were out the next day and the ants were gone after one treatment. One time they were early to an inside appt and I was 5 minutes late. So they left. They were good about rescheduling. And about calming me down when I was upset about it.
