They notify me when they are coming and they are very punctual. I haven't had any insects in my house. Their price is a little high.

On 06/19/2010 this customer received their first Initial Service with our company. We received a call on 10/19/2010 from this customer informing us that they were dissatisfied with the service performed on 06/19/2010. No call was made prior to this point about the service. In our conversation with the customer on 10/19/2010 we apologized for any difficulty and offered to return for any problems they may have been having. The did not take us up on this offer. No call has been made to our office from this customer regarding any pest problems from 10/19/2010 until 06/16/2011. We addressed the customer's concerns and explained our guarantees again informing the customer that anytime during their service that they were experiencing problems interior they could call and we would have gladly returned for free. If we are not aware of a problem it makes it difficult for us to correct it. The customer accepted to have us treat the interior on their next regular service. It is unfortunate that this customer feels so unsatisfied with the service. If we would have been made aware of problems we would have gladly returned to correct them.

They make that the problem is taken care of. If I see any problem after their visit, I will call them and they will come out again the next day without any questions asked. They are expensive. They have natural pesticides and they always show up when I call them.

We used this company because we had a problem with ants in our home. They came out and sprayed, then informed us that if this doesn't seem to work with in 2 weeks to call and they would come out and spray again. The treatment didn't seem to work so we called and at that time had a issue with spiders as well, adding that to the pest control to be sprayed for. We have been contacting them over and over again because the pest issue persists. We requested that they would call us before they would come to make sure it would work in our schedule. They would never call and show up at incontinent times. When the times were bad for us they would state that we just didn't want inside work done and spray parts of the yard. We have now been sent to collections with this company due to a billing miscommunication and are trying to resolve it with the company. There is a clause in the contract that states if after two treatments if the control problem does not seem to be working then we can be let out of the contract. The company is currently giving us the run around and only offering to re-spray when the treatments are currently not working. We are more than willing to pay for the services that have been completed but do not want to work with this company any more.

It is unfortunate that Member has had a bad experience with our company. In all fairness and to preserve the reputation of Insight we would like to provide some clarification. Member enrolled in a 1 year service contract with our company on 07/06/10. We performed his Initial Pest Control Service on 07/06/10 and returned for a Free Re-Treatment on 07/24/10 due to some ant activity. Per the agreement we returned on 08/16/10 for their 1st Regular Service which we have a documented reminder call for which was placed on 07/30/10 @ 1:20pm. On 10/26/10 Member called to dispute the service we rendered on 08/16/10 and when we pulled the service ticket observed that it was signed by his wife who received and accepted service. As outlined in the agreement we returned on 11/08/10 to perform their next regular service and have a documented reminder call that we placed on 10/28/10 @ 3:29pm. The credit card provided by the customer to be drafted automatically declined for this service performed on 11/08/10. We spoke with Member on 11/09/10 and she informed us that her husband would call to give us new information. From 11/09/10 to 02/03/11 Insight made 18 calls to this customer by phone and left messages requesting a return call to resolve the unpaid balance on the account. No mention up to this point was made to us by the customer of any ongoing pest issue or dissatisfaction with the service. On 02/03/11 we made contact with Member where he informed us that he was dissatisfied with the service because he was still seeing spiders. This would be typical considering we had not serviced his property since 11/08/10 due to an unpaid balance. We informed him that we would be happy to return to treat as soon as his account was brought current and educated him again on our service guarantees. He committed to pay his balance the following week. He mentioned to us that when he pays his balance he would like to cancel. We informed him that we would discuss this matter when his balance was paid which he agreed to. Member never paid the bill nor did he return our calls. We left another 6 message from 02/03/11 to 04/05/11 to try and rectify the account. On 04/06/11 a formal letter was sent to Member informing him that his account would be sent to an outside collections company if the balance was not resolved in 10 days. On 04/21/11 his account was sent to collections. Insight Pest Solutions takes pride in their work and adheres the highest level of service possible. If mistakes are made we try very hard to resolve them as quickly and as fairly as we can. Member in our opinion has other issues or concerns that he needs to resolve on his end. Insight made every effort to assist him in his difficulties and propose accommodating solutions which he never followed through with. We believe the account was handled fairly and consider the matter closed.

Insight Pest Solutions is okay. They are adequate and I think there is nothing better that what you can do on your own with the things you buy off the counter. They mostly do outside treatment. They did little bit of over-promising. They did what they said they would do but the reality on how it would be was not clear. I don’t see anything significantly different than what they promised. It’s not like we had a huge problem with bugs but they were like “oh, you’ll have all these on your walls and will see these dead on the floor” and that never happened.
