My service went well much better then the previous company that treated my home. I really like that they email and call me a few weeks in advance to let me know that they will be coming by to do their quarterly service. For this recent service, because we have problems with mice outside and centipedes in our basement, I contacted the office to let them know that service would be needed in specific areas of our home. I had called the home office twice on separate times to let them know first of the centipede, then a few days before service appointment, the mice in our front house. I always get a machine when I call their office and have to leave a voice-mail with my issues, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, our rep did a great job spraying, dusting and checking the traps in the basement. I mentioned to him about our mice issue and he stated that he wasn't aware of it and that the home office failed to mention that to him. Despite the lack of communication from the home office, he was still able to put up mice traps in the front of the house. When the rep is done with the service he informs me that he has completed the work, and provides me a run-down of what service was done in the exterior of the home, and provides me an invoice of everything he serviced. In comparison to the previous company that serviced my home, I am very glad that I am using Insight.

The technicians are always good--they listen well and are polite. The receptionist was very unprofessional. She messed up our scheduling and then made many excuses when the technician did not show up.

They have been fine. They always call about 3-4 days to see if I need additional service. They check to make sure someone is home as well to see if any additional services are needed. Their overall communication is very good. They can come out upon request if needed.

They do fine work, but they are a little expensive. I have had no issues with their work. They always call before they come out, which is nice. They are great with communication. They also ask if you need inside treatment. Since I have been using them, I have not had insect problems. The chemicals they use do not leave any residue or odor.

Things have been going well. We have been using them for about two years. We had a problem with bees and they did a good job resolving that issue. Occasionally, they have done some spraying around the pipes under the sink, but they mainly work outside. They have done a very good job. If we had any problems, they will come back out.

After talking with the manager, he sent over my usual technician, Shay, who did a great job. The manager also reduced the cost of the service by half. I feel Insight tried to and quot;make goodand quot; and I am satisfied with the follow-up service. As long as Insight keeps sending Shay or another competent technician, I plan on staying with them. I always have to check this providers work because I have had problems with him before. This service call was worse than the previous ones. There were dozens of webs on the eves, a huge wasp nest under the front porch, a huge web next to the front door. Normally you can see the white granulation that they put down in the shrub area and about 5 feet out int the lawn. This time....nothing! I plan on taking photos of the webs and wasp nest and sending them to the main office. I guess the service person was here because he left an invoice but there certainly was no evidence of any services provided. This is the second time this happened. When I called the office the first time, the manager was very snooty. My advice is and quot;Don't use this providerand quot;.

They call ahead to let us know when they will be out. I never see them. They always come and complete the work. They do a good job.

This was a ridiculously unpleasant experience. A sales rep from Insight Pest Solutions was going door to door selling in our community which has NO SOLICITING signs posted at all entrances to the community. Upon answering my door for him I stated the NO SOLICITING was posted and he said and quot;he knew thatand quot; and continued to go on with his sales pitch. I told him my friends that own Total Exterminating had just serviced our home recently, but he didn't seemed to care, just seemed to like sticking to his pitch regardless. He was VERY high pressure and inconsiderate. Several neighbors called or texted me to express their disdain for this individual and a company that that was inconsiderate of our posted NO SOLICITATION signage. He also is required to have a door to door solicitation permit for our area and he did not acknowledge whether he had one or not. Even if he did have the solicitation permit we have posted NO SOLICITATION throughout the community! I will NEVER do business with this company and wanted to let others be aware of the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by this individual, an agent of Insight Pest Solutions!

They checked all windows, floorboards, bathrooms behind sinks and toilets, under cabinets, and all crevices in each room and in garage and basement. Exterior around all exterior edges were spread and traps set in garage to collect sample of bugs and pests common to our home. Dylan was helpful in answering all questions and took the time to do a thorough job.

They give me an advanced call before they arrive in case I need to call with any issues. If I did have a problem they'll come out usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Insight came to our home with a door to door sales person. Which I usually find annoying. However, we had some serious bug issues and their service was needed. The sales person was very friendly and polite not forceful at all. Well, the problem was hard to miss. So all in all, I was grateful they came to my door. They were professional and I would recommend them. Our bug problem has been taken care of.

They have done a very good job. Insight Pest is on time. The reason we started using them is that we had an ant problem. They treated the outside and we saw ants inside. We called and they immediately came and treated the area. We haven't seen any ants since so we are very happy with them. We chose them because they came to the door. It was a cold call and they were offering deals. My husband said, if you get rid of the ants, you have the job.

This is very bad service I received. The service is for indoor/outdoor pestcontrol every quarter. They have not performed indoor pest control. They send email at scheduled time and have to call if indoor pest control is required. I have called in but no response received. I emailed to reschedule but still no response. This has occurred multiple times. I have to call multiple times to get to talk and they forwarded me to a site rep. Rep informed that he wouldn't respond to emails. I am not sure what good it is, if there is no phone or email access. I have service for 3 quarters and it's standard practice. Everytime I have to find others provides to complete the indoor service.

My husband is happy with them and I haven't seen any bugs.

I have been using their services for the last two years. They are much more reasonably priced than the previous company I used. They work on the outside of the house through the base of the house and the drainpipe so they can get everything before they try to enter the house. They are able to come when we are not home and they let you know when they are coming in advance. They always leave a note hanging on my door to let me know they were there. If I ever need additional services, they come back free of charge. I have not once seen a bug or spider since using their services.

They are punctual, do a good job and if you are not happy they will come back. I would recommend them.

Their pricing is a little high, but I do think they do a good job and will continue to use them in the future.

They come out 4 times a year and charge $109 per time. They've been pretty good, the spray they use is safer and doesn't smell as bad as Orkin, we've used them. They started out spraying inside with ants, but, normally they just spray outside. However, they came out for a special request from us for ants, today, and didn't charge extra.

They come out when needed. We pay $109 quarterly. I haven't done any price comparison. They are quick and responsive. They will come next month for our quarterly appointment. When you call them, they come.

They spray inside and out. After the first visit we had no more pill bugs. They are safe for children and pets. If they do not fix the problem the first time they will come back out. If they can not solve the problem they will give a refund.

The were not effectively treating the spider issue. We asked them to come back and retreat which they did without charge. We still had spider issues we asked to come back again. When they returned they made a mess both inside and out wih their chemicals. I had to wash the fronts of the kitchen cabinets as they had spray 1/2 way up the front. I also had to wash the windows for the same reason. Outside they were so careless with the application that I had chemical pellets around the surface of the gas grill. I asked for a refund for the treatment because it did not work. Since they didn't document it as a separate trip I wasn't entitled to a refund. It turns out not only can I not cancel my one year contract (I was told by their sales person that I could), my contract is going to automatically renew. I will be sending written notification to NOT renew my contract. This company is terrible. They are not even professional when you call them to complain.
