Very courteous! Technician seemed knowledgeable and answered questions very thoroughly.

The salesman said they would treat for insects, specifically ants which are prevalent this year, promised effective treatment etc. Also promised would email receipt and contract with specific information on services provided, contact information etc. Never provided contract or contact information. Treatment was ineffective in controlling ants. without contract can not contact Insight to complain about ants.

They are very good. We called them to deal with an ant problem we were having. They treat the outside of our home. One time we saw some ants in our kitchen. I called them and they came out to our house very quickly and treated the kitchen area. I have not seen any ants since.

I previously had service with a national company. I continually had problems with bugs returning, even though the company would come out and respray at no charge. I went with Insight because they are a local company. They are aware of what is needed in this area. They have provided better service without as many return trips and at a lower cost.

Technician did a great job. He was very thorough.

Insight comes quarterly to spray for pests. They are prompt, efficient and always let me know when they will be here. I have had them for two years.

$19 for 1 spray. However we specifically told them we had spider mites on patio and found out later their chemicsls do not kill spider mites. I called the main company and told them the sales person and the tech never said they could not kill the spider mites but the person on the phone refused to do anything. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she would have one call me......no one ever called and that was a month ago.

Insight comes to our home every 3 months for pest control. Whenever they are scheduled to come, we get a reminder call before. When they come, they always ask if we have any issues inside they need to address. They explain what they will be doing and take care of our spraying. We have called them for bug issues - seasonal ants. They come out right away, take care of the bugs and explain it all in detail.

We have used Insight now for a couple of years and they're okay. It seems like we always have to call them back out between treatments because of infestations that probably should have been eliminated on the first try. We will stick with them because they are fairly responsive to our calls and seem to always try to please us.

They have been great. They always notify me by email when it's close to the day I am scheduled, which I really like. They send me an invoice by e-mail after they are done, and payment is automatically deducted from my credit card. I had a huge problem with ants everywhere, and this regular service has worked well. The price is reasonable

Their representatives are very thorough to check areas where ants or spiders or any pests we have had issues with in the past. They put down bait to kill them or prevent them from getting in the house. They use a number of different products and are careful not to use anything that could harm pets. We have been very happy with this company

The team is very reliable and provides reminder notices about their regularly scheduled visits. If a specific concern needs to be addressed, Insight will come out on an additional visit or take a look when they are on the routine visit. We have been pleased with the results of their efforts.

We have Insight Pest Control quarterly to protect the exterior and if needed, the do the interior also. This last quarter, they worked both exterior and interior as we were having problems with wolf spiders.

The process went great. I was very impressed with the sales and technical staff. I don't know yet how effective the pesticide is but I am optimistic. Again, I can't praise the staff enough. These were courteous, intelligent, well trained people. That's who I like to deal with.

I have been a customer of Insight for several years. Things started out a little rocky but they made an attempt to correct the situations. Recently, they scheduled a service call and a day before the appointment I was notified they couldn't make the appointment. After a couple of weeks not hearing anything from Insight, I called to find out what was going on. They told me they are moving to a paperless system and due to some glitch in their new paperless system, our appointment had been missed. So.. I rescheduled for today Saturday, June 14 for 10:00 am. At 10:43, I received a call from Insight indicating their technician was sick and they had to reschedule. I reviewed what recently transpired and told the person that if they didn't send someone out today I would find a new provider. Now, this decision was not based on this incident alone, but on the fact that prior to the last service, I was billed for a service call that was never made and I have received email's from them recently that my bill was delinquent (which I pay with my credit card which is on file with them). These folks have some serious issues and management better step in or I see them not in business for long.

A sales rep from the company visited our home in late May and stated that their service was pet and child friendly and would take care of our bug problems both inside and outside our home. At this time we did not have a bug problem in our home but had tons of bugs outside so we decided to let them handle this issue for us. Big mistake! They performed their treatment on May 26. One week later, we had more bugs than we started with including a wasp nest and numerous spider webs. I called the company to inform them of my dissatisfaction and was told that their solution is slow acting and takes 10-14 days to see full results. So I waited another week hoping to see these wonderful results. Another week later, and still tons of bugs. I again call the company to tell them how dissatisfied I am and to cancel my contract and request a refund as nothing changed for the better at all. I was informed that I would have to pay $150 termination fee to discontinue my services but they would be happy to send someone out to do another treatment. If your service didn't work at all the first time, why on earth would I want another treatment?! Please don't fall for their lies and promises and get sucked in to a contract with this company! They are an absolute waste of money.

They have done a really good job. The technicians always ring the bell when they come and they ask questions on what we have seen and then they take care of what is needed.

First, solicited their services in my no-soliciting neighborhood. Second, made untrue comments about my neighbors and their pest servicing. I know that my neighbors don't use my pest service, and so any claims about other neighbors being happy he talked to them although they used my service, not so much believing ya. Third, only interested in making a quick sell, even though I told him I had a pest service. Why would I pay you for your pest service when I have one? Say thank you, just checking if I might be need a service, and move on. I'm not going to buy anything from some door-to-door person claiming they have the best thing since sliced bread. I'm gonna check Angies List and find out if your any good. Give me a card, maybe a little pamphlet, maybe I'll check you out. Your overall rating is a B. The service I use has an A. Thanks but no thanks.

They use eco friendly products that seem to work as well as the harsh products used by other companies and we have not had the problems we had in the past with pests.

I think we chose to go with them because the cost was reasonable. The value is good.
