They guy came out and when he did he sprayed an area. We didn't want a spray and he sprayed it. I would not recommend them.

It worked out perfect. They did a great job, everything was nice and clean and they're personable. I've been using them every day in a week. They're great. If I have a problem, they call me right away and the customer service is great.

It was very good. I didn't have any problems with them. I don't think they over charge me. I don't have any problems, when I need anything I call them and they come out and they take care of everything.

They were pretty good. They do let me know before they are coming whether they leave me a voice mail or whatever and a couple of times I have asked them to do something while they are here and they do it.

I've had very good experience with them. I've been very pleased with them. I like the fact that they work with you on scheduling. They send out emails to let you know when they plan to come out and if you want to be available, they will try to work with you so that the homeowner can be at home. If they come and do the outside and you weren't able to be there, they will come back and do your inside when you are able to be there. I pay by the quarter. I don't remember if it's $109 or $100 and something total for the year. They come out four times a year. Every time I've called them they've always come back.

I think that they're very, very difficult to get a hold of. They never return phone calls or e-mails. They cancel our yearly application but we didn't know because nobody answered us. I'll rate them very poorly. They're very expensive. I would not recommend them.

We've been happy with them and they show up when they said they're going to. They also call up.

It was a door-to-door solicitation last year and I already had a pest control company at that time. But this person promised that there would be no more spiders in the back of the house and that there wouldn't be any millipedes. Millipedes were my biggest issue. But he promised that you wouldn't see any bugs around the doorways or the window frames. So I went with that service even though it was a little more money. They have not lived up to what they promised. It had to be a year contract. So I'm actually thinking I'm going to go back to the company I was with in the first place which was AAA. I'm not totally satisfied with them. It was $99 a quarter. They come once a quarter, so four times a year. If you see extra bugs or ants or something you're supposed to be able to call them up and ask them to come back. They usually call and say they're going to be here between certain hours and they do come when they say.

They were very courteous, always on time and they send me an e-mail to remind me when will they do their work. I had a very good experience.

It has been a good experience. The technicians have always been nice and friendly. They seem like really nice guys and they do a good job. We've had to call them one time to come back because we've seen some spiders in the bathroom and they came in and got another treatment for us. Their price seems a little expensive.

It was okay. I only have one dislike and that is each time you're up for a really good rate and then when that year is over they jack the price up. They don't really tell you that here you sign a contract four months ago but they go ahead, perform the service and you get the bill where you understood if it is higher rate. I just feel that they ought to let you know and they don't. I called and complained but they don't seem to care. Other than that, everything is all right.

We've had a positive experience with them. They've been very prompt. Whenever we've called them they've responded quickly. So that was good. The cost is like $80 every three months. Their pricing is reasonable. Quality of their work has been good. There are no complaints.

I guess fairly good. They usually leave a statement on the door, stating what they've done. They do a good job in keeping the cobwebs down and just clean the exterior of any webs or anything like that and then they sprayed the exterior and they don't do anything inside unless we request them to. We rarely see them. It is cheaper than what we are paying before. They are here when they said they are going to be here. The sales representative is very professional and handle himself in a good manner.

We've been with them for couple of years ago. We don't see any spiders or webbing after their treatment. We've definitely seen an improvement around our house inside and out. They were good.

They are good, they are keeping the bugs away. They come on time and they come to do what they need to do.

Have hired this company to on a regular schedule de-bug my house interior and exterior.

We were solicited by a door-to-door Insight salesperson. We were told we had to have four applications (one per quarter) to fulfill the agreement. You have to give them a credit card to bill...this makes it easy for them. We were told we were getting a good price. We discovered in December that our son's family, who lives in the same neighborhood, was paying $40 less per application. Once we fulfilled our contract we tried to cancel the service, which became an almost impossible task that took from January 2014 to June 29, 2014 to complete. Very poor communication with Insight. Getting to speak with a and quot;live and quot;person proved very very challenging. Local number rolled into a voicemail.

They come out quarterly and do the outside of the house, including knocking down any nests or webs. They always call first to see if we also need the inside sprayed, or if we have noticed any other issues. If they come out, and you find any bug at all in between, they come out and do not charge you. We have used them for 2-3 years and have been very happy with them.

They come out several times a year and treat inside and outside house. They have been great and we have recommended them to neighbors :) We haven't noticed bugs or spiders!
