They are good. I like that they are available and they answer calls quickly. The quality of their work is excellent.

They are great. They take good care of us and we would continue to use them. They just come, do their work, and go. When they come, generally I am at work and my wife has the chance to kind of meet with them. They go over the things that they had found since the last visit. They found an area that has an ant infestation on the property. It was kind of above and beyond what we expect for the contract and they still took care of it. My wife kind of filled the area. So, they are very thorough and they explained everything well. I think the pricing was fine. We were happy with it. They come when they say they are going to come.

They came along and had a pretty good deal. There is nothing really outstanding. I am not sure they even really do that great of a job other than the fact that I got a contract for them and if I cancel, I get ding for it. I would probably not recommend them again. I would not use them again. I am waiting for my contract to expire.

My experience with them has been good. I would say that recently I've seen insects and spiders so right now that the service has been below average for the last couple of months.

They do inside and outside service every quarter. It's kind of confusing because it's hard for me to know how to schedule the inside service. I don't think it's worth the money. I think I'm going to cancel it but I haven't done that yet but other than that they're okay. I think the first couple service times were good. They were really clear on what they're going to do inside and out. Now that it's been going for a while it's getting harder like getting the same attention. It's just an automated message; it's hard for me to set up a real schedule that I really need.

They're on time. It's been a little bit difficult from time to get a hold on them by phone. It's almost like they don't have a real office. I don't see a lot of bugs. I don't know if they do everything they said they would do but I don't have any complaints yet. I think they can do better customer service and customer communication. The only time I hear from them was when I changed my credit card and then for some reason they can't put the payment so they'll call me to get an update credit card number but other than that they don't call me or anything like that.

It turned out pretty good. They do a pretty good job for us. It was $109 a month. They do the insect spraying inside and out and do the de-webbing and spraying around the doors. They also do the perimeter of the house and mulch. It was convenient. They call and say they're coming to do the exterior. If you want them to do the interior just give them a call and they'll set up an appointment. If you don't, they are here and they do automatic billing so there's no fuss. They take care of it.

They seem to do a pretty good job. They are on time. If you don't wanna call ahead and have them come in, they come and do their job.

I have had good success with them. I have used them for almost an entire year now. First off, they call me ahead of time and tell me they are coming out the next day or whatever. I think the termite control is like extra visit. It is like an a la carte kind of service. I was actually referred to them from my sister. She has been using them for awhile. I just picked up the phone and talked to them. They came out, did a real thorough treatment inside and outside, and identified some things. It is more of a maintenance program and everything. It is just something I keep on hand. They put a flag in the front yard. We have dogs so they are really mindful of where they leave the door hanging or they have been here. They notify. I just think from those kinds of things, it seemed like a professionally run service. They always follow-up when they said they are going to be here. I have talked with them a couple of times for whatever reason, and I had to leave a voice mail one time and they called back probably within an hour or two. I have no complaints.

I just started with them in the May time frame and initially, they did an okay job but then about a month later, I found a few critters and I called them back out. They did not show up the first time that they were scheduled and then I called and they showed up the second time. So, I do not have rave reviews for them yet. For all the services that they were supposed to provide, I would say that their price was comparable to others. They were also very professional. You can actually cancel your service with them any time which is kind of nice but I am planning on giving them another shot and see how it goes. So far, I have not seen anything critter wise since they came out last. The deal is that if you see anything, you call them in between and they will come out with no charge and they did that. It was just that they did not show up that one day when they were supposed to.

They came out promptly and sprayed but didn't treat all the areas in my yard with moles. They came back to do it after I called to point it out.

They were fine. They are reasonably priced and I recommend them.

I've had an average experience with them, nothing really stellar and nothing really bad. I have two complaints actually. One complaint is that I've been told that carpenter bees are not covered in what they do and I'm thinking, "Okay, well that's a pretty big pest outside. I don't understand why not." The other thing is, we had their service and some young man showed at my door one day a couple of weeks ago and said he noticed all these ants or something out in the yard, close to the house. He said, "We can treat that for you" and went on about how this was not a good thing to have these ants or whatever they were up around the house and their treatment would take care of it. I looked at him and I said, "I'm already a customer of yours and they were just out here two weeks ago to treat. Why is it that we're still having this problem?" It was ridiculous. I didn't appreciate that. He obviously didn't pay attention to the fact that we were already one of his customers because he was bad mouthing his own company saying how this was such a bad thing and then when I said that they were just out here two weeks ago then he started back peddling and was like, "Oh well, it takes longer than that for the treatment to take effect." I didn't appreciate that. But otherwise there is nothing, I can't say that they're stellar, I can't that they're horrible either. They charge $99 for quarterly pest control service. They're here when they say they're going to be here. They don't give me an exact time, they just give me a date.

I did not really care for them very much. They were not very helpful. I felt like they kind of conned me into a contract. When I tried to discontinue the service, they said I could discontinue the service but I would still have to pay the 2-4 times a year payment of $120 for the year. I don't even know if they did what they said they were doing because a lot of times they would come when I wasn't there. They said they sprayed around the exterior and they left a note. I didn't see any bugs in my home so I guess it worked. They were very rude when I called and said that I wanted to discontinue the service and they wouldn't let me out of my contract. To me that was a shady business dealing. I had never had it before and when they told me the price, I thought it was for the whole year. I called them and told them what I thought. The price was not a good price and their pitch was misleading. I don't know what they did. They were illusive and rude in responding when I called to talk to them about it.

They're pretty good. I had an incident where I needed to have them come back and I called them and they never ever returned my call which I think is terrible. They reacted like they were available. I had a bad ant problem and I needed to talk to someone. They never called back and then when eventually it was time for them to come, they rang the door bell. When I mentioned it to them they were like, "Oh we're going paperless." I don't really care about that. I really had a problem with the ants and I needed them to call me back. I think that's terrible for any company. They're fine now. I don't have any problems and I don't have any spiders or bugs. What they do does seem to work.

I use them regularly. I'm on a contract with them. I pay every quarter. They will come back and redo if things are not successful. They mostly work outside so their punctuality doesn't matter.

I have no complaints but they are expensive. I just had someone come to my door who is quite a bit cheaper but I hadn't compared their prices before. They treat the house whereas the other company said they treat the whole property if they see webs or hives on the ground. They come 4 times a year and they call to confirm the appointment. They charged $150 and the other company offered a special for $99. I like the service but they are expensive. The quality is excellent and they know what they are doing. They are very responsive and will come back at no charge if there are any problems. They are very prompt.

We did not have a very good experience with them. We hired them really just to treat our moles and we still have moles. They came back out to check it out and said, "Oh no, they're fine. They're gone." But they're not gone. So I'm actually going to call them again. They came out the first time and charged $99 a quarter. They say that guarantees everything, inside and out of the house whether it be moles or bugs or whatever. We didn't really have a bug problem. But then after they were here the first time we had mice in our house. So I wanted them to look at that and they said, "Oh, you get a trap down there. That's all you need to do." We did catch the mouse. The moles moved from our lawn to our mulch beds. The supervisor said that's impossible because they can't live in the mulch bed. But they certainly are thriving. He said, "That's just temporary. They just cut through there to get out of here." But they're certainly still there. The kid that came out the first time was just spectacular. I think he did his job just the way he is supposed to. It's just that their follow-up is kind of indifferent. We can get our pest control without the moles, from our landscape provider for $40 a year. Now we're paying $400 a year because of the moles and I'm thinking that's ridiculous. It did take them a week and a half to come back to check things out.

They were excellent. I liked how thorough they were. They took the time to really go around both the inside and outside. They were extremely thorough. They were affordable and they did great work. I would definitely recommend them.

Insight's pretty good. Their techs are better than the people I deal with on the phone. Their office staff is not the greatest but their techs are really good. I would recommend them.

Their prices were very competitive. When we called them back, they did come. They were great. They had all the technology. They had a nice little iPad presentation and all that demonstrating what he was going to do. We're technology friendly. I told him that. I said, "That really got us hooked up."
