I would never use them again. It's a quarterly program. It was ineffective. They were hard to get a hold of. They have a lot of problems with their billing department. They sent out past due notices for people who have already prepaid like me. My interaction with them is average at best.

The first year, they were pretty good, but they said they showed up the last time, and I swear they did not show up. I have cobwebs and bugs everywhere. We scheduled another person to come out, but they said it was Saturday between 9 and 11. We stayed until noon and still did not see anybody. They have not been out since as far as we know. The first time they said they did, but judging by the cobwebs and spiders, it does not look like they did and they did not leave anything saying they did. Pricing was not bad. They are comparable. They did not show when they said they were going to.

They were fine and they did well. They did what they were supposed to do. I didn't have any complaints.

I would use them again in the future.

I like the fact that they come regardless of whether we are here or not so we know that it is getting done because our schedule is kind of crazy. They are very nice. We had an ant problem earlier this year and they completely got rid of it. We've had a few companies come out and say they could do it cheaper but we like their quality of work.

It's been pretty good. We started a second year with them. I like them and I think it is efficient. Sometimes I do see bugs but that is only in the peak season so overall they are pretty good. It is a safe type of pest control in the sense that it is not harmful to kids or pets.

I pay like $80 a quarter. I had them before in my older house. It was 18-years old. They would come once a year and they would spray inside and spray around the basement just a precautionary thing. I never saw any bugs or anything. In addition to spraying now on the perimeter of the outside, they clean all around the gutters to make sure there are not cobwebs or spiders or anything like that. I have not had any issues. They way I have it set up for payment with them just hit my American Express so it is pretty simple with the billing and everything. They come once a quarter. On professionalism, they usually call two or three days in advance of coming just to let me know that they are coming on the day they are coming and the approximate time they would be here which I think is pretty beneficial if I am here or my wife is here. It is good to know that there is someone going to be walking around the house.

We're very happy with them. I would use them again in the future.

Their service was adequate. I was not here so I did not have interaction with them at that time. The work they did was acceptable and the price was average.

I do not use them anymore, but I did not have any problem with them. I was in a year contract with them. I just had a company that came up with a better deal.

It was fair to good. They seem to come when called. It seems to be working. I won't be using them because I'm moving.

I actually have changed services to someone that provides a little more service at a less cost.

It has been good and I would recommend them. They have always taken care of the playset as well and they dust it for any wasp nests, which is wonderful that they take the extra time to do that. I use them quarterly. I compared others on their pricing.

They were very good. I didn't have to deal with them but it was working.

Terrible. I wasn't here, my wife and my son were here and she signed the i-pad but we never got a contract or anything. The first price was alright, I am not sure what the prices are supposed to be after that. You are supposed to sign a contract for four or five times. I am not sure if my son in law paid it or whether he canceled it but it didn't look canceled to me. They wanted another $89 to cancel it. A right service is supposed to do the job and say if that didn't do it, we will come back and do it for free. As far as we could tell, there was no change in anything as a matter of fact, it got worse. The initial price was probably very good but after that I don't know. Quality is poor. They came the day after we signed up.

They do a good job. There are no bugs. The service costs $99 per quarter.

I've used them before. They are reasonably priced and for the most part their services work.

They are decent I guess. They are a good company but the only problem I have is, I haven't done my part in letting them know that they didn't get rid of my ants. They only spray outside but if you call them, they will come inside. I did call them to come inside once and they sprayed a little bit but I still have them. That is the only issue I have with them. It is partly my own fault because I need to call them to take care of it.

It has been good. We don't have any pests now. We pay $85 a quarter.

It was just fine. I don't necessarily have any like or dislike. I've had a nice experience with them. The quality is fine. They came in on the date they scheduled.

They were courteous and helpful and did what they could. We recently switched to other company because of their type of treatment and rates and that really isn't anything bad about Insight but we just thought of trying somebody different to see if the ant situation can be controlled better.

We have a good experience with them and we are still using them. They have actually been responsive and taken cared of any sort of questions or concerns we have had. The gentleman that has come out has been pretty good about explaining what they were doing.
