Description of Work: I thought I was getting two treatments for my Ash tree over a two year period. When I called about it this past spring I was told that my tree received a "double treatment" in 2011 and the tree would not need a treatment in 2012. I was not happy about when they told me. I will NOT use their service again even though my Ash tree is not showing any signs of Emerald Ash Borer infestation. I believed this company misrepresented the service they said they would do. Also, they did not come out for the treatment when they said they would. I had to call about it.

Description of Work: I wanted the landscaping evaluated and the company stopped doing that work and concentrated on the emerald ash borer problem and sent a nice letter and returned my money from The Big Deal. I thought they handled things quite professionally. Since I don't have any ash trees, I won't be needing them.

Description of Work: I purchased an angies list deal for $79 for a tree assessment but they were overwhelmed with the feedback and ended up not providing the service, but did issue a full refund so I was fine with this.

Description of Work: I wish I'd known the city picks up trees free of charge. I could have simply put my tree out with the trash and saved myself the expense. I think the company, if they knew that the service was offered by the city, should have been up-front about it.

Description of Work: He removed a very large black cherry tree. He found a woodworker who came and took large sections of the trunk, reducing our costs by several hundred dollars. He came back to fill in and seed a rut that his truck had made. He covered my neighbor's yard with tarp to prevent debris from falling there. He left a pile of wood chips for me to us as mulch for the garden, thereby reducing our cost by another $50.
