IndyAsh: Emerald Ash Borer Treatment Solutions

Description of Work: Indy Ash came to determine if my mother's ash trees were infected with the Indy Ash borer. They were prompt and able to quickly tell that the trees were beyond hope. They didn't charge for the visit, and they provided a recommendation for a tree service (Crown Tree Care) to remove the trees that turned out to save my mother 1000's of dollars - and this was after my mother had received estimates from other A-Rated tree services. We are very happy and thank the Indy Ash Service for their excellent advice and recommendations.

Description of Work: Indy Ash offered an Angies List deal. We all paid, but before the services were performed, the company changed its mind and recinded the offer. My money was returned as promised, but it still felt very unprofessional to renig on a deal already in place. You're probably fine hiring this firm if you have an actual Ash Borer infestation. Addressing that problem seems to be their true passion. However, if you are looking for other services, just know you'll be the low man on the totem pole.

Description of Work: We had Simple Man's Tree Service give us an estimate for some tree cutting and trimming, but chose not to use them as we got a better quote from another company. The fellow from Simple Man's who came and reviewed what we wanted seemed competent, but the other company was a little more professional and lower in cost. In addition, they let us keep the chipped wood in a part of the yard where we wanted it. We originally called Simple Man's because of recommendations we had read in some of the reviews by others in Angie's List.

Description of Work: They came out and removed a fallen cherry tree from a two story house. The job was done in a very professional manner with no distruction to property even though the ground was wet. This was a very large tree and they were able to use cables to lower it to the ground after cutting rather than bringing in heavy equipment. Their clean up after job completion was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone with a tree problem.

Description of Work: I had a couple of Ash trees that they treated preventative so they wouldn't get the Ash Borer. They also treated my Pine tree because it was losing needles.
