Other than it took awhile during their busy season, they were great and did more than expected.

Daniel showed up promptly for scheduled appointment. He worked from his trailer parked in the street. He reported back to me that he was totally frustrated that he could not remove the mower blade to sharpen it (he did sharpen the spare blade I had on hand to replace it). He was afraid he might strip the bolts in removing it, so he said he would order 2 bolts and come back to try again to remove the blade. He said he had changed the oil and changed the spark plug, and I saw he had cleaned the top of the mower ( later saw he had not cleaned the underside of the mower). He told me that when he returned he would sharpen the blade with it on the mower if he still could not remove the blade. The problem was that he never returned and has not responded to phone calls. He charged me the full amount the day of his visit and promised to return. Not only is the blade on the mower not sharpened, but now whenever I start the mower I get smoke coming out for the first 2 or 3 minutes then it goes away for the rest of the use. I would have expected that the first time I used it after the service, but it happens every time I start it. I'm not sure what causes that and I'll have to hire someone to fix that as well as to sharpen the blade.

The agent arrived promptly, worked fast, was pleasant to deal with, and we were charged a fair price for what we asked. However, the flat tire was "repaired" by adding air, when the problem was in fact a nail, which left us with a flat again later. In addition, our tune-up resulted in leaks that did not exist prior to the visit, leaving the mower unusable for now, as we do not want to make the leak worse before it is addressed. We have attempted to contact them several times to give them the opportunity to correct their error, but our calls have not been returned. While we certainly welcome their attempt to correct their mistake, we would NEVER recommend hiring this company for a new job, and do not plan to do so ourselves again.

Daniel is great. Kept in contact with me on his arrival time so I could meet him at my house. He was visibly concerned that he wouldn't be able to get my 15+ year old mower to run but it happened after a few pulls. He cleaned it up, sharpened the blades and put a new spark plug on. He is efficient and thorough. Entire job completed in about an hour. Great service!

Perfect. Daniel set up a time that suited us both. He was here when he said he would be. He did the work right here at my home for the same cost as last year. The price ($139) was for my "riding mower". ($59 is his charge for a push mower). His price was lower than most but I also saved the $80 for pick up and delivery that I used to have to pay. I was very pleased with the work done and will call on Daniel again next year.

Charged me extra 40.00 to clean carburetor and get mower started, which was fine, but then said he didn’t have time to complete the annual maintenance that I had already paid for. I was not happy about that.

I got a deal on angies list. Scheduling took a bit of time, but it overall worked out well. Will use again

Great. Tuned up two push mowers and they were running great afterwards.

First big snow of the season and the snowblower would not start. We suspected a carburetor problem from leaving the gas in too long. I sent a message to Indy Mower Repair and they responded quickly and scheduled a call for a few days later. They kept in touch and arrived right on schedule, were friendly, fixed the problem, and spent time to teach me how to avoid the problem in the future. I felt the price was very reasonable to the excellent service we received.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He advised me that if he had to get to the carburetor there would be an additional charge. He made numerous attempts to get the mower started, but ending up having to get into the carburetor. He identified and fixed the problem quickly. He then did the winterization, and he gave me several tips how to keep the mower running better.

They did an excellent job. Called ahead to let us know they were on the way. Service performed as promised and made suggestions on how to keep the lawn mower running better next year. I will hire them again

Excellent, this was exactly what I was looking for... Someone to travel to my home and provide the preventive maintenance while at my home. I no longer need to take the riding lawn mower to some place for this type of service.

It was easy to set up and the service was performed in a timely, professional manner. It was great not having to load the mower in my trunk. They serviced it at my house.
