I think if you used DirectBuy you would realize it is not a rip off. It’s disappointing to me that you’re would join the club and not use our services. I would like to extend your membership fee for one year. This will take place today. You will be able to use our new and improved website too! In addition, I personally would like to invite you into the club so we can educate you on all the changes DirectBuy has made. In addition to exciting new offerings such as the DirectBuy Travel program which was recently launched, the leadership team has implemented a new set of standards and policies to strengthen the brand by becoming more transparent in its business practices. First, we now have a new leadership team at the corporate office. This new team is led by new Chief Executive Officer Mike Bornhorst, who comes to DirectBuy with a strong background in customer service after spending time in leadership positions with companies such as ADT and Culligan Water. "While DirectBuy has been around for more than 42 years, it is a time of significant change for the company. There are many exciting changes underway that will reshape the way consumers interact with and benefit from DirectBuy," said CEO Mike Bornhorst. Along with new values and a new vision, DirectBuy also promoted Dylan Astle to the newly created position of Vice President of Member Experience, with Dylan's primary goal being to enhance DirectBuy's customer service and member engagement for their hundreds of thousands of current members. Description of Work: they were more expensive than i was lead to blieve. they are great salesman but had trouble in contacting person to place an order and great deal of trouble getting out of contract. i only purchased one item. the quality of item was excellent, but it wasn't worth the trouble for me. i as now out of contract and happy. having to pay for contract and item, does not make items less costly.

I noticed that you remodeled a kitchen thru DirectBuy and was happy because this was a great area of savings. Holly our cabinet designer takes time with our members to design a kitchen of their dreams. We carry brand names like Kraftmaid, Omega, Norcraft, and Brookwood. I do know that on these brands you will save anywhere from 30 to 45% depending on the brand, color, wood finish and size of the kitchen. In addition, we carry several types of counter tops. This is another area of 20 to 30% savings. The selection is endless and you can literally go and pick out your own slab of granite. We also carry sinks, faucets and lighting. These all help with the kitchen remodel and you will save! There are several memberships and any membership is better than paying retail the rest of your life. Depending on what you’re doing and what you need to purchase will help when you’re ready to decide on a membership. However, keep in mind having a membership is for all your purchases not just the big ones. We carry small items like shoes, shirts, luggage, jewelry, vases, dishes, toys, door knobs, coffee cups, wine glasses, pots and pans and even luggage. A membership from DirectBuy is free if you use it and with our new enhanced website it is even easier to purchase products. The value of a membership is only measured by you and if you use DirectBuy you will save. Last month we did six hundred and eleven thousand dollars in orders. This tells me that we MUST be saving members tons of money! The membership at DirectBuy is worth every penny as long as you’re going to be making purchases.
