Indy Home Design Center is a great place to get ideas and samples for home redecorating / remodeling. We found a hardwood product with multiple plank sizes which we just loved and couldn't find anywhere else for our home. Genta, the owner, is very easy and fair to work with. She recommended Rob Wright Custom Flooring for the installation job. Rob and his crew are first class and very professional. We are extremely happy with the end results.

I was scheduled to meet Genta and her team on Oct 3, 2017 at 11am, this was the time/day she gave me that works best for her and her team. At 10:58am the day of, Genta texts me and asked for the address of the home. I gave it to her once again and I asked how far she was away. She stated she didn't leave the office yet, which placed her about 30+ minutes away. This a new home we are buying and did not have possession yet so we scheduled the 11am showing through the seller. The seller did not extend the showing due to it being last minute. I don't understand why Genta didn't text sooner and state that they were running late due to meeting that ran over, she knew my project was on a very short timeframe. Now she has placed me 2.5 weeks+ behind on schedule due to her lack of professionalism and common curtsey.

Excellent quality, selection, and price.

Sometimes the process isn't easy, but in the end we have been satisfied. We live in a rural area that isn't near the actual club. The club keeps doing things to make the buying process simpler though. And the people in the Indy office are typically very helpful.

I purchase my kitchen stove from DirectBuy. My oven was not working in for half of December until today they fixed it. I would tell a friend not to waste their money. You can look through their catalog and you get discounted prices on items. I bought my stove in February and it broke in December.

They have excellent pricing for what they provide. A lot of people have a misconception about them. Everything they provide is usually brand new things.

The work turned out very well. I don't remember any prices off-hand. For the granite, they'll send you to a granite place with whom they have an affiliation or a deal worked out with. People in Fort Wayne where I lived, had to go to such and such a place where you can get remnants, you get really great prices and so forth. I checked it out there first, and then I went to DirectBuy and where they sent me was less than half of the price of the place in Fort Wayne. So it was certainly worth going. What stood out the most about them was that the prices were incredible.

DirectBuy is totally awesome. I got quotes to get my kitchen remodeled and DirectBuy is about third the price of everybody else I got quotes from. They're so helpful. They're literally unbelievably helpful. They'll go out of their way to make sure that they got all your questions answered and everything you need. They're very very personable. Everything an "A", no complaints. They're incredible.

The service turned out very well. It is almost a perfect club. You have to pay money to belong to it, but the pricing you get out of the product that you buy is a lot cheaper than retail and better quality. It was all good. It is pretty much a self-serve. There are people there to help you, but it is like going to a library where you research the information and you can fill out forms to order the product. They are all very nice there and they assist you with whatever you need. It is different from sales. They are not trying to sell you anything. They are representing DirectBuy.

It went fine. They're courteous. They have very good prices. They have good customer support. I'm very happy.

It was fine. They have come several times over the years. It is a retailer. I have great savings with them for high quality products.

It was great for us. We love them. I like that you can just go into their website all the time and find pretty much anything you ever need and sometimes I don't like that because you can't touch and feel it. You have to go to a store here in town and find the same product actually to touch and feel it. They were very polite and nice. Everything arrived promptly on time and I didn't have any bad days at all.

I would use DirectBuy if I were in a situation of remodeling my home. When I came to a situation where the price was the same as another competitor, they actually lowerered their price; I think that is a good deal. The lights I bought were 50% off there instead of going through the normal channels.

They honestly get you goods and services at costs and below costs. Their are no mark ups. You do not get products from them, you get the products from the actual vendors. You have access to a tone of things you will not be able to get access to out there. You get quality for a lesser cost.

Their service was fine. It takes a while to get stuff because you are ordering from the manufacturer, but the cost is very good.

Kitchen places on the north side of Indianapolis quoted me anywhere from 18,000 to 22,000 and they were a third of that. They're so helpful. They've been literally unbelievably helpful. They'll go out of their way to make sure that you've got all your questions answered. They're very, very personable and helpful. Their quality is the same as anybody else.

It worked out fine. They have items that are pretty cheap. They have quality stuffs. I like them.

So far it has been good but I feel they are over priced.

We used them for about 20 years but stopped using them. They have a wide selection of products and you buy it direct from the manufacturer.

It is a club and you have to be a member. Every time I ask for something from them, they have done. The offer me the availability to buy the product at factory price. If you have some major improvement work, buy from DirectBuy of Indianapolis and you will save.

It worked out great when I can order and have a set here. When you buy something from Directbuy you cut out all the middle people. You buy it factory direct so you get it at factory prices rather than you know go to a store. You get a good quality product cheaper than you can get anywhere else. Great interaction.

I'm happy with them. The bed had a problem and they took care of it, before I even saw it they opened up the package and checked everything and took pictures of it and emailed them to me to see if it was acceptable or not. If it wasn't and I said no, they would get a new piece. They ordered the new piece and got it in quickly.

It's amazing. It really is. They're very helpful. It's a lot of trouble because they have to go pickup the items at their warehouse. You save awful lot of money. I'm real pleased with them. I did use them quite a lot. They give you this really reduced price and then you pay for taxes and handling. What stands out is that you have so much to choose from. They're very honest about when your material will arrive and put it in your car for you. They're just very helpful. It would be nice if they delivered to the house.

My experience with them has been mostly good. I like their pricing; that is the only reason I like them. The process around ordering is complex. It is difficult. I would probably use them again in the future because their prices are so good.
