I brought my son's iPhone in and was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I told him my son's iPhone 4 needed the screen replaced and he was very polite and professional. He gave me a price and I told him I had found a coupon right before I left for 20% off but had no means to print it. He informed me that although they require the coupon to be printed out and stapled to the order, he would honor the coupon, which saved me $20. I left the phone with him and he told me to come back in 1 hour. When I returned, the phone was ready and looked great. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

If went very well. I had planned to have him fix two phones. He ordered the repair parts for both LG phones, however, one could not be repaired when he got into it. He fixed the one phone, gave me both of them back and charged me for the one phone repair. The phone worked great. I have a grandson that goes through phones very quickly so I am glad I found Indy Cellular Repair.

Indy Cellular Repair is great! I learned about it several years ago to have the track ball on a Blackberry replaced. More recently, I was in a car accident that caused the back camera on my iPhone to pop out. I stopped by once to see if he could fix it and he was really busy and he told me to come back another day. When I returned, it was five minutes until closing time. He remembered me, offered to look at my phone, popped the camera back in AND replaced the iPhone back with another (used) back for NO CHARGE! Considering he took my phone with five minutes to spare, fixed it with lightning speed and gave me a used part, I would recommend Indy Cellular Repair to anyone!

I used a Groupon to have my iPhone 4 screen replaced. The screen looks good as new and I am very happy with the work performed by Indy Cellular Repair. The person performing the work wasn't the friendliest, but he wasn't rude or anything, and it wouldn't discourage us from using them again. I am happy with the work performed.

I was given an iPhone 4S with a faulty screen. They fixed it in less than an hour for a reasonable price. The phone is working great now!

It was easy and convenient. Dropped it off and got it in an hour. Plus comes with a lifetime warranty with receipt which I thought was pretty awesome since I believe they're not an authorized apple repair facility.

About 24 minutes & $55 later, ALL was well AGAIN with my iPhone. It was repaired precisely as I was told that it would be done. Well done.

After dropping my iPhone after a few months of owning it I took it to the place I bought it from and they informed me I had to buy a new phone (for around $400). Or I could renew my contract and spend around $250. Or go check out Indy Cellular Repair - as he handed me their business card. He informed me for around $50 (it has been a few years I really don't remember the exact amount) they could fix it. So I called and made an appointment for the next day. They told me they could replace my screen and it would just take a few hours. They even gave me another cell phone to use while I was waiting - also so they could call when it was ready. The repair lasted the duration of the time I had that phone with no issues. If I have a friend that has a phone issue or hear someone talking about a cracked screen - I send them over to Indy Cellular Repair. I feel as if I was treated right and got a great service at a great price. He answered questions that I had about cases and showed me what he had and what he recommended and why he recommended it over other cases.

dayCracked my iphone 5 screen and called for repair. Was desperate to get it repaired that day. They presented their options for same day service which was installing a new blue screen if I didn't want to wait for the regular black screen to come in the next day. Was afraid of cutting myself so opted for the blue screen. Went an hour before they closed and was in and out in 15 minutes. The next day I noticed that the vibration was not working so called and they had me come in to investigate. Fixed that in 10-15 minutes as well. These guys are great and fast!

They were able to replace the screen, which was cracked when the iPad fell on a tile floor (while it was in a "protective" case). Because the metal was also bent when the iPad fell, the replacement screen does not fit as perfectly as the original, but they told us that upfront. Despite that, it works really well, and the cost of repair was much less than replacing the entire iPad.

It went well, but since it's been so long ago i don't remember many of the details. Just i'd go back again.

I broke the screen on my iPhone - like some tech guys, I figured I could watch a YouTube video, buy the parts and fix it myself (which I had done in the past with my car and computers). Once I had it apart there were a ton of pieces, nothing really matched, couldn't really use common sense and intuitiveness to fix it - had to watch and re-watch the video to fix it. Gave up (after a couple hours) and brought it to Indy Cellular as a 'puzzle phone'. They replaced the screen and the world was good. Which brings us to today - my screen gave out - I brought it in and for no extra charge my phone was operational in less than an hour. Don't know what the problem was - didn't matter, the solution is fix it and move on.

The guy at that helped me was great. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. The experience was painless and worth the cost. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Called in the morning, dropped off at lunch and picked up late afternoon. They were very professional and delivered as promised at the price they committed to.

I noticed my phone was not focusing correctly for pictures, so I called and got a $35 quote. Got there and the guy was really nice, looked my phone over and turned out to be my error. I had my camera on macro focus instead of normal. I felt so silly. Luckily he didn't charge anything for looking at my mistake.

I called and asked what time they were open on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I dropped my phone off with the cracked screen at Indy Cellular Repair--around noon. He called me around 4 to let me know if was ready. He had to replace the screen and the retina display. It came back in perfect condition and the screen is actually a little clearer than it was when I brought it in. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, but if it does, I know where I'll be taking it.

My daughter dropped her iPhone and cracked the glass. We dropped it off at the shop, did a little shopping (not too tough in Broadripple), and returned to pick it up in under 2 hours. He was friendly, helpful, and offered useful advice.

It was very easy, I dropped it off and less than 2 hours later, it was fixed! Works just as well as before. Price was better or right in line with other places I talked to.

I went to Indy Cellular Repair because I smashed my iPhone screen... they were the most affordable in town. It was so convenient, I went during my lunch break from work and my phone was as good as new in less than an hour!

I was ready to buy a new phone because the camera on my Blackberry stopped working and my phone was freezing up a lot. Brian replaced the camera and did some other stuff (sorry, I'm electronically-challenged) to try and fix the freezing problem. He explained everything to me in plain English, which I appreciated. The phone works great now, very happy with the service and thrilled with the price.
