Now, EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! My repair was completed more quickly & at a lower price than we expected. I couldn't MORE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

Based on proximity to where I live this was the 3rd place I called but the first one I would call next time I need this type of service (which hopefully won't be soon!) The guy who answered was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After even my cell carrier's one location wasn't familiar with the problem it was so refreshing to have someone explain exactly what it was and why they couldn't fix it. I could hear other phones being answered in the background so I could tell they were busy but he still took time with me, which really struck me as a person I would want to work with.

Visited earlier in week to see if they could extract the data off a non-booting Google phone. Very pleasant staff member spent more than 15 minutes checking out phone before concluding data extraction not possible. There was no cost to me. After more research on my part, returned phone to them late on 11/19/16 to see if the OS could be reloaded. The pleasant manager agreed to look at this approach. 11/21/16 received a call from them; a likely hardware failure would not allow OS reload. Cost of motherboard replacement received; part cost alone could not be justified for this 3+ year old phone. Again, there was no charge for their fix attempt. Both times phone was received back in external pristine condition.

My son had neglected to backup his iPhone (ever) and a few weeks ago the screen was badly damaged. We had a replacement phone from insurance but no way to get a backup from the broken phone. Indy Cellular Repair was able to install a screen and perform a backup for us on the broken phone, without charging us of the full price of a repair we didn't need. Thank you for working with us!! I went to the Greenwood location. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He explained that he would need to keep the phone for a couple of hours to make sure it maintained a charge. The phone was ready when promised and works fine. I will definitely use this company if I ever need cellular repair services again.

It went fantastic! Had the necessary parts in-stock, performed the service same-day, even stayed past closing time to finish the job. Super-nice guy. Their price was way better than the other guy I talked to as well. Certainly would use them again, and recommend them!

This was a painless experience. No appointment necessary and in under three hours I was contacted that my phone had been repaired. Price was exactly what was quoted. Afterwards they gave me some suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. While I hope never to use them again, if I have a problem with my phone, I will not hesitate to go back.

The price was surprising but it was explained to me that this is a technically hard repair due to the LCD that is attached to the glass. A mistake would cost $250 to replace the LCD so many Cellular repair companies do not try it. I was able to drop it off and pick it up the next day. Great service. I would recommend to everyone.

My phone fell into water and wasn't working. They did their best to fix it, but it is beyond repair. I appreciate that they only charge you if they can fix it.

The staff had solid knowledge, was very professional, and the repair was done quickly. They also went "the extra mile" and helped with an issue regarding an older model flip phone.

The lock button on my iPhone 4 broke and I could no longer lock the phone. I don't want to buy a new phone until the iPhone 6 comes out so I called Indy Cellular Repair. They fixed it in under 45 minutes and it works like new again. I would highly recommend their services for your injured phones that are still in good shape. They quoted me a price of $55 when I got there but when I told them I was an Angie's List member they gave me a 20% discount. HECK YEAH! Did the job quickly and also said I have a lifetime warranty now on the parts.

Brought my cell phone in that had been dropped and badly cracked. They were very honest that because the frame was bent they might not be able to install a new screen but said they would give it a try. 45 minutes later, my phone was good as new. They were knowledgable about market cost of replacement and helped make decision about what to repair and what to leave alone.

Very professional and did a clean job. It was a nuisance to have to make an appointment because I was using a Groupon. I didn't know this in advance and had to make 2 trips as a result. That's more of an FYI to future customers than anything else. Call first and make an appointment ... they'll fix it while you wait.

The service provider responded within a minute of my request. I was thankful for the very quick follow up. The price was reasonable but more than I am willing to spend at the moment for repair but will definitely go with them if I have the work done as they are the most reputable company I could find.

It was done in a very timely manner and we were happy with the results. We're needing to have them check out a calibration issue we noticed since then, but I'd expect the same fast professional and courteous service we had initially.

Great, these guys did a great job, very prompt and polite. My itouch has been working like new for a month now, and they gave me a 6 month warranty.
