Description of Work: I dropped my phone in the toilet - easy to do..... It was submerged for about 1 sec, and it died. Indy Cellular answered promptly and i set up a time to drop off my phone. We talked on the phone about further steps, but alas, my phone couldn't be resuscitated! Bummer, but I dropped it. I was charged $25, which I thought was fine as I think they really tried hard. Would recommend them to others. The other place, in Carmel, which was closer, never did answer their phone.

Description of Work: I am highly impressed with ICR. They just finished repairing my daughter's iPhone after the screen died. Previously they had repaired the phone in August because the touch screen shattered. This time, they did not charge me due to their warranty policy. I was ecstatic! They also put a screen protector on the replacement display without me asking. Likewise, for a small charge, they were able to fix the power button that had also stopped working several weeks ago. They are very professional, quick, and have good workmanship. I will certainly use them in the future if I need another phone repair.

+ 0 moreAfter the Verizon store told me that the phone was unrepairable and tried to sell me a new one, I took a chance with Indy Cellular Repair. I walked in at about 5:20pm, and the guy said he could have it ready by ... 6:00! Sure enough, he had it done by 5:50 and I had a perfectly working phone again.

Description of Work: They replaced my son's cell phone screen that had fractured after he dropped in on the concrete sidewalk. Brian was very courteous and had the screen replaced the same day in two hours. Exactly when he said that it would be done.

+ -1 moreThe charger port on my blackberry was loose and not recognizing when it was plugged in. I took it to Indy Cellular Repair and the gentleman told me he thought he could fix it and if he could it would be $50. If he couldn't fix it, there was no charge. He said it would take about 3 hours. I returned later that afternoon to find a very secure charger port on my blackberry. The gentleman was professional, cordial, and explained the work came with a 90 day warranty, but if I had a problem with the port again, just bring it back and he'll make good on his work. I was very pleased with this service - Sprint just wants to hand out new phones and ICR has found a niche in fixing them. Would definitely recommend and use again.
