Very well. Owner Tom Pulley was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from estimate through completion. Beyond that, those doing the work were both capable and courteous. We are quite pleased with the results.

I have used them three times. They were great. They showed up when the said they would and got done fairly quickly. I recommend them to those who ask me. I consider them to be my general contractor if I need any other work done.

I have used this company before. Tom is almost always available on his cell phone, and if not he calls back quickly. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. If something interferes with that, he calls to let you know (his supplier didn't have some of the materials that were needed for the job, and had to order them, causing a delay). His crew arrived early on the scheduled day, worked hard all day, and everything was cleaned up before they left.

They do excellent work and had no problems with Tom. He is very responsive and called him back. Sometimes you may have to call him back but he will take care of the issues immediately.

Work was done well. Crew foreman was very meticulous and worked with us on areas we thought might look better done differently. He continually communicated with us throughout the process so that there were no "surprises" along the way.

The company in question installed a new roof after storm damage; the interior of the attached garage was also damaged in the same storm;.Indianapolis Contracting wrote a seperate .proposal for the repairs to be made to the attached garage; the man the company chose to do that part of the work was not reliable in keeping the schedule or returning calls...I made several complaints to Tom Pulley, of Indianapolis Contracting who continued to insist he had worked with this man for years , and the work would be completed as specified. Mr. Pulley, personally came out to inspect the job and insisted the job was completed properly...Now that I am ready to move into a retirement home and have an eager young couple anxious to close on the sale of my home I have found out the work done on my garage does not meet the fire code for an attached garage. Mr. Pulley told both me, and the realtor that "it is not his responsibility to have met the fire code"...I should have known whether it met code or not and should not have agreed to his contract.!! I am completely dismayed that such a thing can happen to a well meaning home owner.

The service was excellent. They got to us pretty quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, no mess.

I was really pleased with Indianapolist Contracting. Everything turned out really well. The owner came out and checked on things frequently, he didn't just leave the workers by themselves the whole time. I appreciated that. There punctuality was good. They got it done in a timely manner. It all went well. The price was pretty close to the correct price for the size of the house. The insurance company estimated it, and they did it for the price that the insurance company said they would pay for it.

They did a good job. I would hire them again.

I like that they worked with me to figure things out. They let me know ahead of time about this siding so that it didn't get worse. I will continue to use them in the future.

This was done fantastically and when they said it would be! They cleaned up well. You couldn?t even tell they were here. I recommend them to anybody I talk to that wants general construction done. This is the second time I?ve used them and I?m going to keep using them! I didn?t get any other estimates because I trust their pricing.

Tom met me at the house to see what work I wanted done, and we agreed to a price. The work was completed in a timely manner, and all was well except for the added downspout. Rather than install it in a logical place, his workers installed it directly over a faucet - making it quite difficult for me to attach my garden hose to the faucet. Additionally, the downspout had an awkward extension added to it to reach the in-ground tubing to move the rain water away from the foundation. I reported my concern to Tom, and he sent a crew back to make the repair after he checked it out himself. Rather than patch the hole cut in the gutter and replace the downspout, his crew removed the entire length of gutter - very long - and installed a new one. Then they installed the downspout in the center at the appropriate place so that it could be fitted into the drainage tubing. Job well done. I was pleased that they replaced the entire gutter rather than patch the original. As usual, Tom did a fine job. He is great to work with, and I will hire him as needed in the future.

Tom came and inspected our hail damage. He gave us a estimate for the cost of repairs (without requiring us to sign a contract with him before getting on the roof and giving us his estimate as some others wanted). His estimate included a detailed description of how the roof would be installed (including ice and water shield) so it would be done correctly and not leak. Then he offered to meet with our insurance adjuster to see if they would cover the repairs they missed on their inspection report. After he met with the adjuster and the damage report was change to include all of the hail damage, we signed a contract for the repairs to be done. We were very slow about deciding on colors for the roof and the siding. Tom was able to help us get addresses of other roofs with the color of shingles we were chooseing from so we could see them on a house and not just have a sample to look at. He let us take our time without pressuring us to schedule the start date. The roofing job was first rate. The gutter crew was fast, used seamless gutters, and they handle the rain better than the old ones. They left one short corner section too low, so Tom had them come back right away to raise it up to the correct spot. The siding crew did an overall good job. They let me pick up some new outlets, were easy to work with. They missed a couple of details but Tom saw them in his walk around and sent the roofer back to paint and caulk a couple of spots. I gave the siders a B grade. Every thing was cleaned up well and they worked with me on roofing material for the mini barn. We made some changes after the original estimate and Tom was easy to work with.

No problems whatsoever. The materials were delivered, the crews arrived and completed the work. All old roofing material was cleaned up as it was removed and my yard was left clean and tidy.

They were on time. They called if they were going to be late. They even worked in the rain to get the work done. They put planks connecting the mudroom to the deck so the dog could still get out through the doggie door. I found them using Angie's List. They did a wonderful job, it looks like new.

Due to my schedule, he came out 3-4 days after I called. He discovered that the stains were not due to the roof, but to snow that had blown into a vent. While he was on the roof, he discovered that there was about 4 feet of coping that had blown off during one of the storms. After a quick run to pick up materials, he was able to fix that during our visit.

Excellent. Top quality. Very professional. Took him a couple 3 days, maybe a week at the most, to do the entire roof. He was able to get to me fairly quickly. Clean-up was also good. Tom has came back to do a little odds and ends on stuff he didn't have to do. He deserves a double A+ on everything! My neighbor also used Tom because he was so impressed.

They were very nice to work with and just a joy to deal with. They did a thorough job with the work and did a great job at cleaning everything up.

The initial experience was great. After the honeymoon passed and we began to see what was and was not done, we realized that we had been taken for a ride. We thought that there was going to be far more repairs done on our bricks than was actually done and what the estimate had been given for. The entire large chimney should have been replaced but was only suggested to be replaced to the roof line. The repair man that replaced the rotten wood on the soffits and gutter boards was very rude and did a job that needs to be completed by another company. There was wood that should have been replaced that was not. I was spending enough money on the repairs to the house that I did not want to do them again anytime soon, but because he did not repair parts, we would have if it was not caught by our painter. Even when we pointed out inadequacies he came back and did an even worse job. The roofing replacement seemed to go well, but our painter pointed out pieces of rotten decking that was not replaced, and upon closer inspection the decking was found to be separating around the whole house. When this was pointed out to Tom, he said it would hold up fine and did not need to be replaced; besides how were the roofers supposed to see that. I pointed out areas that the shingles were not nailed down, but it was not until I pointed out the rotten decking that Tom stopped fighting my request to tear off the roof and repair the decking properly. We came to an agreement to only tear off the lower portion and allow for my inspection of the decking to see what I felt needed to be repaired. When the roofer came out and was repairing the areas that needed to be, he informed me that I should have had the entire decking replaced with CDX (this might be the wrong letters) since the particle board will warp in a few years anyways. I had originally contracted with Tom to replace the gutters as well but I canceled this as soon as the roof had been completed properly. While Tom tries to make the customer feel satisfied, he would have to do far less rework if he just had a little better supervision over each aspect to his bid. When he has different companies come and make bids, they need to actually speak to the owner and find out what they want to be done as far as repairs go.

I was not happy with their work at all. They showed up at any time they felt like and just worked a while. They put the wrong siding on my house. They had to keep coming back to repairer bad work.

Overall they did a great job putting the roof up. They could of done a better job cleaning up. They were prompt at coming out when I needed them to look at a problem I had with the corner of the roof. The follow up was great.

They did have to come back to redo something not because it was that they had done anything wrong, but because we had been having a lot of rain. They were very responsive and didn't make us feel like we were bothering them or anything. When I need a new roof I would call them again.

I found that everything was good except they said they were gonna work through the weekend but didn't show up or tell me. The price was right and I the work was great.

The work was done on time and well. Tom Pulley, the contractor was always helpful. I plan to hire them again for other home repairs.

Excellent. Tom came when he said he would or called if he was late, he explained what he proposed and why, he LISTENED to my questions and concerns, and made suggestions on how to save money while accomplishing the same goal. This was SO refreshing after the previous person who came to give me an estimate, and proceeded to tell me that I needed a whole new roof, not just a gutter lining!!
