Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We had looked at prices at a couple of other places and the prices at Indiana Stone and Mulch were much better and they had a larger selection to choose from.

ordered 3 cubic yards of top soil to do some yard grading on 7/1/11. Delivered 7/2 promptly in the morning. easy to work with. would do service with again.

They are great to work with. They have reasonable delivery fees. They are also very prompt; I call them one day and have the materials the next.

Very responsive. I called on Thursday and they delivered the soil the next morning. We're using the soil to fill vegetable beds and to add to existing beds. The soil was dense and rich.

Stopped in for advice on type of topsoil to use. They made a recommendation & loaded my truck immediately.

We did the work ourselves and they just delivered the sand and the gravel. It was $230 for the gravel as well as the delivery and sand was $100. They were really helpful and helped us decide as to which product was the best for our purposes. They accommodated us on the delivery time even though it was on a holiday. They were very prompt and they delivered it in the morning. They asked us where we wanted to place and they followed our directions. I was happy with them. It was much cheaper to buy any of their products in bulk than buying in bags which would cost several hundreds of dollars. It was definitely worth it and was pretty amazing.

I wish their delivery charge was much less since we live so close to them. They have accommodated multiple delivery sites and they have allowed us to purchase some of their bulk compost without delivery.

Contacted the company and they said that they had a price increase from their provider and that the order taker was using a price list from the beginning of the season. A supervisor came on the phone line and refused to adjust the price to the discounted quoted price of $2.29. After 20 minutes of holding on the phone and talking to this supervisory person, he offered an adjustment to a mid-point of $2.39, but would not go to the quoted price. This was a delivered price - and yet the supervisor sarcastically told us WE could bring it back for a refund. He did not offer to come pick it up Because this transaction is "prepaid" by credit card-I am not confident they will make the adjustment as agreed. Buyer Beware!!

They were very quick to bring out rocks for landscaping and the price was reasonable as well.

I have used their services for many years and they have always been very reliable. They have good quality mulch and are flexible. They have competitive prices.

I would say it went fine. It was not a complicated job, just delivering a load of dirt. They were there when they said they would be and delivered as promised.

You have to call and order over the phone. I would have preferred to order it when I was on site choosing the mulch.

It was a great experience, from the phone call to the visit. We had to make two trips because we could only carry 1 ton at a time in my dad's pickup. Each visit, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have people on site to help with selection and to load the materials onto the vehicle. They used a fork lift to load each 1 ton palette of rock onto our truck, but I also saw them using bulldozers and bobcats to load various materials for other customers, such as mulch or gravel. They took great care when loading, so not to damage or scratch our vehicle. I used the flat rock to build a walk way and frame in our turtle pond in our back yard and am very pleased with the quality of the material. They have a large variety of rock, stone, and other landscaping materials, which would meet most any of my needs. I will definitely go back and purchase materials from them for future landscaping projects.

They were very helpful and described the different kinds of mulch. They dropped it off and I put it down myself.

Very prompt delivery. Competitively priced. I ordered mid-afternoon one day, got it the next morning. This is the main reason I use this company. When I saw the weekend coming up was going to be perfect for working outside, I knew I could get mulch delivered quickly by Indiana mulch. My only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that they apparently don't keep records of previous orders. I wanted to check the quantity I got from last Spring's order, but they couldn't tell me. Not a big deal, just would have been nice to know.

Although there were a few chunks of unshredded wood, the total amount of mulch that was delivered was generous. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the mulch.

THERE WERE NO DISAPPOINTMENTS. THEY DID WHAT THEY PROMISED TO DO AND DID THE JOB WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD.

Very good. We had bought a few bags of this last year and my husband loved it. He really wanted to finish the rest of the yard this year. Buying so much of it dropped the price, making it less expensive. The service is always good there, and they always have a good selection of landscaping materials. Sometimes I feel like I'm there everyday in the early spring!

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful but the sales staff was great. We picked out our stone, paid, and it was delivered the next business day with very little breakage. The quality of product was great and the price was unbeatable.
