Pea Gravel to do landscaping in our front yard. The place we originally wanted them to dump it they could not because It blocked our mailbox. Well I had to go get change and I had him to dump it by the fence as we share a driveway with our neighbors when I come back our neighbor was beyond upset the driver had dumped in the middle of our driveway and walk to her car in when she told the driver I have to be able to get out he said not my problem The driver was leaving my husband shows up on his lunch and is so upset not only did I call to see if the company could help me move the Pea gravel over they said they did not have that service they delivered the gravel full of sand so pretty much we paid $331.70 For for 3/4 sand and one fourth the gravel then we had to hire people in my father to come over and help us scooted over as much as possible everybody had commented that it is not P gravel so now I asked the company to please come and pick up the stuff that they left and refund my money they denied he told me to do what I had to do so I had to go today pay $104 to file a small claims suit and then I have to hire another company 325 to come and remove the junk that they left and another 290 to bring the right stuff it will all be done by the weekend thank God I would not ever recommend this place to anyone the customer service is ridiculous and they do not stand behind their product but I absolutely will ask the judge for Court cost a refund and the price for removal and the labor fees that were paid court date for October 25 I will update after as I'm sure the judge will have no problem seeing why we are so upset the man Tim from the new company laughed when he seen the "pea gravel" the pics are of what they sent and the other is what we were supposed to get

I ordered the mulch online. They delivered it when they said they would. They placed a tarp on my driveway so the mulch would not mess it up. I would recommend their service and would use them again.

It was perfect. I had never had mulch delivered in bulk before so I had no expectations. The ordering was fast and easy and the delivery was the same. I ordered the mulch and it was delivered the next day. The quality of the mulch was exactly what I needed. I will definitely order mulch and possibly stone from them.

Although everything went fine when it was delivered in the fall, I now have nutsedge weed growing wild in what was supposed to be a perennial bed. I am very disappointed and have spent money on plants for a flower bed that can't be used until this very aggressive weed is eradicated.

Delivery was on schedule, though I'm pretty sure they delivered more mulch than I ordered. The mulch was evenly sized throughout and the color was consistent throughout the entire batch. Will continue to use their services whenever needed.

After a delay in response in the Message Center, I was able to make contact and order 5 yards of mulch. Darren has since called an apologize for the miscommunication ((through no fault of their own--Angie's List is updating their website). I called on a Wednesday and it was delivered on that Saturday, exactly where I asked them to drop it. The driver even showed consideration for the neighbor's pine tree that was hanging over where the bed of the truck would be raised. If you are reading this review, I would suggest either being patient or being proactive with making contact until Angie's List works out all of the bugs with the Message Center as it happened with the Gutter Cleaning company I tried to reach as well.

The delivery driver arrived as scheduled and expertly dumped the mulch precisely on the tarps I had laid out on the driveway. Dumping the mulch accurately on the tarp is vital in protecting the delivered mulch from inclement weather as the corners of the tarp can be folded to protect the mulch. We have used Indiana Mulch and Stone for a number of years and expect to continue with them in the future.

We went to the downtown Indy location and the staff was very helpful and made the entire experience efficient and easy.

When the gravel arrived and was delivered, not one single stone wound up outside of the pavers we had lined up, or on our driveway. This made my gravel driveway project easy and wasn't too labor intensive. We have never had anything but great experiences with Indiana Mulch and Stone.

What a great experience! We just moved in to a home that needed a LOT of yardwork. We needed 10 yards of mulch delivered asap. This was the height of the season so I thought we'd have to wait a week or more but they were able to deliver the same day. The driver called to clarify where to dump it and was very professional. I'm calling them today to have another 10 yards delivered.

Great! My husband went to Indiana Mulch, picked out the mulch we wanted, paid for it, and set up delivery. Delivery was on time, quick and efficient. My kids loved watching the big truck dump the mulch out on the driveway. I can't imagine service being any better.

Very poor customer service. Quality and price of product is always very good. Drivers are also top notch; however, office staff were unprofessional. I asked for early morning delivery and was told I could not be guaranteed anything other than before noon to which I agreed would be fine. I explained that I had to have morning delivery because I had other commitments in the afternoon. When I had not heard from them by 11:15 I called to ask when I could expect my delivery. I was told "the driver has it and will be there by noon". I assumed that meant the mulch was on the truck and enroute. When he had not arrived by 12:30 I called back and when the woman picked up the phone she said to someone else in the office "oh this is her and she's going to be p*****". When I asked where my delivery was she replied that the driver had just loaded up and had been delayed in traffic due to an accident. I understand that those things can happen but they could have at least called me to see if I still wanted delivery that day or if I wanted to reschedule so I didn't have to keep calling back. I also felt I was mislead when I was told at 11:15 that "the driver has it and will be there by noon" when obviously that wasn't the truth.

They did a great job. They are the best price in town and they did exactly what I needed.

They had fair prices and delivered quickly.
