Jason was about 30 minute late, but we had a call from his office and from him saying he was running late. He worked in an orderly and timely manner. Informed us what was going on from time to time.

Lindley has done numerous repairs to my a/c and heating system thru the years,they seem to be very fairly priced with a great troubleshooting and repair record.i highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a accurate repair and diagnosis.

After receiving several estimates and overall evaluations I decided to go with Lindley Heating and Cooling to replace my 20 year old furnace and air conditioning units. I have to say, I was extremely pleased with the decision I made. The installers were very professional, explained the products they were installing, all maintenance required and performed the job in less than two days. The high efficiency units have been great on my initial utility bills and with the air cleaner and humidifier, I finally wake up minus the dry mouth and sinus problems I had with my old unit. It comes with a great warranty and an inexpensive service agreement.

I?ve had bad experiences with other companies so to have some one come in to work with me and be so friendly and helpful has been amazing. I have been using them for about 4 or 5 years and they just go out of their way to provide excellent, complete service.

Jason, the technician, was casual but professional. He was timely and pleasant on the phone. "There were a few small changes that came up during the scheduling and Lindley handled it well in my opinion. I felt like I got a very quality service, so I didn't care much to comparison shop.

One day service done well. Helped with rebate and tax credit paper work.

It went very well. We knew we wanted another geo-thermal (water furnace) system, so we did some research and selected 3 different companies to come out and give us bids and descriptions of work to be done. We selected Lindley because of several factors.1. Steve Lindley ( president of the company) came out himself to inspect the site and prepare the bid. The other companies sent either a person who just did bids or just a technical person. Steve had the knowledge and the authority to actually answer all questions and deal to make the offer. 2. Lindley's bid included almost identical equipment and processes as the other bids, but his price was less and he included in the price of 10 years of service check ups. Steve was very easy to work with and was out here personaly during the process to check on things and actuallly do the final stage of setting the system up and explaining the new digital termostat to us..

The job was very well done and we are quite pleased with the result. Steve and his employees were courteous, helpful and very professional for the entire process, from the estimate stage through the post-installation quality control check which Steve (the owner) performed personally. The technicians that performed the duct cleaning and the installation were very tidy and did a wonderful job as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their heating & cooling system or if you just need some work to your existing system.

The workmen arrived at approximately 9:00am and began removing the existing worn out system. After this, they began installing the new system and worked continuously until about lunch time when they discovered they needed a small PVC part they didn't have. They told me they would go to lunch and pick up the part on the way back. They were only gone about 45 minutes and worked the rest of the afternoon finishing the installation. The workmen were friendly and answered all questions with simple, easy to understand answers. While they asked nothing from me, it was very hot in the garage that day and I provided refreshments periodically. In the end, they packed and cleaned everything up; left for the day with no trace of the old system and nothing left behind except for the original copper tubing (I requested this). About two weeks later, Steve Lindley and an associate came out to inspect the work for quality control of the installation methods and workmanship. They made final adjustments to the system and programmable thermostat. I had a few questions about the equipment and install methods. He said he would have new standoffs installed on the heatpump and a new electrostatic filter installed. Steve further instructed on how to use the programmable thermostat and how to clean the filter media.

This company has great customer service. Both replacements were emergency situations. In October our furnace died unexpectedly and then in August we lost the AC. Each time Steve Lindley came right out to meet with us. Once on the weekend and the other time late evening. The installation was nearly immediate. The installers were professional and very clean. Our old furnace was oil and we had a huge mess from excessive soot. Lindley's did not get soot on anything! They wrapped the old furnace and hauled it away. Both installations took all day but were extensive jobs. Since the installations we have had no problems at all. We had one call where we thought we had an issue (turned out we did not) and Lindley came out in a couple of hours. We purchased the service packages and so far has been extremely thorough. We highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling work.

STEVE IS VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT. BUT BEST OF ALL, HE WILL HELP YOU OUT EVEN IF IT'S A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY.
