Excellent Service from all of the staff..

We were very impressed with them. We dealt with Steve Lindley who was very good about coming out. What my husband was impressed with was when we got prices to do this, it was actually Steve who was somebody who understood all the parts and how it was put in. Whereas a lot of companies just send reps to give us numbers who really haven’t put one in themselves. Steve also gave us a discount. We have a 10 year parts and labor coverage with them; so they follow up and come every year to check it out. We had to replace something; at first they thought it wasn’t covered, but then they gave us back our money and said that it was still covered in our 10 year parts and labor thing. They have been very good to work with.

They are really good. One of the days it was really hot and high, and it went up to 100 degrees and I also had two small kids, so I left them a voice mail. Because they had closed their business hours I sent them an email, and they responded in five minutes even after business hour. They expressed concern as I had small kids, and they offered to come out within half an hour even though it was 9:00 at night. They offered to come in summer and in winter, and when they do they offered me discounts so that it becomes cheaper for me. I would recommend them to anybody who ever had any issues.

On time, efficient, friendly and cleaned up!

Jason called shortly after a scheduled appointment to confirm that we were home and that he would be there within 20 min. He arrived within the time set and proceeded quickly service the equipment. He was very polite and pointed out things we should be looking out for in the future. He informed us that there was a contest in which Lindley would be giving away a free installedAC unit , and he encouraged us to enter.

Jason did get me taken care of right away. I am not sure I feel comfortable exactly why this happened since they installed the system, and I am not sure what will mak this happen again. Steve Lindley did come back out two weeks later for normal maintenance and lowered the float gauge in the pan to ensure it would not over flow in future if it were to happen again.

It went very well. The service man was very courteous and even put on little booties so he didn't track anything through the house.

We went straight to Angies List and saw Lindley. They are also dealers for the system in the home. They arrived promptly and were very knowledgable. Because they are dealers, they checked online for the installation date to determine if it was still under warranty and did not find it registered. They told us if we bought the home to check for warranty or installation date paperwork as that would extend our warranty. They did a whole service check even tho at the time we didn't own the home and did not charge for it! We will be in contact with them for an extended service contract as soon as we are finished moving into the home. We also got the paperwork to show the original installation date from the previous owners thanks to their suggestion!

I use them for periodic checkups, but they do not charge me anything for that because that was part of the deal when we bought the new furnace and air conditioner, I would get that free service for five years. They are courteous and just very nice. They have been fine, I have not had any problems with them and they come out when I have them come out. I rate them highly. I will continue to use them in the future.

Greg was great to deal with on the phone and Jason was a very nice, he gave me detailed information and a great company to be with.

Jason was polite and slightly after appointment time, but no excessive in addition we had a misunderstanding on original appointment date and Lindley Heating and Cooling was extremely understanding and accommodating

We hired Lindley from a referral from a family member. They gave personal service, as the owner came right to my house since I needed a new system. The service was done very well. They worked with me for the price.

I called Lindley this morning to schedule the service. The technician, Jason, came this afternoon. He always wears protective covering on his shoes. He has been the tech we use for all our needs through Lindley. He explains things thoroughly, takes his time, and cleans everything up when he leaves. Incredible service with a personal touch.

Made appointment, came as promised and performed service.

Jason called ahead of appointment and arrived on time. He preformed the tune up services. He answered my questions and double checked his answers, very polite and professional.

The technician arrived on time, went over the system and was done in a timely fashion; as always, very professional.

The Lindley installers were here on time at 8:00am on 9/22/2011. There were 2 very competent men who worked well together. They finished the installation at 4:30pm 9/22/2011. Steve Lindley came out 9/23/2011 to explain and verify their installation. We are very satisfied with the overall experience with Lindley.

As part of my service agreement, the serviceman cleaned and checked my cabling system. He answered our questions.

The furnace technician arrived on time, was courteous and worked in a reasonable time.

Good. Arrived an hour early. Did not give me a chance to reset on my own, since I was at work. Reduced service call price to 50%.

They did a great job. It was a two day job, but they got the air conditioner installed and running on the first day itself. They were on time, clean, careful and professional.

Mr. Jason was the one who came over to do the job. He did a very good job. He was on time and was very pleasant.

We were able to make the appointment for a weekend, which worked well, and he arrived when he said, performed the work and was done in a little over an hour. The price for the service may have been a little high but it was a part of a promotion that they offered to do the A/C tune-up now and then come back to check the furnace over in the fall at no extra charge.
