I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for a Comprehensive Home Performance Assessment. I needed to know where a leak was coming from. They plugged up a large fan in the front door and sealed it. It sucks the air to see where the leak was. After we received the assessment, the solutions were just too expensive. They were good, they explained things well. I just wished that I had a comprehensive report broke down per room and the solutions, not just the entire job quote.

That was very good! Actually it was two weeks ago. They did an assessment, it's called a blower test. It is pretty much an energy efficiency test tor the house, to see where I had air leaks and to see what needed to be done to fix them and stuff like that. They were nice, they were nice folks who came out and did the work and were pleasant to work with. They were professional and very informative. Because it was priced on a Big Deal I would say the price was an "A".

We are very happy. They came out to do the estimate within a day or two of calling, and were able to install the system the very next week, despite cold temperatures and lots of snow. The duct sealing has improved airflow through the ducts so that more warm air gets to the far end of the house. The two guys who did the installation were very pleasant, and the sales rep followed up with us a few weeks after install to verify that we were satisfied and had received all of our warranty and rebate paperwork. Overall, very pleased.

I'm not used to Heat Pump heat, so I thought that was the reason I was always so cold in my new house. After a couple of months, I realized there were drafty areas and when I found this "deal" on Angie's List, I jumped at the chance to see what areas of my home were lacking insulation or attention. Robin, Steve and a fairly new young helper came in and set up shop inside my home. They were quick to get everything together so we could do a walk around. They ensured I participated in seeing how the equipment worked and the areas of interest in my home. It was fascinating and the team was very thorough. At the end of the session, the only shocking part of the discovery was the price. I had a pretty high price in my head, based on what the findings indicated would need done in order to seal my house and make it warmer - and the quoted price was double what I had imagined. Being a brand new homeowner, I want my home to be as energy efficient as possible - but there's no way I could afford an expense like that 2 months into homeownership. There was an option to break the cost up into smaller pieces. When a homeowner knows they're hemorrhaging heat out of their home, hearing that the cost to fix the problem is about 18 months of mortgage payments is a tough pill to swallow. I will say that there were multiple things suggested that I could do (or have done fairly cheap) myself, which was a nice option. NOT ONE TIME was the team pushy or "salesman-y" regarding the cost. I appreciated that. I paid $89 for this deal (typically $299), and I'm happy with the results I received and the information provided by the Lindley team. They were VERY informative and included me in everything they did in the house. They provided detailed explanations and scenarios to give me a better understanding of the condition of my home. Great group of guys and I would recommend their services.

They were very professional and thorough. One of the men explained to me, in detail, how the analysis would be conducted while the other man set up the equipment. The analysis included a visual inspection of the insulation in the attic. He took pictures of the areas with issues which he shared with me. In additon to the analysis of the leakage in the ductwork as well as the areas that needed insulation, the analysis also included the use of an infrared "gun" which showed the heat loss around the can lights, outlets, doors, and windows. They provided me with a detailed report and recommended solutions (including pricing) to minimize/reduce the energy loss in our home. Well worth the $$ analysis.

Techs from lindley are always on time and call 15 minutes before they are set to arrive. polite, courteous, explain what they are doing and keep our home and other areas spotless when they are working. Great company.

Prompt arrival, thorough with inspection, tidy, neat appearance. Informative with other services but wasn't pushy. Very pleasant experience.

Service man was scheduled for 11 am. He did not arrive. I called office and they apologized for not calling us to tell us service man had been delayed and would be there at 3. He arrived at 2:30. He did the checkup and then "sold" us a contract for annual basic service which we agreed to. He did not reset the fan as we had it. Otherwise everything was very professional.

Service went well and timely. We signed up for an extended mantenance agreement with same company.

The air did not work when turned on for the first time on July 8th. Called for service and a technician arrived within an hour and a half. He removed the stick and we had air conditioning.

They are always professional and thorough. They did have to change the appointments previously due to other appointments running late.

They were on time performed service. I have been a using since 1996.

Lindley's team came out and did a thorough evaluation of our current system including calculations and measurements then made recommendations and gave a quote. They did everything they promised, were extra courteous and thorough. They finished with a second evaluation and came out to make additional adjustments based on the test results.

Except for a couple of initial install "punchlist" items, the installation was OK, the Owner did come out and double-check everything and reviewed the entire installation with me. The end result was very, very good.

Overall, the service was excellent. We received communication from Lindley Heating and Cooling in regards to the problem we were experiencing with our furnace. After discussion with them it was decided that having the furnace cleaned would most likely take care of our problem. A service date and time was agreed upon. An email confirmation, including a photograph of the technician who would be performing the service, was received. On the day of the service we received a telephone call from both Lindley Heating and Cooling, and the technician regarding the techinician's arrival time. The technician who was forecast in the email to do the work arrived as anticipated, introduced himself and a more detailed discussion of our problem took place. The technician was courteous and professional. The technician encouraged the receipt of and answered all questions I had while working on our furnace. He cleaned the work area when done. He discussed the condition of our furnace and it's various parts, offered options for future service and then departed.

They are trustworthy and their service is really good. These guys have gone out of their way to help me. When they come in, I know that they're going to do their job and do it right. They are friendly and nice people.

Sean spent 4 hours diagnosing the unit, and another 3 1/2 hours re-wiring and installing the new thermostat and outdoor sensor. The price included a one year service contract, thermostat, and 7 1/2 hours labor. Sean did not anticipate having to rewire the thermostat. After dealing with Kyler, Lindley was the opposite. I highly recommend Lindley for heating and cooling needs.

Our furnace quit working at 10:30 at night. We called Lindley's emergency number and they quickly sent out one of their technicians, Sean. Despite it being close to midnight, he was friendly, alert and professional. He assessed the problem, had the broken part available in his truck so he could replace it right away. He was very knowledgable and spoke to my husband about our furnace and what other maintenance it might need. He outlined the charges (which were fair) and gave us a discount on services with a purchase of a maintenance plan. He knew what he was doing and the information he provided was honest and helpful. He didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need.

Lindley sent a techincian named Justin out while my wife was home and she was really appreciate of how informative, nice and courteous he was while in our home. I really appreciate that he started with the cheapest alterative instead of starting out high. I naturally assumed this would be an expensive project and was very pleasantly suprised to find out differently. I also located a discount on Angie's List for this company to waive their service fee. This visit was techincally a diagnostic visit, but they were willing to honor the discount anyway. If you are looking for someone that is honest in their appraisal of your issue and will not try to take advantage of the situation you are, I would highly recommend using Lindley. This the first review I have given them, but have used numerous other times and everytime my family had a positive experience.

I was impressed with their professionalism from the initial phone call I made to schedule my appointment through to the end of the appointment itself. The service technician was personable and easy-going. He explained the necessary repair. He was not "pushy" about doing a one-year service agreement, but simply pointed out how much it would save me. I am very glad to have used this provider.

The service man was on time worked long (3hours) and hard and was knowledgeable and courteous.

Steve was prompt and took the time to find a flow restriction. Resolving it as part of the HVAC installation.
