They were responsive, came as scheduled, had the utility company come ahead and set up spray paint where the utilities were. Did a fabulous job!

Service technician were on time and fixed our problem . He actually charged less than estimate after he discovered leass work was required.

Installers arrived on time, removed service door from hinges and installed the dog door, then re-installed the service door. They did a neat, professional job, and swept up afterwards. All work performed as expected.

We are really pleased with the fence and with the service. We're still in the process of training our two dogs (it takes a couple of weeks) but after 4 days, we already have one dog trained and the other well on his way. We highly recommend them.

The process was easy. Bob explained how to train my dog in a way that would minimize the need for him to get shocked by the system. Although my dog did pretty well, he was tempted by other "dog friends" on walks and "jumped" the fence a few times despite getting shocked. Bob worked with me to adjust the parameters and it corrected the behavior very quickly. Our dog's best dog friend lives next door and neither dog goes into the other yard without being escorted by us. They have the same system and Bob has worked with them as well. I now feel very safe letting my dog outside unsupervised. He enjoys the freedom of the full yard and stays within the boundries.

It worked well on the training setting with my first lab until I added another lab approximately 6 months later. This dog was more adventuresome and willing to get shocked to leave the yard. Bob re-configured my fence settings, and I have had no roaming dogs since. I have had to replace a couple of collars and one transmitter since the new lab puppy chews the collar of the older puppy. Luckily, Pet Stop offers a one time free replacement for dogs who chew. Overall I have been very happy with this company and am looking at having them help me since my chewers also dig!

Painless. I called them, left a garage door open for them to access the head unit, and it was all fixed when I returned home.

Prior to installation, and since, Bob Swarm has been prompt and effective in answering all of my inquiries. My dog, acquired as a 10-week-old puppy is now over a year old... and he's still with us! He knows his territory and enjoys tremendously the portion that is his to roam. He did "sail through" his barrier one time, during the training phase (when I knew to be with him on a long leash, anyway. And, at that time, I hadn't followed through with the training as I knew I should have. The owner must have some responsibility for the success of underground fencing, obviously). A call to Bob was promptly answered with advice that has kept my dog happily inside his perimeter ever since - even in spite of irresistable temptations. Bob Swarm obviously cares about dogs and about people. I always have the feeling that he is acting in the best interest of his customers and their pets.

We didn't use them because we didn't do the work. The dog is pretty much an indoor dog and we decided to keep it that way. They did a nice presentation and they were the only ones that we even talked to.

They did what they were supposed to do and the dog has responded to it. They set it up so he could either be in the front yard or the back yard, but he couldn't go from the front to the back. He also spent about 15 minutes showing me how to train the dog. We haven't had any trouble with the system at all. They are good about sending us a battery in the mail when we need one. When the collar was frayed after years of use they sent us a new one without problem. We have the indoor pet stop, too and it works well. It is a disk that you plug into the wall and it lets out a circular boarder. When he tries to step into a room it starts beeping. We move it from room to room, when he gets to the point where he realizes certain rooms are off limits then we move it to the next room. The bad news is that it puts out a sphere of protection so when we went in the basement it would still shock him when we would pass under the area where it is put up. You have to have a compliant dog. The price was comparable to another company.

They are very good and we still use their products.

He worked with me for 3 about weeks to get it right. If I have any problems, I can call him and he would come in that day or the next day.

I thought it went great. They are very nice and professional. This was a great alternative for us because the cost of a new fence was not in the budget right now. It is great that they can customize the areas to keep the dogs out of areas we don't want them to go.

Overall the whole experience was great. We were having an irrigation system installed near the same time, and they were able to be here the day after it was installed to install the fence. We wanted to make sure all of the utilities were still marked as well as the irrigation system so nothing was compromised. Pet Stop was able to change around their schedule on a day's notice and install right after the other work was completed. They did a great job and our dog has only gotten out once. He got out due to a faulty collar (I took it in and they exchanged it at their office). Pet Stop was definitely more affordable than the competition ($1000-$2100!).

My experience with them was very good. They were very knowledgeable. They came and installed when they said they would. We had a few problems with training our pet so they came out to help us.

Overall it went well, Bob came out to give the quote and he was great. The day my installation was scheduled I had not heard from anyone. I called the company and was told the gentleman was getting gas and would be on his way. He arrived and did a great job of explaining what he would do and approx. how long it would take. Everything was done pretty much as described and on schedule. My only issue was when they cut the drive (asphalt) the caulk they used did not fill the crack and or shrunk. I called and they said someone would take care of it but it was never done. I sealed it myself after waiting 2-3 weeks.

The first time they put the fence in, they didn't put it in deep enough and we kept lawn mower chops in the fence causing the dogs to get out. The response time to repair the breaks was slow. Our dog ended up getting out and getting hit, so obviously the problem was not resolved. They called back later about fixing the fence and we said it was too late. We now have a new dog and they came out to do some more work. They charged $250 and the dogs still get out. We have had them come out several times because of the shallow burying, but it never dawned on them to fix that problem. They would just repair the break, no bury it deeper. They just kept charging us their fees every time that they came out. The second time, it took 2 weeks for them to get here and we had to set up another appointment to set up the time to do it. They do seem do be friendly and personable enough, they just don't do the work very fast.

Tech was on time and performed the job satisfactorily. He did leave behind several pieces of the old wire he had removed. Had the most difficulty with getting the smaller collar. I was told it was USPS'd 2 weeks ago. It never (as of yet) arrived. After a week of waiting and a few phone calls I was told service would bring one out that day or the next. It did not happen. After no one showed I again called. At this point I would like to call attention to their receptionist/customer service Rep Toya. I had dealt with her initially when I traded the collar. She was very pleasant and eager to help. I talked with Toya on each of the occasions that I called about the missing collar. After my final desperate call Toya offered to mapquest me and bring it out herself during her lunch hour. She definitely exceeded my expectations.

They came out and installed the fence and did some training with our pets. They came out a few days later to do a follow visit to make sure everything was going alright. They have consultants available by phone for questions.

If you are in the market for an invisible fence for your pets this is the company you need to use. Bob Swarm worked with us on this and was great with the dogs. Training was very thorough. We had a small problem with the probes irritating the neck of one of our dogs, but Bob switched him out to a spring loaded probe. No problems after that. (If you have dogs with alot of fur or thick muscular necks these are the way to go.) Also nice feature is the batttery low warning light on the collars and we had the battery backup installed for the main system. It has been almost a month and not once have the dogs left the yard. It is nice to have the piece of mind that while you are at work your dogs will right there in your yard when you return. We have two outdoor cats that live next door and our dogs hate cats but they stop at the edge of the yard and go no further, it is really amazing. Great company, great service and great people to work with.
