We make it our mission to provide our customers with the most current product information on the market. Our security and automation equipment is manufactured by the top names in the industry today and our monitoring station is based and operated within the United States. We offer free home visits for estimates with a "no pressure" presentation that leaves you available to evaluate your options on your own time.

I thought they monitor it locally, but it's not monitored locally.

Indiana Alarm is a locally owned and operated business but the monitoring station we work along side with is based out of Florida. They are UL-listed and 5 Diamond Certified monitoring station. Josh installed a video surveillance system that two other companies declined to attempt. He and his installer, another Josh, arrived at the scheduled time. Josh is a very friendly guy who really wants to make the customer happy. The installation went very well and he insured it worked and I understood how to use it before he left. They cleaned up after they finished and completed the job sooner than expected. If you're looking for someone to install a video surveillance system Indiana alarm is the business you should hire. Be up front, tell them what you want, and you will be pleased you hired these guys for the job. Thank you Josh.
