Work was fine. Price was about double the average price.

They always sent knowledgeable and good guys. They do the job right.

Hope was responsive and professional. They were able to match our schedule and install the water heater as requested.

Got a service call deal for $34 and had them scheduled to come out and give an estimate to have a gas line extended to our laundry room for the dryer. The estimate ended up being much higher than we anticipated and we wanted to get a second estimate. We also asked if he could hook up our washer water supply, and he was unable to do so and recommended we re-run the pipes and valves as they were too old. We had another plumber coming out the next day from a previous work order, and asked for the estimate - it was half the price of Hope's, and he was able to attach the water connections with no problem. Felt like Hope plumber was just trying to invent work to get paid for.

I use them on a regular basis. We have an older home and they do an excellent job. They're very prompt, informative and do the work at a great price.

Alex came out and repaired my running toilet. He did a great job and also assessed my hard water... I really need a softener, lol. Love these guys and I've already had them out to repair other issues.

FIRST: Hope sent out a nice man named MATT to plumb for a basement half bath. He was very good. Before leaving, he gave us a coupon that said $25 off ANY PLUMBING SERVICE. SECOND: On a house we own one block south, water was coming up through the basement drain. We had already had the main drain cleaned a week or so before, so we didn't think that would solve the problem as there was still water coming up. Hope sent out Kevin. Very nice, polite, prompt, but he basically did what the first drain cleaner had done, and that didn't fix the problem. HE SAID he didn't have the small snake on the truck to do the lines from the kitchen and laundry room. Why would HOPE send out someone who didn't have the proper equipment on the truck? Nothing was fixed at this point. THIRD: Kevin called the office and they said they wouldn't take the coupon that was given to us by Matt.

They were great! They got the work done quickly, wore shoe covers to be respectful of our home, and were helpful in their explanation of the work after it was complete.

It went pretty well. She did a good job. Highly recommend.

The work performed was top notch and the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. They even worked through lunch and into the evening to get to a good stopping point where they were able to turn the water back on for us. They first came and used a scope to view the drain under our house and gave us honest information and proposed solutions. The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked.

The serviceman was very nice and efficient. I thought the price was fair but did not know what other plumbing companies charge so can't say if this was high, low or medium priced.

Above and beyond on the communication. Tyler was a cool cat. Felt extremely comfortable allowing him into our home. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Zero complaints. Decided to wait on a new water softener.

We needed a plumber to come out ASAP and Hope Plumbing was able to fulfill our need. While they were pricier than we expected, their work was of very high quality. If you need someone quickly that does an excellent job that is backed by a one year warranty, then we recommend Hope Plumbing.

First to reach out to me once I indicated what I was in need of. Indicated they would be able to schedule me that day. Turned out they couldn't …. However, I will say their communication advising me of the status was excellent. Rescheduled for the next day. Called from tech prior to arrival and providing me an estimated time. Tyler was very professional and thorough. Performed an overall check of my water system. Of course in IN there isn't any "good" water. Provided a pressure check; which was high and submitted a couple of solutions with quotes. No hard sales pitch - I passed on these options and there was no push back. Not saying their recommendations weren't without merit, simply something I did not want to pursue at this time. Once we established this, Tyler did an excellent job in performing the task on the water heater. I would definitely use again and highly recommend Hope.

Excellent. Thorough explanation of alternatives and prices. Before service was performed, along with a complete explanation of how it went afterword. Impressive, to say the least. The technician is to be complimented.

They were easy to work with. They were very helpful.

During extreme cold snap pipes burst and they were there within 12 hrs when others were quoting a week. First thing they did was install a shut off valve so we could use the rest of the house while they worked. Only problem was with one right angle joint in a hard to reach place. It took two extra trips to get it to stop leaking. We have used them in the past and will use them again.

They were able to schedule us for the next day, They called and sent me a text message, with a picture of the plumber, who was to arrive in the next 20 minutes. Everything done in a timely and professional manner!

Quintin arrived on time and looked at old line that was out of code. Replaced same day. Overall I was happy with work that was completed.

It went extremely well. The plumber (Heidi) had a wealth of knowledge far beyond her years. She handled the installation without issue and left the site cleaner than she found it! I high;ly reccommend this

Repair completed and no issues with sewer line. Hope did follow up after work completed. Still waiting on them to replace sidewalk they had to cut through

Technician showed up promptly as appointed. He worked efficiently, and he did an impeccable job. When I made the appointment, I was told they have a $65.00 "visit charge". If they come out, give me their estimate, and I don't hire them, I owe them $65.00 for the visit. I agreed. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. The Technician looked at the job at hand - remove the kitchen sink faucet, and replace it with a faucet I had purchased. He told me it would be less expensive to install a faucet they provide, but since I had bought what I wanted I declined. He told me the price would be $325.00. I was completely aghast, but I didn't want to pay them $65.00 visit charge, and then hire another plumber. So I had him go ahead. He did a GREAT job. It took him about 50 minutes. But the price was TERRIBLY EXORBITANT. I would never hire them again. And again.....I should have known better when they "warned me" of the $65.00 "visit charge".
