Description of Work: I had my home staged in May and it sold in a few weeks. The pictures were wonderful and I would use them again. Nice work!

Description of Work: Initially we had Greg from Home Matters come to our house in 2011 to tell us what he thought we should do to get ready to sell. He gave us a complete report and took a lot of time to go over the recommendations and give suggestions. He has a wonderful personality, and can deliver any kind of recommendation and make you look forward to the improvement! Almost a year later, we had Greg stage our house for $1750. Two homes in our neighborhood had been on the market for a year, and we were so worried that the staging would come to nothing. Greg worked wonders! All our friends said,"Are you sure you want to sell your house? Just get this guy/company to sell you all this! It looks amazing." And it did. We got two offers within a month of Greg's staging, and got our asking price. The two homes near ours are still for sale and we have no doubt that we owe it all to Greg and the company he works for, Home Matters. From start to finish, everything was done on time and the results were a beautifully staged home that had many showings, and a great sale.

Description of Work: Our house was on the market for 4 months with no offers. Our realtor suggested staging, and recommended Home Matters. The initial staging was around $1800 for most rooms in our 1800 sq. ft. home. (We staged the entire downstairs, plus the master bedroom but not the three smaller bedrooms.) That fee covered us for two months. After that, we paid $450 per month to keep the staging. The staging was beautiful-- I even liked some of the pieces so much that I asked if we could buy them! (Sadly, no.) We had many showings after the staging, and every bit of feedback included a comment on how beautifully the home was staged. When we sold the house and asked them to pick up the furniture, they responded immediately so that we would not pay for it any longer than necessary. Their responses to any questions I had were immediate. Billing was easy- we preferred automatic, and they took care of that with no problem. Overall, it was a great experience. I would use them again!

Description of Work: Come in and had a consultation/evaluation to help fix up our home to get ready to sell. We were so impressed with them and the price we had them back to clean/pre-pack/hands-on staging/buying additional accessories for the overall enhancement of our house.

Description of Work: Preparing the house for sale by identifying distractions to a buyer (clutter), and suggesting changes to furniture arrangement, lighting, and general presentation. Rug and wallpaper changes were assessed and proposed; each room was examined in detail and presentation improvements were made. After the initial visit and walk through with owner, and follow-up report was presented to owner with all the detailed observations and suggestions. Even wall color names were provided. Report was provided in just 3 days and was very specific and highly useful.

Description of Work: Linda and crew brought in furniture and other items to stage my house to make it more appealing to prospective buyers. She also suggested other small changes that I could make to help make the home more inviting and neutral.
