They did very, very well. I was very pleased with their work. Id use them again. They were right on the money. I thought they did a very good job. They didn't leave a mess. They had it done before I got home. I think they did a fine job. Considering the altitude of the house, it was a fair price. It was worth it. The gutters were nice and clean. They were very quick, they got back with me within a day or so. They were actually early for the appointment. They were very nice, polite people who didn't bother my wife or disrupt the day. I would use them again. Being a business owner, I'm very picky about that kind of thing.

Holstein Cleaning Services juggled scheduling around due to weather a few times -- totally out of their control. I was glad that they took the safety route and didn't try to get to the roof in inclement weather. They were excellent professionals. First time our gutters have been cleaned in 20 years when we didn't have to go around the house and clear up all the debris. They brought trash bags with them and put the leaves right into the bags, then took the bags with them! It was so awesome to come home from work and not find a phase II mess that needed to be cleaned up!

They were fast and efficient.

As of December 15, Holstein Cleaning Solutions has promised to provide service on six occasions. Each time, it has failed to show-up. When we have asked for assistance from the company, we are provided with excuses and more delays. The owner frequently blames his employees and the weather (even when the weather is nice outside). As of December 15, the work we purchased has still not been completed. This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE companies we have ever experienced. The owner does not follow through on his commitments. He also does not return our phone calls. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and will never use this company again!

They were very prompt in contacting us to set up the cleaning. Showed up when they promised and stayed until the gutter cleaning was complete.

If you read above you will realize that it took over 17 days to get the job completed....but the owner did come through and get the job done.

Service was excellent. I have some very large trees and was waiting for all leaves to fall (or as many as possible) before scheduling work. Provider was responsive and did the work when promised. Although I can't see the gutters up close, I have no reason to believe the job was sub-par. Great experience. Would certainly use again!

This company has scheduled 2 different appointments with me and missed both.

I purchased this deal for a friend of mine who just purchased a new home. The scheduling process was very impersonal with all communication via email. I didn't receive any confirmation call or any in person communication along the way. Unfortunately, while my friend was waiting for the service, I noticed they were using my member address as the address of service. This is not something I entered in the scheduling process, it was something that was assumed during the purchase - I did not know this. When I realized my error, I tried emailing and calling their organization and never received a response. They came to my home and didn't even ring the bell to let me know they were there or were doing any work. I live in a townhouse development that has consistent gutter cleaning, I know they didn't spend any time other than getting up on a ladder and seeing it was fine. I definitely understand my fault in the situation surrounding the wrong address, but a simple knock on the door would have rectified the situation. I have since emailed to provide feedback about the process and asked for a manager to call me, yet I have not received a response. Customer service is the most important factor in doing business and Holstein had an opportunity to gain a long time customer. I realize the $80 gift is down the drain, but it's unfortunately they don't want to learn how to do better. A simple return call could have done wonders.

The guys came out and cleaned all out gutters. We just bought the house and it was foreclosure, lots of leaves and debris, they did a great job.

I purchased the Angie's Special for 150 linear feet of gutter cleaning. I asked the owner once and reminded him twice about the underground part of the gutter access in the front and requested it be cleaned off the leaves that will drain down from their cleaning. I returned to find that part of tube blocked with leaves. Even after we reminded the 3-person crew who came to clean the gutters that day. I also found that 2 gutters in the back of the house had been untouched, as well. I have not gone up the roof to check if any other gutters were neglected or not. This was the first time we used then due to the $20 less than our usual service. UPDATE: the owner contact us and offered to return to clean what did not get cleaned the first time. He came by and finished what was left. He also put us down for a free gutter cleaning for next year.

I messaged them via Angie's list on November 2nd and got a confirmation from them for an appointment at my girlfriend's house for Nov 21st from 4-5pm. They never called to reschedule and never showed up. When she tried to call the numbers we could find, it went to a voice mail box that was full. I also sent a message via Angie's List on the 21st and have received no reply. Since they aren't responding, she is going with another provider and I'd like to get a refund. It seems that they are either not in business or not attentive to their business.

It went great, and I was pleased with the work.

Three men came to clean the gutters. They were prompt and courteous. I would use them again.

Called a couple days in advance to have them come out. They came on time and I had them do 3 rooms that had gotten pretty crazy. Had it done in a couple hours and it looked to good to be true. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
