When the guy came out he said that he wouldn't do it because it went up three story and he could not do. They came out to look at it and I obviously purchased it and then they said oh no we can't do it, they said they couldn't do it because on some of the gutters are some gutter guards and they didn't want to mess with it, basically that's how I took it and I did get credit for the money I paid, that wasn't the issue but it was just frustrating because I thought wow this is great I got somebody and he seem very nice to talk to but it was real obvious he did not want to deal with it.

Good service: friendly, capable and quick

No call. No show. His recent ratings say it all. AND, he is currently telling Angie's List that he performed the service. Dishonest, and will likely be out of business very soon. Avoid this company with every fiber of your being.

I received a call from him on April 15, we scheduled an appointment for May 4th, and he has not called or shown up. I have requested a refund and am going to use another service provider.

They came out and cleaned out our gutters and did a great job. They got it done and did not leave any mess behind. We have some high places to reach gutters and they handled it all without a problem. Will use them again.

Kurt came to my home and apologized for his delayed response. He was very nice and professional. I would consider using them for other services in the future.

Very punctual and professional in the scheduling and completion of the work. Missed one small section of the gutter, which is my only complaint.

Difficult to get a response from the company after leaving a voice or text message. The Whole House Cleaning offer is misleading and is not that at all. I didn't read the fine print which said $239 for 1 person for 8 hours or 2 people for 4 hours. Lesson learned on my part. The 2 people did a great job cleaning but they were 1 hour late. They couldn't finish in the 4 hours though and I had to pay for another 2 hours at $60 per hour to have them finish.

Could not have been more disappointed. For starters they had contacted me to say they would be doing work on Friday morning. No one ever showed Friday, or Saturday or Sunday or Monday nor did I get any communication as to why they didn't come or when they needed to reschedule. Finally after I contacted them they said they had sent me a message which did not go through that they wanted to do on Tuesday. Not a problem and if all had gone well I would have been ok with that. However, that being said, very poor shoddy work was done. yes, the gutters are clean but they made a HUGE mess of it all. I just spent an hour of yard cleanup after they left and have another hour or two of more work. Rather than collect and bag up debris they threw it everywhere. I have leaves and debris in my flower beds, rock and mulch landscaped areas, bushes, grass/yard area, there are leaves and dirty water splashed up against my windows that now have to be cleaned. debris and dirty water slashed all over the siding of house. Geez did they just use a leaf blower to blow it all over???????? I would have rather just done it myself and bag it up - would have taken less work that the cleanup of the mess they left me. This "business" cant possible be successful if this is how they do all their "work" DO NOT USE them pay more and get a better company and job done.

Had a mix-up on address of service. Had to reschedule for 2 days later. They were 40 minutes late with no call that they were going to be late. Once they got there, they went to work immediately and did not stop until they were done. They did a great job. They cleaned all the cobwebs, dusted baseboards, windowsills, bathrooms, closets, kitchen, dusted ceiling fans, mopped floors and swept the carpet. They did it thoroughly and timely. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

They did the job while we were not home. The scheduling was fine.

We bought the move-out cleaning special. They arrived promptly and got to work. The house looked great. However, I noticed a few things and I am not sure if I am being too picky about a move-out cleaning (I had never had one done before; are they supposed to leave the house without a speck or smudge? or just an overall wipe down?). I noticed all the appliances had a visible residue on them, and so did the hardwood floors and the countertops. We had to end up cleaning them over again. Also, many of the baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves too. And I found a spot on the ceramic tile that needed a little extra scrubbing to get the spot off. But I am wondering if a move-out clean is just to get the bulk of it out, and they did that very well. We had two cats and there was hair all over the place and that seemed to have been taken care of.

All went well. Had to reschedule a couple times due to weather, but it was a good experience.

I have been trying to contact the provider since I purchased the deal and they have not contacted me, I am now requesting a refund.

They were great. I would give them A across the board. I did not pay any additional charges and they came within a week of my big deal purchase.

This turned out very, very well. Scheduling was fine. They were prompt and did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters. There was no debris left from what I saw. I would definitely use them again. They were very courteous and efficient. I really appreciated their service.

It didn't go very well. Initially, when i did the deal, paid Angie's List online and i wasn't aware that i was not supposed to pay him so i paid him as well and when i tried to call him to get the money back, i didn't get my money, so i went back and forth for three or for months, but never got my money back. And the guy did great work, but its unfortunate that he didn't give me my money back. I would like to use him again but clearly i don't know what to do.

Scheduling was a disaster. It was a while ago now, but I think they cancelled or delayed at least once, and it was difficult to reschedule. They ended up coming at a day/time that we had not scheduled with them- they just showed up. Luckily someone was home.

They did a very good job. It was a move out cleaning and they cleaned things that hadn't been touched in years. They were very detailed. Another thing I really liked about their company is they hired veterans to work with them. I thought that was very unique and great!

It was fine. They did the work while I wasn't at home. It was a good deal. They came when they said they would. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. What stands out about them was their customer service. It was effortless. The gutters aren't clogged.
