Description of Work: I purchased a special deal through Angie's list for them to clean my gutters. They responded very quickly, and we scheduled a date for the service, for which I didn't need to be home. They came out as scheduled, and did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaned house gutters. Good, I guess. Rushed home from work thinking they were coming at 6pm and only way I knew they had been here was business cards in storm door handle and I stood on step ladder and reached in to touch gutter in back of house. No leaves or debris. Little disappointed that I missed them but at least the job was done.

Description of Work: This was a special offer on gutter cleaning through Angie's List. I noted on the form that I needed the gutters cleaned at a different address (my parents' house, which I was getting in shape to sell). I provided that address and noted that the outside water would be on in case it was needed. | |Unfortunately, they came to my home address and cleaned the gutters there. My wife said the person who came out was very nice, but she thought it odd that I was having the gutters cleaned for the second time in two months. | |I contacted the provider three times, once by direct email and twice through the Angie's List form, and described the problem. I got an encouraging response from the last contact - he said he would be happy to come out, and would contact me in a couple of days after he checked his schedule. | |That was a month ago. In the meantime, there was an offer on my parents' house. One of the negatives on the inspection report: The gutters need to be cleaned.
