They were very professional and had good prices. They were very knowledgeable.

We had bought a washer and dryer from them several months ago and had the same positive experience. What kept us coming back is an incident that happened a year ago May. My husband and I moved from an apartment to a house in the morning and my sister and her husband from Montana were coming to visit that afternoon. We had bought a twin mattress and box springs from HH Gregg but when my husband picked it up he didn't really check size and when he got it to the house it was a full size. I called the store and told them what happened and when they checked the records we had paid for a twin and got a full. The manager apologized and said they would deliver a twin and pick up the full. They did that before my sister and brother-in-law arrived. I had just finished putting the sheets on the new twin when they arrived. Sometimes it is the small things that win us over.

I thought H H Gregg would be the ones to come to my home to repair the TV. I didn't find out that they subcontracted their work to Tops Electronics until I was routed to them by phone. I stayed home an entire day waiting for someone to come fix the TV and no one ever called or came. After I was routed to Tops by telephone from H H Gregg, I caught them in 3 lies with excuses. They tried telling me that there was a snow emergency all over Indianapolis, when it was a few select counties up north and she also tried telling me she called, but it didn't show up on my caller ID and I was home all day. The bottom line is that they never called or showed up at my home so I really don't trust companies that H H Gregg subcontracts for repairs. I've been buying appliances from H H Gregg since 1983 but will think twice about that after this experience with Tops Electronics. H H Gregg needs to start using trustworthy, reliable people for their appliance repairs.

Two guys came out to deliver my range. They showed me how to operate it. They were very nice. They called twice once to let me know they were 3 hours away and once to let me know they were on their way. Jason Grider was the salesperson.

Chuck was the sales associate that helped me make the decision on which appliances to buy. On my first visit I was just looking around and he didn't put any pressure on me, then told me if I wanted the best deal I would come back during the New Years Sale. I went back and he was there to help me, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very professional and friendly.

I PURCHASED A GE MICROWAVE. WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE FIRST MICROWAVE IT WORKED A HALF A DAY. THEY BROUGHT ME A NEW ONE. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO HAVE THREE REPAIRS. SO HERE IT IS A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND IT IS IN NEED OF REPAIR AGAIN. I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS GIVEN A DATE OF 8 DAYS LATER AS I WORK AN ODD SHIFT AND COULD NOT HAVE IT DONE ANY OTHER TIME. AFTER LOOKING AT MY SCHEDULE I HAD TO CALL BACK AND RESCHEDULE. THIS PERSON WAS A LITTLE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY SITUATION, AS I TOLD HER I WORKED AN ODD SHIFT AND LONG HOURS AND DEPENDED ON MY MICROWAVE FOR QUICK MEAL FIXES. I ALSO TOLD HER OF THE SHORT AGE OF THE APPLIANCE & ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAD HAD. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL GE CONSUMER SERVICE AND GAVE ME THE NUMBER. AFTER HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MINUTES I WAS TOLD THEY COULD DO NOTHING TO CALL THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. AFTER HOLDING FOR 30 MINUTES AND TALKING TO NO ONE, I HAD TO GO TO WORK. HH GREGG SHOULD STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH GE

Appliances were delivered the next day, but the washer was not installed correctly. Hot and cold water supply lines were switched and it was not balanced correctly. They sent out a service tech the following day and took care of it. Problem with such large companies is that the odds of running into untrained people is pretty good due to their high turnover. Remember your salesperson's name in case you run into any problems.

They were very nice about showing me different types of phones. He spend a lot of time showing the features of the phone.

Both of the salesmen we worked with were informative, helpful, and not pushy. They explained the differences between models and explained warranties and services. We have used H.H. Gregg before, and it has always been a great experience. Their delivery/set up men are also wonderful, and their call ahead service is the best!

WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR, WE FOUND IT HAD A DENT IN THE BACK. THEY GAVE ME $50 OFF. I CHOSE THE DISCOUNT RATHER REPLACING IT, BECAUSE IT WAS AN EXTRA REFRIGERATOR FOR THE GARAGE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND NEVER CONDESCENDING OR RUDE.

VERY NICE, GAVE US FAIR ASSESSMENTS OF THE COMPARISONS. THEY DID NOT USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND TRY TO SELL US THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, RIGHT DOWN TO THE GUY WHO DROVE THE TRUCK AND HELPED BRING IN THE APPLIANCE. I FELT THAT I GOT THE BEST PRICE FROM HH GREGG COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES I LOOKED.

NOT VERY GOOD! THE SALESMAN TOOK A LONG TIME TO OFFER HELP & SEEMED DISINTERESTED. DIDN'T OFFER INFORMATION RE PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD APPLIANCE AFTER INSTALLATION. I BOUGHT A USED ITEM FROM A MOM & POP SHOP INSTEAD. GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE & NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DRYER YET.

SALES PERSON & DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE ALL VERY NICE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
