Hedgeclippers Lawn Maintenance-Hedge Clippers

They have always been on time, courteous, and have done a good job. My lawn looks the best it has ever looked, and most of the time they come out without my calling to do the spring and fall clean-up. When I had a horrible infestation of thistles in my ground cover, they did a terrific job of hand-pulling all of them and applying a weed pre-emergent. A few months later when more thistles began to reappear, one of their men came out and hand pulled all of them again as well as some in other areas of the lawn. Jason Hedge, the owner, has always been very responsive and prompt in getting my work done. I highly recommend them.

Company is great. Very responsive and professional. I didn't particularly like the large mowing machines on my lawn. Didn't seem to do a neat job. However, I still contact them to do larger jobs

Hedge clippers has done a workmanlike job of maintaining our lawn and landscaping. They have trimmed our hedges, cleaned out the flower beds in the spring and put down mulch, maintained the lawn in the summer. They even cut the grass while we were on vacation for a modest fee. We have been pretty pleased with them. Their prices are comparable to other lawn services we have used, but being locally owned, the service is more personalized.

When I first ordered the delivery it was during a very rainy time and they could not and would not deliver it wet. The first dry period it was delivered and covered with a tarp to keep it dry. It rained that night but having taken some care they spread it the next day. It is good soil and the job was done to my satisfaction. I have used Hedgeclippers before and will use them again!!!

All work has been excellent. The team is always timely, work is high quality, charges for services are very reasonable. When I have had questions and needed to contact Jason he is always very responsive and quick to address any question. Highly recommend.

Jason Hedge and his team are always reliable and thorough. Over the past three summers, Hedgeclippers have done a variety of services for me, and I have always been satisfied.

They is no communication. They dont return calls.

I was worried when I still had a lawn of leaves after Thanksgiving, but came home a few days ago to find my lawn and flower beds clear. With the early snow and cold snap I was afraid I'd never get them clear. This happened last year with another group when it came to gutter cleaning so I was ready for a disappointment. Very pleased not to be

I used these guys to cut grass for about 8 weeks, and 6 of those weeks I had to call after the mowing about different issues: missed areas, too high, too short, not cutting at all, etc. I wanted to hire someone to cut my grass hassle free, not someone I had to keep calling to fix errors. I don't have time for that. The first few weeks were good, and I recommended them to a neighbor who hired them. Last week another neighbor asked who was cutting my lawn - I could not recommend them. They are very poor at returning phone calls, customer service is poor, and he hung up on me while I was talking and telling him I didn't think we were a good company/customer match!

I rely on them a lot. I am very satisfied.

The service was excellent. I contacted the provider after another provider failed to show up to mow my lawn a few days earlier. They went out of their way to fit me in that day and did an excellent job. I will be continuing service with them

Everything has been going well since I started using the company a couple months ago. Jason, the owner, responds when I call, they never miss appointments, and they always dress in professional uniforms. Furthermore, they consistently do a good job with the lawn.

Hedgeclippers crew arrived early and prepped the mulch beds around the house and trees, pulled weeds (including poison ivy) installed mulch in multiple areas, applied a lawn treatment for weed control (worked great) and cleaned up work areas. Great job by Hedgeclippers team that took the time to make sure all areas were manicured perfectly. Yard looked great and multiple compliments by neighbors!

Jason and Hedgeclippers were wonderful - they were very professional and did excellent work. They arrived when they said they would, got everything done as quickly as possible, but (most importantly) took time to help me find the right hard-scape stone, stepping stones, pergolas, plantings, etc. They went above and beyond to help us transform our "mud-pit" side yard into a beautiful courtyard. I thought I'd "help" by putting together the Pergola and the guys had to take it all apart and rebuild it to get it installed. They never said a word, but when I asked how it went, I found out that they'd spent considerable extra time getting it built correctly :). On the hard-scape, Jason was careful to make sure it was flat, with no tripping hazards. They just enjoyed the project and wanted to get it right. Really appreciated all their expertise and effort! I wish I could post the before and after photos here!!

They are wonderful. I found them through tracking them in my neighborhood. I have been using them for 5 years now. There were 11 people and three trucks out here. I have got 12 trees. I took pictures and videos when they came out. They do my lawn every week. They come on their schedule. They are very reliable and never late.

They are very prompt and does quality work.

Got them started and then had to leave. When I returned, everything was done well with one minor exception. They returned in a timely manner to finish the work.

I like that they are honest and will let me know of any scheduling changes. They do a good job and I have been using them for the past 2 years.

They did great work and were on time. They checked with me to get the go-ahead before making any decisions. Chris had good suggestions and we agreed to do more work in the spring. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

They mow the grass, trim the bushes and do weeding in the beds.

They did a good job of spreading mulch, but I will not have them do the weeds again as they just cut them off and later the weeds remerged through the mulch.

My initial contact with Hedgeclippers went well. I was originally looking for a company that offered slice seeding. Hedgeclippers was the only company that I was able to contact that did and serviced my area. They also were very reasonably priced for the service as well. After that initial call they came out promptly to treat the weeds (replanted my lawn last fall-lots of weeds). The very nice gentleman who came to my house to apply the weed treatment said they would be back in a couple of weeks to seed once the chemical wouldn't interfere with germination. About a month later I leave a message for Jason on when they were coming out to overseed and received a text message that night apologizing and would be there the next day. Fine. I had approximately 25 lbs of seed that I left out for them to use, which was the next day. When I got home I noticed they only seeded the front lawn, approx 2000 sq ft and my seed was no where to be found. I called and left another message for Jason and received another text that his crew screwed up and that there was not much seed left so they took the bag. I can't believe they used 25 lbs of seed on overseeding my front yard! Jason himself came out the next day and finished the rest of the overseeding-with the seed that they took the previous day. I still have some seed left, go figure. It was about two weeks after they came to seed that I received another statement. I noticed there was a charge on the statement that (1) wasn't itemized nor did we receive an individual statement previously and (2) couldn't think of what the extra charge was for. I called and left another message for Jason and have yet to receive a call back. However, days after I left that message the crew was back out putting another application on my lawn to which I was promply billed. I am ceasing doing with business with Hedgeclippers immediately. On the plus side, the lawn looks great but sure I could have done the same thing myself. I really wanted to hire a company to take care of my lawn hassle free. In the end, however, I experienced more frustration than I would have if I treated it myself.

Jason and his crew performed a spring clean up on my yard. They did a terrific job. I have a third of an acre, and they cleaned up the entire yard. They also put out mulch. Jason and his employees were very courteous. I use them every week for mowing and clean up.

They are reasonable. They will cut two ways and never the same way all the times. They are on time. They do other services as well.

They do a very good job. You have to leave a message and they call back.
