Hedgeclippers Lawn Maintenance-Hedge Clippers

I've used them for years, but after several delays and a disastrous project this summer, I will not use them. They planted 27 trees instead of 10; 2 of them have already died. They cut our cable; they cut our sprinkler and buried another head. Mistakes are understandable, but they've never acknowledged or apologized for anything. They lied about the damages until they were finally "caught" by a sprinkler repair person, and even then didn't apologize. They cut our cable and never told me! The dug up one of our flower beds for dirt instead of bringing in dirt and then tried to charge me for it. They didn't mulch as asked so I mulched the area and then they tried to charge me for it. These guys are a disaster - stay away.

I have been using them for the past 15 years. They are very reliable and they do a nice job at a competitive price.

Called company to sign up for landscaping and lawn maintenace for my 20 rental properties and curb appeal for houses rehabbed for sale in the future. Receptionist said company too busy to help. I will need to find another. Nice company just not taking on anymore work so others may want to not waste their time calling this year.

the crew was the best. they worked on our property like it was there own. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were here for over 5 hours. the house doesn't even look the same. Perfect!!

Jason Hedge is the owner. Their pricing is based on what they do. It was wonderful to have it done by somebody other than my husband. Everything in our life should go as smoothly as that did. They would show up, do it and then they would charge us. If they did not think it needed to be done they would come back (and do it at a later date). They do not do the lawn perfectly but if you are someone that wants to have their lawn done and not worry about it, they are fabulous.

I'm very happy with the regular work Hedgeclippers does throughout the year and intend to continue using them for my basic lawn care; however, attempts at using the company for landscaping and other services has been nothing short of frustrating. After approving the estimate earlier this year, they immediately came out and killed the ground ivy in my back yard but forgot to reseed. I never heard from anyone regarding the rest of the work and subsequently hired someone else to maintain my flower beds. On September 26, a crew showed up, without any notice, ready to do the work that should have been completed in April. Most of the work was no longer applicable, but they removed the island in my front yard and finally reseeded the back yard. They also managed to remove a tree that fell during the storms. I still have not received an estimate for snow removal despite requesting one about a month ago. While the work Hedgeclippers does is always good quality, I strongly suggest always being available to talk to the crew leader. Danny is great with customer service and apologized for the oversight in work not getting done; however, that customer service doesn't seem to make its way back to the office. The office staff will say that the owner, Jason, will get back to me; however, I have not any returned phone calls or emails throughout this situation.

They came out and gave estimate and said they put me on the schedule, but never showed up. I tried to call and schedule again but they never got back to me

Hedgeclippers did a perfect job! The yard looks even better than I expected. Jason was quick in providing an estimate and did the work exactly when he said he would. I'll definitely use Hedgeclippers again.

They did an amazing job of working me into their busy schedule last minute and delivered all services as promised. The workers were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend for any lawn care needs!

It took me 2 hours to mow my lawn with a push mower. They do it in 20 minutes. Their wheels can tear up the grass in spots, because of their speed. You should isolate any plants you don't want accidentally hit with a weed trimmer

Tree limbs were cut back so that I could get great exterior photography. overgrown bushes were cut back bushes on their last legs were cut out garden beds were edged and mulched fence line foliage was cut back Place looked great!
