Skilled labor for all your home repair and remodeling needs. We allow our customers to purchase their own materials. This saves them extensive mark up on those items that others charge. Licensed plumbers and electricians on staff when required. General Handyman services of all kinds. Kitchen, Bathroom and Basement remodeling. Please note: There is a $90.00 fee for Insurance and home inspection estimates. The fee will be rebated off the cost of the job if Handyman Connection does the work.
Services we don't offer
Lawn work, carpet instillation, roofing, appliance repair (we will install appliances we just don't repair existing) and house cleaning. We do have a extensive referral list so call us for all of your home improvement needs. We may have a referral for you. No pricing is done over the phone, by picture or email. That's why estimates are always free!

"THE CUSTOMER DID NOT TELL YOU THAT ALL OF THESE FIXTURES WERE INSTALLED NEW, NOT REPLACE, AND THEY WERE IN A VAULTED CEILING WHERE THERE WAS LESS THAN TWO FEET OF OPERATING SPACE. THE ELECTRICIAN HAD TO CRAWL ON HIS BELLY IN A TUNNEL THAT WAS OVER 100 DEGREES AND ALL WIRE HAD TO BE PULLED BY HAND, AND IT TOOK TWO PEOPLE."

THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE BUT THEN DID NOT SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE JOB, AND I HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY WORK ORDER. IT TOOK A TOTAL OF ABOUT 4 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND THERE WERE TIMES WHEN THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT SHOW UP AND DID NOT PROVIDE A COURTESY PHONE CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT HE WOULD BE UNABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. I WASTED NUMEROUS HOURS WAITING. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS OF GOOD QUALITY, HOWEVER IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET THEM TO MY HOUSE TO ACTUALLY DO THE WORK. I AM UNSURE IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT WE SCHEDULED FOR THE CORRECTION AND DID NOT CALL RIGHT AWAY. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE PUT A WEATHER STRIPPING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. THAT SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED AND ELIMINATED THE COLD AIR. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT HIS MISTAKE WHEN IT HAPPENED. INSTEAD, IT HAD TO GET COLD ENOUGH FOR ME TO NOTICE.

THIS FAUCET WAS VERY COMPLICATED AND THE PLUMBING LINES IN OUR HOUSE PROVED TO BE DIFFICULT, BUT THE HANDYMAN WAS VERY DILIGENT AND EVEN RAN TO A HARDWARE STORE THREE TIMES TO GET ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AT NO COST TO ME. THE HANDYMAN WE GOT WAS PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. VERY NICE. HOWEVER, HIS WORK WAS SLOPPY AND HE SEEMED IN A HURRY TO LEAVE. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED WITH THE JOB, WE ACTUALLY SAID GOOD-BYE AND TOLD EACH OTHER TO HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND (THAT'S HOW I KNEW HE WASN'T COMING BACK, PLUS HE'D LEFT ME A SANDING BLOCK TO FINISH UP ONE AREA THAT WASN'T DRY YET). I THEN NOTICED AN HOUR OR SO LATER, THAT HE HAD MISSED SANDING DOWN SEVERAL SPOTS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND HE HAD TO COME BACK, SAYING HE'D PLANNED ON COMING BACK ALL ALONG TO FINISH UP. I KNEW THIS WASN'T TRUE, SO IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR BOTH OF US. WE FOUND A FEW MORE UNFINISHED SPOTS, BUT DECIDED TO SAND THEM OURSELVES TO AVOID ANOTHER UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION. HE ALSO GOT DRYWALL MUD ON OUR CABINETS, WHICH WE ALSO FOUND LATER AND HAD TO SCRAPE OFF OURSELVES.

THEY ARE RUDE. THEY DO POOR WORK. THEY DON'T WANT TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THEIR OWN POOR WORKMANSHIP. THE SERVICE WORKERS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WE HAD TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE OUR HOME WHEN THEY TRIED TO START A LOUD ARGUMENT.
