Description of Work: Replaced plaster board ceiling in small bathroom due to condensation around exhaust fan and textured ceiling to match other rooms. Also checked in attic to ensure there was no leak, just condensation. Replacement of plaster board went well; however, the textured ceiling was a problem. Not all the texture was covered on the ceiling and had to call to get corrected. The second time was better but I needed to paint the ceiling to get conformity. When estimate of price was done the handyman asked if he could get a better price and got a negative response. The %850 included a 15% coupon discount, which was better than using Angie's List discount. Original price was $1000 and the work took less than 5 hours to complete. For a multi-purpose handyman the work was good. Texturing ceiling is something that is usually done by a specialist, so work was satisfactory.

Description of Work: I called this company in early September to obtain a quote for some work on our house. They were scheduling two weeks out so we set a date. Someone was supposed to come out on 9/24 but no one showed up. The appointment was towards the end of the day so after waiting 30 minutes, I called to see if someone was coming but the office was already closed. It is frustrating to rearrange your day for an appointment only to have the other party not show up. There has been no follow up from the company since then. We will not be using them for any services.
