Great. Andy was my Handyman. He did my full kitchen remodel. Was quoted a competitive price, but it was really his knowledge and personality that sold us. He was always on time and professional. It didn't seem like there was anything he couldn't do. I will use again!

Nate did a wonderful job. He was prompt and even gave us some additional ideas for other things to keep up on that we didn't even think about.

When contacted, they refused to honor the deal. They told me that I should ask for a refund because they were not "interested" in doing the described work.

I called Handyman Connection on 6-29-16 to schedule an estimate appointment. I was seeking to have a Nest thermostat and 4 Nest smoke/carbon monoxide detectors installed, a furnace filter replaced and kitchen remodeling. I needed the appointment to be at 4:00 pm or later because I work. The earliest they could schedule me was 4:30 on 7-20-16! I've been a satisfied customer of Handyman Connection in the past so it's frustrating they aren't able or willing to serve customers who work in a more timely manner. I called back later to inquire if there was an earlier appointment, there was not, but I was put on a cancellation list. I hired another handyman company that was able to provide services much more timely.

Once again Paul from the Handyman Connection has proven that he is at the top of his game with his proficiency, thoroughness, and by completing the job wonderfully. I am always pleased when I see Paul and his caliber of work. Thank you again!

Handyman service responded in an excellent time frame. Within 2 days of calling Paul Commons showed up. We had a vertices flat siding on a portion of our home and we wanted to change the look by putting 8" lap board horizontal over it. He did the measuring to include a moisture barrier and framing around 3 Windows. Normally the homeowner has the materials at the house, but we weren't sure of how much of what to get. He charged a minimal fee to pick up what we needed. We wanted 8" of lap siding to show to match the rest of the house. This meant we needed a 10" board because 2" is placed under each board. When he went to order, they did not have 10" board, but did have 12" board, but not in stock and would have to be ordered. Since my wife wanted the 8" instead of another size he would order, but would have to take it to his shop and cut 2" off each one. He charged a very reasonable fee to pick up and cut the boards to the size we needed. Would be 1 - 2 weeks before the special order came in. We planned on a date and it was installed on that date. He had to custom cut some pieces to fit around the windows as well as framing. Caulked everything. Siding was pre primed ready to paint. Paul did a outstanding job and would ask for him everytime.

IT went great! I used this company before about a year ago, I will use again and I would recommend them.

Paul pulled through again. With his proficient skills and infallible focus and completing the project so well. I am so happy to have him as a handyman and recommend him thoroughly. I am so happy with him, he is absolutely perfect and so good at what he does. I know that my project will be done correctly every time.

I called the company and spoke with the daughter of the owner, Ashley. She took my information and notified me that a contractor would contact me. I was contacted later that day and the contractor, Marty, arranged to come to my house to provide an estimate. Marty was on time and provided me with a fair quote for the work to be performed. I confirmed my intent of contacting with the company and Marty was scheduled to start the work 2 days later. Day 1: Marty was early. He went straight to work. From 10am to 4:30pm, Marty worked non-stop. I previously had a bad experience with a handyman, so I went into this job with concerns, however, Marty put all of the those concerns at ease. He is a professional who is proud of his work and has the experience to complete a job the 'right' way. Old school and I'll take that! Marty cleaned up before he left and informed me that he would return the next morning at 11am. Day 2: Marty was on time, and just as the previous day, he went straight to work. I was not able to stay to until Marty completed the job, however, when I left at 4pm, he informed me that he would finish and shut the house when he was done. I came home at 9pm, and true to his word, the job was beautifully completed. I couldn't be more pleased. Very professional gentleman who knows his stuff. Handyman Connection should be indebted to employees like Marty. I have a few other jobs that need to be completed, and I will definitely have Marty return to do the work.

Once again Paul has come through with his multi-tasking skills from the Handymen Connection. His pleasing disposition and friendly smile just adds more to the whole experience. Will gladly use Paul again and again. Thank you!

Workman came Tuesday to look over job and gave me a labor quote. After I gave the go ahead, he came back on Thursday. We went to Lowes together and he selected the materials he would need and I paid for them ($250). He then built the handrails and installed the weather stripping. He also adjusted the strike plates on the door frame so the door closed more tightly. He did a fine professional job.

I was quite satisfied with the work done until I discovered by accident after the installation that the "hood" that directs combustion gases from the top of the water heater to the flue was not held in place by screws, with the result that it could have easily been knocked out of place, at which time my basement would be the destination of carbon-monoxide gases that are intended to be exhausted to the outside via the flu. I was quite concerned, especially because the proper connection could have been made in less than 5 minutes using screws from my supply. (The workman's excuse for not completing the job, as I was told by the HC owner, was that there were no screws included in the packaging. Please!!!!!). Having had second-hand experience with a death from CO, I was very disturbed by this event and underscored that concern by asking for a refund of the entire cost of the installation. I was willing to accept less than a total reimbursement, but that opportunity did not present itself. During my phone conversation with the HC owner, he focused entirely on the (un)reasonableness of my refund proposal and failed to in any way acknowledge the seriousness or potential consequences of the workman's egregious failure. At one point in our phone conversation, the HC owner said something (??) that convinced me that he and I were in different books -- forget about the same page -- at which time I said "put it in writing" and hung up on him. His subsequent writing announced his decision to refund my money on the condition that I "never contact HC again for any reason whatsoever" I can live without HC. Somewhat ironically -- prior to this very bad experience, I had many interactions with HC with which I was more than pleased. My assessment is that the owner would benefit from remedial instruction in empathy.

Excellent. Before he came, I got a co formation email with his photo and he also called me 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm. He inspected a punch list of items that I thought he could do but they were outside of the scope of what a "handyman" does. Nonetheless, he removed some paneling to inspect the source of some moisture and referred me to a roofing specialist. He was very thorough in his explanation of everything and very courteous. I'll be keeping his contact info and will certainly be using him again. I'd highly recommend Handyman Connection.

We bought the deal of $499 for a day. We needed the the shower and bathtub to be re-caulked because of mildew. The house is 10 years old and other than some mildew everything in the shower was perfectly fine. Ron did the job. It wasn't a clean look but at least the mildew was gone. But what we didn't know is he actually created a bigger problem. Less than 6 months later, in January this year, we noticed the caulking in one of the corners that he re-caulked was cracking and had holes. By the time we noticed it, the water would have already got under neath the bench and the corner of the bench was already warped. We called them. Ron came. We expressed our concern about the water damage but Ron told us there shouldn't be any water damage and he would just re-caulk it again. So we thought, okay, he's the expert. We just went with it. Now less than 1 month later, the caulk is cracking again. Ron came and checked it out, told us we need tile work and he would tell his office. When I called the office to follow up, the owner told me that they are not going to fix the shower under warranty. He stated that based on what Ron told him, there is water damage and the problem is not the caulking he did, but the grout, which is not re-sealed every year due to homeowner's negligence. When I pushed him for answers, he agreed with me that there is no grout underneath the bench, just mortar (or glue) and then caulking between the bench and the tiles. So I said how would grout cause leaking when there is no grout in play here at all. I also told him the bench was not warped before Ron re-caulked it. He wouldn't change his "conclusion" and even indicated it's "convenient" for homeowners to blame their handymen work so they can get their problems fixed for free. I couldn't believe my ears! Was he calling me a liar because I want them to fix the problem they created in the first place?!? I was (still am) in shock at how unprofessional he is, how he could draw conclusion without doing an inspection, or even looking at some pictures, but simply based on what he heard from his staff, not to mention how quickly he attacks the integrity of customers when he tries to get out of his warranty responsibility. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. Now I have a bigger problem created by them. If you do end up using them, make sure to take tons of pictures before, during, and after. Even with that, be prepared to be called a liar if things go wrong and substantial work is needed to fix the problem.

They filled in the hole and sanded it down and finished it with a coat of paint. I think they did an excellent job and the man they sent was very nice and pleasant.

I am very happy I called Handyman Connection. They had Gary at my house with a completed estimate before the other company even called me back. Before the appointment I received an email about Gary and the date of his last background check. That was nice but I was very comfortable with Gary and he seems very trustworthy. He could have used the weather as an excuse but he spent extra time traveling to my house and then braved the weather outside my house. I wanted to do more extensive work but Gary explained why it was not my best option. On the other hand he found some issues that really do need to be fixed. He was also very open about what he can do and what might require a differ et craftsman. This gave me a lot of trust in his recommendations and the work we will schedule. The price on the estimate also seems very reasonable . I'm not crazy about having to go buy the materials myself, but it will be worth the trouble if we get someone who's skillful and trustworthy at such a good price. Based on this meeting, we'll probably work with this company for a long time.

It was great. I enjoyed having the handyman in my home. He was professional and did great work.

We contacted two companies that repair concrete. The only thing they wanted to do was tear out the entire porch and replace the concrete. One told us we needed to contact some type of handyman to brace up the roof because they do not do that. I contacted Handyman Connection who sent out Steve. He suggested patching the bad spot then covering the entire porch with an epoxy coating. He would use a color that complemented the rest of the house. He used Olympic Rescue It. He explained how the Handyman Connection works. They only provide labor and we were responsible for materials. He would go to Lowes to pick up the proper stuff. They then called us for a credit card number. What he suggested was exactly what I thought should be able to be done. After talking to Steve for over an hour I could tell he knew what he was doing. He carved the blue whale at the zoo which he could not figure out why they wanted it since they do not have any whales. He coated the entire porch to below the soil line and ran a thick bead of sealant around where there porch connected to the house. The color really looked good. Steve is in high demand so you may need to wait a few weeks for him to get to you.

Overall I was satisfied with the work that was provided.

We had a plumbling issue that required them to cut holes in the drywall, I called out Handyman connection to repair the rather large holes. Andy did a fantastic job patching all the holes and matching the texture that was on the drywall! You can't even tell that a patch was done, the texture is that perfect. They have done other jobs for me in the past (exterior painting and window reapir) and have always been great to work with.

He did a great job suggesting ideas and we got along great. We have to wait on a few other things to happen, but we plan on using them soon.

We set up two appointments with this group to review the work and give us an estimate. They did not show up to either appointment. We had people adjust their schedules to meet with them twice, only to be left waiting. To be fair, Handyman Connection noted they called and rescheduled prior to the first appointment, but if this happened, they did not contact the person that contacted them. We gave them a second chance after missing their first appointment.......and they did it again. We're moving on to a more responsive provider.

I requested that the gutters be cleaned at my mother's home which is primarily one story with one upper dormer gutter. I said that I wanted the contractor to come out prepared to do the job no matter what the estimate was since we don't have time to make it a 2 step process (estimate then later appt to do the work). The contractor came out on time for the estimate which was $370 with $50 off for Angie's List, so $320. He said he didn't have ladders or anything to do the job and would not do it that day and he also didn't have a screen roller tool to put the screen back in place. He said he couldn't carry every tool with him because he couldn't fit it in the car. He couldn't schedule the job until Sept. 8th since they are so busy. When I cancelled the scheduled repair, I was a little surprised that they didn't want to know why. I found someone else to do the job locally for less than 1/2 the price, so I'm glad I didn't have them do it that day. I would've paid too much.

It went very well. Andy Bishop was the person who did the work. Showed up on time, showed me what his plans to do each job and showed me what was done when finished. Made sure I was happy with results. I use Handyman Connection for small repair jobs around the house that I can't/won't tackle due to my limited skillset. I will make sure I ask for Andy on future jobs. Well done!
