It went very well. I was pleased with the work done.

I have had a good experience. They showed up on time. They cleaned up after they were done. They were very pleasant.

It took them 2 days to do about 6 things. I think they are very professional. They came out, did the job. They did everything they said they would in the time given. They did quality work.

He was here for 4 days doing different things. He refinished our foyer and took out part of our lawn to put in gravel next to the concrete of our driveway. He had to fix siding on our house. He redid a toilet in one of our bathrooms, it was leaking into our floor so we had to get that redone.

Very well. He wasn't the most experienced guy and they had to cancel initially and we rescheduled because the first person they had scheduled got sick (totally understand). Once the guy came he worked though the morning and got everything done by midafternoon. It wasn't the most traditional route, but as long as the job isn't super complex I think they do a good job for a great price and really he knew his business just fine with replacing ceder trim and painting.

The person did an excellent job for all the tasks and was extremely pleasant.

Handyman came out and gave me an estimate and told me to call office to schedule. I called to schedule 30 days in advance of when i needed to schedule. I let them know I had a few days of work off in early July and had to have the work done then, they said ok and we scheduled for July 10. well, its now july 10th and just found out they aren't able to do the work... I took very diligent care with their scheduler to book the appointment to ensure we were crystal clear on when it could be done as my wife and I are very busy and wanted to prevent crap like this. Handyman Connection completely dropped the ball on scheduling and now doesn't have a contractor available to do the work today. I have a 2 month old new born at home and my wife and I work full time, we rearranged numerous things in order to have this work completed today. The guy who runs the shop called to apologize and offered to do the work tomorrow but unfortunately that doesn't work for us as I have appointments. They have now completely wasted my day and now I have to find a new contractor and take more time off work in the future. So frustrating... Avoid this company.

Work was completed. Within 3 months, it needed to be redone. The counters separated from the wall, the dishwasher was not connected properly and does not work, and the drywall cracked and was unprofessionally finished.

Went well, I had no issues with the process and labor cost was very reasonable. I supplied the parts.

We lifted our cook top out, put in new countertops, and they came in and put a new cook top in. It was a drop in rather than like a range. So they had to hook up some electrical and do a little bit of work on the vent.

Went great. Estimate was provided without me needing to be there. I scheduled service and he was out there on time and began the work while I came home from work. When I got home I gave him the necessary paint and he painted the work after allowing the fill to dry for a bit.

The people involved were very nice. Not very professional of a company and no interest in following up when the job was finished.

It went well. He was done in just over 2 hrs when I thought it would take all day. He cleaned up all debris and hauled away

Good. He fixed the leak and had time to replace weather stripping and reconnect the dryer vent. He also helped me take down a light fixture

It went great! Tyler was very professional, did great work, and talked me through any decisions that needed to be made. I would definitely use Tyler again, and have already asked him to estimate another job for me.

I had a good interaction with them. While it may have cost me a bit more than I initially though, the handyman that came out was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue.

All in all it went okay. The guy refused to work with anyone else though and tried to do it all himself which caused more problems carrying the tubs upstairs and all. The work got done but it took longer than planned and I had a lot of fixing to do afterwards. I hired a licensed plumber to finish the work downstairs and a licensed electrician to finish the electrical work. Happily I was selling the house. I wouldn't use them on my own house.... the plumber anyway. Hire a professional!

Very good. We were on a very tight timeline and Handiman Connection was able to complete all the jobs to meet our timeline when we were selling our previous home.

It went well. The work was well done and he was punctual and polite. However, we had a different view on the work to be done, so I still have to have the faucet installed in the 1/2 bath. I do like their work and will soon hire an electrician from the same company.

Fabulous, they were very good and did what they said they would do. Very easy to work with and very polite.

Over all decent experience. Minor issue here and there which can be expected on any construction, however, the employee did a good job and the office worked with me to get the job done. I would use again.

#1 This work ended up being delayed by a month due to their lack of management and communication. On the first day the project was to start, they called me and asked if I had someone come out and mark underground utilities. No, I didn't know that had to be done, and usually the contractor does that, not the homeowner. I did not receive a call prior to the start date requesting that I do this, they wait until the day of the job and then say the project can't start. Once this was done I called them and they scheduled me a week out, no hurry... #2 On the next day the project was to finally start, a guy called me and said it was going to rain and he didn't want to work in the rain. He said he was watching the radar and a storm was heading my way. He said he could start the next day, I said ok. It ended up not raining at all that day... #3 The next day he shows up, stands around and takes a lot of breaks while only achieving a little progress. After his 1 hour lunch he came back, worked for half and hour, then said he had to leave for a doctor's appointment. He promised to be back the next day and finish. The next day he called and said he had a flat tire and couldn't come, but would be there the next day. The next day he didn't call or show. I finally told them I want someone else to do the work. They then scheduled me another week out to finish the job, no hurry.... #4 Finally 2 guys show up and do the actual work in almost half the amount of time I was quoted. The workers were nice and did an ok job. No issues on this day other than being overcharged.

he was good, he did fine, a good job. He was very prompt and efficient. It was easy to get him to come out. I liked the efficiency and promptness. I thought the was expensive.

Bad and unprofessional. I had called and set up an appointment for the company to come out to provide an estimate. I received an email the day they were to come that provided the date, time and contact information of the company. The handyman never showed and I received no notification that he would not be coming. I will not be using their service nor would I refer anyone to their company.
