Winterized sprinkler system. Went great.

Arrived at time promised. Blew out the water from our 11 zones. My only concern was the air hose was 1/2 inch when my previous company had always used a 1 inch hose. If nothing freezes this winter then we will know that a small hose is ok.. Overall, communication was excellent, he was punctual and professional.

Closed our irrigation system for the winter. Will definitely use them again.

It worked out good. They called and scheduled a time for them to come out. I did like that as soon as I bought the deal, they sent me a message through Angie’s List letting me know a range of dates that they would be out to do it. Then they called me once they had formalized a date.

He arrived in the time range that we had agreed upon and did a thorough job. He also took the time to show me some tips about the system as well.

It turned out great. I would definitely use them again. They have always made their appointments and they explained things. They always do extra work. They came out to do the work a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal.

It was fine. They did a great job. I purchased the deal online and then they set the appointment up. Their price beat other companies but I know they were looking for new customers.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They contacted me right away after I purchased it. They told me when they were going to get back to me for scheduling. They did get back to me and they called the day before they came. They took care of what they said they were going to do.

The provider could not perform the winterization service because, their was a problem with our system. It wasn't their fault that we had a break down in our sprinkler system but, I expected that they would have been able to solve the problem.

The service went well. I purchased the deal and then about a week later Damon (the owner) called me to say he had me on the schedule to shut off our system the next day. It was a bit of short notice but we were able to get it worked out. He gave me about an hour heads up which allowed me enough time to leave work and meet him at my house. He showed up promptly and then walked me through what he'd be doing to the system to winterize it. Since I just moved to my current house a few months ago, and the system was already installed, I didn't know much about it. He explained the basics and checked out a few things with the system that will need to be addressed in the spring; he said I didn't need to worry about it now since he was shutting it off for the season. He was very personable and I appreciated him walking me through each step that needed to be done. I will likely use them again next year for service and to turn the system back on. Good experience with H2O Inc.

Damon Archer called me and set up an appointment and came out within twenty minutes of the scheduled set time which was great for me, I got to drink part of an extra cup of coffee. Since this is a new house to me and a totally different area from where I used to live and the previous owners didn't leave me much if any information on the things in the house. He winterized my sprinkler system and explained how the system was setup and how to turn it off and on if I chose not to use him in the future for what ever reason. Since this system is set up differently than the system I used in Florida from the controller to the layout of the zones. I tried several times to get the system up and running I finally downloaded a manual from the internet but could never get any water to flow but finally got the sprinkler system running. I didn't realize that the sprinkler system was shut off at the street and not near the first control valve box. He also explained the back flow preventer which we never had in Florida. Now I know where all the heads are and which ones need work on. I will probably use H2O, INC for year around service, I haven't totally decide but am leaning heavily in that direction, at this point I'm totally satisfied with everything he did.

They were right on time as promised. During our irrigation turn off they found a crack in a pipe and they fixed it at no additional charge. Very pleased. We will be using them in the future.

Got a good laugh seeing the service truck at my neighbors house and I could not even get a phone call.

He was here for about 30-45 minutes and everything works perfect. I also liked the price. He did an excellent job.

The guys from H2O were easy to work with to schedule an appointment, showed up on time and got through the scheduled maintenance quickly and easily. They also showed me how the system works and how to set it as needed in between appointments.

Good. Some miscommunications between us on time for service but all worked out.
