Our irrigation was never working here. They came out to do it, to turn it on and there were 2 leaks. We will have to get that fixed and get a back-flow thing. There were some of the pop up heads that does the sprinkling that either were damaged or so old that they needed to be replaced. They kept telling me that they sent me an email or such and such on what the estimated cost was. It took me 2 months to finally get it out of them, so I wasted the whole summer without irrigation. I kept saying, ?I?m not getting it and I?m needing my stuff done.? It?s hard to get a hold of them because they don?t have an answering machine. It?s a one person company or some lady just answers the phone. I kept saying, ?I?m not getting it and I?m needing my stuff done.? He found out a tree grew around the irrigation system and that is why it didn?t work. He didn?t know that until he came back to fix it, after trying to turn it on in May. I waited 3 months. I had to do my own watering if I needed it. He said my backflow was bad. I said, ?how can that be it I didn?t even have it on?? He said we will have to fix it next year. I was hoping they would come out and get the thing fixed. By this time, it?s too late, you?re not in any urgent, you could have easily called me and told me what the price was. If I call them the phone just rings and just goes to a voice mail. They have to come into the garage to turn it on. It took too much to get him out here to do the fix because I could never get a hold of them, nor could I get someone to find a way to get the estimate to me. It was $290 for the fix and winterization, which has not been done. He worked on it and it?s covered in grass. I don?t know if it works. I was really not happy with him and I was on my way out when they showed up. Nobody called to tell me they were coming. I had somebody waiting here so they could get in the garage. They replaced them but now I can?t even tell if it works well because it?s fall, and I don?t even know if they shut it off.

H2O has always been responsive, professional, and helpful in maintaining our irrigation system. The system is new to us in the house that we purchased, and Damon has taken the time to go over the system with us and show us the best way to utilize it to maintain a healthy lawn.

I have a yearly contract with them that includes start up and check ups twice a year. They have been excellent to work with. They are always on time and have good communication. They do what they say they are going to do. I have had no problems with them at all.

I had a tree dying and was speculating that my irrigation under ground is leaking. They came and claimed nothing was leaking. After two weeks, my tree died, and I hired another company and actually fixed the issue.

The way he talked to my wife was unbelieve. He is horrible. He did the winterization and the guy is absolutely horrible. Damion Archer is his name and he yelled at my wife, called he basically everything but liar. You don't talk to anybody what way. What stood out was the rudeness of how he treats people. I would not recommend because of rudeness.

They are superb. This past year they did an absolutely magnificent job this past year. The price is great and the service is amazing. I couldn't be happier with them.

I did not go well. I would never use them again. They cancelled several times and it was really screwed up. They just came and shut things off one Saturday. I paid $210, there were some things that they ran into that they didn't do that the builders had to do because the builder had broken a line. They stopped in the middle of that. There was some things that was not finished because of that, and we had an $85 credit. My husband ran over a head with the lawn mower, and they just replaced that Saturday. It was unsatisfactory, look elsewhere. The workers were great, I had no problems with them. I think that they can work on keeping their appointments, being punctual, and finishing their job.

Normally if a customer I dissatisfied with a service they will make contact with you at some point in the year and let you know they are not happy, before they go to Angies List or some other source to complain. We are also providing database transcripts for review and will be listed below. This Customer found us on Angies List and contacted us by phone on May 23rd 2016. We allowed the customer to Pre Pay for services to take advantage of discounts we provide annually to existing customers. At that time we sent out our "new client portal" so they may have online access to their account, aswell as scheduled them for service for 3 days later "Irrigation StartUp Schedule", customer stated they would not be around till 5:00 p.m. , at that time we sent an updated schedule to reflect the new time. On May 25th we sent out our "Appointment Reminder" We arrived on site on May 26th at 5:09 p.m. "Customer was a No Show" we proceeded to do the start up and were only able to find one vlave box. During the start up process we discovered that there was a leak due to the construction of a new house going in next door. We notified the customer what we had found. The customer stated they were angry and would have the builder make the repair and contact us so we could finish the start up. Customer did not contact us until we sent out mid season schedules on June 21st 2016 and and that point scheduled to finish the spring start up. After completion of the start up the office was asked to send over the estimate along with photos of damage we had found. Granted at the end of the season we did have a vehicel that was in that area break down and had to reschedule and also I had to have my appendix out and had to reschedule. Even after those to items the customer never contacted us to let us know they were displeased or even give us a chance to make it right. H2O, Inc. prides its self on service and communication. Not happy with the service. The owner came to perform the service but he was late to the appointment. However, I did received a call to inform me that he will late, which I was okay with. The problem I have is that he didn't perform any minor adjustment of the heads for correct coverage when some of them clearly needed it. The minor adjustment was included in the package that I paid for. All he did was turn the water on and place a flag on the heads the need service. They sent me a quote afterward for fixing those heads and replace the backflow preventer device because the pressure test failed. The second problem that I have with this company H2O is that they're not reliable. Since I wasn't happy with the service, I decided not to have fix the problems he pointed out during the first service. I had the problems fixed and asked them to come back out to do the pressure test. They scheduled but didn't show up. I took a half day off work just to be there for that, but they didn't show up or give me a call. I wrote them an email later that afternoon asking what happened and asked them to reschedule. I didn't hear back from them. A couple of days later I notice a tag was hanging on the backflow device. Someone came out and tested. Would be nice if they let me know that they're going to be at there to do the testing. This is the first time I use this company and it will be my last.
Description of Work: I bought $100.00 for a single service lawn irrigation for up to 10 zones (I have 8 zones). There are three options but I picked Spring Service. The Spring Service includes: pressurizing the system, check for damage to the system, minor adjustment of heads for correct coverage, and turning on and adjusting controller for season (if access is available to controller).

We're probably going to discontinue service. We have a sprinkler system and we have to file for our certificate and every year they don't do it and then I have to call them and it's just a hustle for me. We're probably not going to use them this year, otherwise they've been fine. It's just every year after fall I get a letter after allegedly they have done it in the Spring. They nice thing is they just schedule your openings and closings and you don't have to be home, which is nice. The main issue is the fact that they don't send the certificate like they're supposed to. It is some kind of check the back flow valves meaning that you're sprinkler water can contaminate your drinking water.
Description of Work: I've used H2O Inc for lawn irrigation. The last time they came was when they closed the sprinkler system. I bought a package for opening and closing.

I just want to respond that with the backflow reports certain water companies were changing how to process them and there was a lot of issues with the new system and backflow reports were not getting processed.

We have been using H2O for our irrigation needs for 10 years. Damon has done all season service including, spring start up, mid-season check, winterization, and backflow check. He has done the occasional repair when a sprinkler has been damaged. We have also used Damon to reroute portions of the system when we put in additional landscaping and the deck. His prices are competitive. We "sign" a contract via e-mail and he comes to the house during the day when we are at work. The work is prompt and effective and I pay via pay-pal. Very easy and convenient. I will continue to use H2O for many years to com.

I think they were okay but not great. That’s the reason why I switched to the other one in the fall. They were nice but I don’t know if they ever filed my water check with the city. I don’t think they did the full service that they were supposed to. Their customer service was okay. I didn’t really work with them again after. The price was a little high for the service they provided compared to others.
